A doctor explains that fat transfer surgery works best with proper prep: hyperbaric oxygen, lymphatic massage with the Flopresso device, red-light therapy, and nanotherapy all improve how well the transferred fat survives. Without these steps, especially after prior surgery or infection, the fat can die or fail.

Fat transfers should work, you know, really, really well. I just shot some footage about hyperbaric oxygen therapy for improvement in fat transfers. And we have lymphatic massage from New Zealand with the flopresso and red light therapy and nanov therapy and all sorts of other therapies. I probably can't remember in my office. But just in general that should work. Your own genetic material should work well when you're prepared properly.
So I would assume, obviously, you know, if somebody's going to any, really any surgery because I'm going to ask about personal things in just a second. But you know, if, if you've already got trauma from the surgery, right, you've got trauma from the explant because the explant was infected and all these other things. And if somebody doesn't do that preparation, I'm assuming you could get necrotic fat tissue and other things. If they aren't really prepared to do a fat transfer transfer or even, even if they're, you know, not doing that, even if they were doing some other method, if they, if they haven't really done the pre op prep, it's not going to come out as well as if they did.
