Like, it's not just let's take these things out. It's let's take these things out and set up an environment that's conducive for repair.
Those are the things that you're not taught, things you have to just work on. And that's, you know, those are the differences in our program where we're trying to just make sure that your genetics you get from your parents. Right, okay, so my daughter doesn't detox things well. And right now she's having a little bit of a skin issue. And so of course that's very stressful. She's a young girl. And I tell her, okay, these are the basic things for skin health. You need to have vitamin D, you need to have enough glutathione in your system. You need to have enough vitamin C. You need to have, if you don't methylate well, a methylated B complex vitamin. And so those are just like the non negotiables for everybody listening. Those are the ones that you have to get, and you always get those through your diet. And Alexi's point, if she was doing a very strict vegan diet, there's no chance she got those things in her diet. So the other things that we don't talk about a lot are just trace minerals. Those can make a huge difference. Things like selenium and copper and manganese. So there's all sorts of things that if you just don't pay attention to them because you don't know any better, you will not ever actually feel very good. And me doing an explant is not going to solve that problem.
