I wouldn't say that I was having any symptoms. And then around 2022, 2023 I started having like a bunch of symptoms that felt unrelated and I felt like my body was sort of falling apart on me. The first thing was that I had a tremendous spike in anxiety. It felt like it was almost over the matter of a few weeks where I was having heart palpitations all day long in my sleep while I was working and when things were seemingly fine and calm and everybody's at school or work and I'm here working from home by and it kind of worried me. I'm like am I having heart issues? I wasn't able to regulate my emotions around normal everyday disturbances in a family life and it got to a place where my husband who at that point he was still in the military so we were used to this high paced, high stress lifestyle and I knew how to cope with a lot coming at me at once by myself.
