Say the root cause of poor vision is stress. And stress is obviously kind of a big catch word, but really think about it. Physical stress, like not sleeping enough, not getting the nutrients you need, right. Straining, like having emotional challenges, those are all a form of stress or mental challenges, right? So at the end, I always say vision is like the engine light. If something isn't right, your gut health, right. If there's something wrong, your vision will be blurry. And so instead of slapping glasses on, see that as the engine light. Like what? Like what is going on with me? And I don't know about you, but I've noticed when I had really stressful periods in my life, and still to this point, if I had a really stressful experience, my vision will not be as clear as it is now.
