It seems like a woman's thyroid is the most sensitive to all these things, whether it's Isabella Wentz writing about Hashimoto's and correcting that through diets versus medications, or us seeing a lot of sex hormone abnormalities, meaning suppression of testosterone, really, really high estrogen, people with a lot of estrone. So I think, you know, if you're experiencing or concerned about fertility issues, you know, talking to the provider about that and considering this, I've been on some shows, can't remember all of them about fertility. But I do consider it something that you have to look at, especially if you're experiencing those issues due to just the sensitivity of just hormones in general. And then certainly, like, you're experiencing gut health, you want to optimize all those things and put yourself in a best situation environment. Right? Yeah.
