I would. I would really look into the mentorship of somebody that can almost like, be an outside person that can evaluate those big pieces of your health puzzle. They can look at your spiritual, your mental health, your emotional health. Because sometimes you're so close up to the things in your life that you just don't have the same vantage point. Like, you cannot see what other people may be able to see too. And so if you can't get a. A support system around you that can eval all of those, I think that's so, so important and it can't be overlooked. Like, I know that for me, like, blind spots, everybody's got them, and those are pieces that, like, sometimes you just need people that are deep in your world with you, but that. That have this ability to share wisdom, right? And that's really valuable. You don't need a million different people and a million voices. I think we have plenty of those in the world. But just really start to look at what is it that is contributing to my overall physical expression and look at all the different potential areas. I love, Dr. Rob, that you do that as a part of your expertise in your world with explanting and helping women. I mean, I think that it's so commendable that you don't leave any of those pieces unaddressed. So if you are listening and you're someone that has implants, you've been sick for a long time. Maybe you just have some symptoms that seem. Seem unexplained and you just don't have an answer for them.
