Well, for those, though, who need hope. Speaking of bmi, I mean, I'm. I'm the best, like, the lowest BMI I've ever been in my life and the best body composition. So at 40, I just turned 43 last week. So, you know, for those who have lost their energy or lost their body or even lost their hair, which was another problem I had. Like, it'll come back if you give it the right environment. You really just have to, like, love and respect your body and understand and just get in tune with it. Like, if you can just love yourself, it's like, I've experienced this outside of myself with people as well as with myself. But when you can love something right where it's at, or someone, then you release the energetic hold on what you're afraid of, which is the opposite of what you want. And so when you're pushing and striving for something, wanting something, stressing about something, you're telling the universe that the what you don't want is totally alive and it's there. And when you let go of that and you allow the universe and the energetics to settle into a place of homeostasis and a balance, and I really believe that's true in all aspects, whether it's to do with people or yourself or anything. Your job, like, just release that grip on something that you want to be in your life so badly or that you want so badly, and the universe usually does a much better job of delivering that to you.
