Everybody listening can do right now is you can really pay attention to what you put in your mouth, the fluid and the food, and concentrating on sleep. We didn't touch on it, but I make a big deal about sleep and my patients because if you don't get enough quantity or quality of sleep, there's no way all the magic that happens for your body can take place at night. You need that six and a half to eight of uninterrupted. You really have to get through the cycles of sleep. You have to get the depth of sleep. So restorative sleep is very important. And I've had a whoop forever, and I use Ultra Human ring. So my patients, you know, my female patients want to wear a ring. They don't want to wear a whoop. So Ultra Human is really the closest from a one to one comparison I have for a whoop strap. And you can really look at your sleep in detail. But those are things that everybody can start paying attention to, and they don't require, you know, any extra thing other than your desire to make a change.
Well, thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and for helping so many people and, you know, ultimately just, you know, helping us all be happier and healthier. That's the goal.
It's been fun.
