Well, I don't give a shit about that. All you have to do is, in your own mindset, be positive and make progress. Slow progress is better than no progress, and progress is still progress. It doesn't really matter if. If you look at everybody's different recovery timelines, yeah, I'm working really hard to take outliers out of it. So I'm trying to push everything into the middle of a bell curve so everybody's really recovering at the same knowing that I'm never really going to be able to get that done. Because everybody's so different from a biologic standpoint and a psychologic standpoint, and their social setting is very different. So if everybody listening follows along like, I will do my best to micromanage the biology, but you got to work on your mindset. And we've basically started this collaboration with Amanda Savage Brown to help with that with therapy sessions for my patients specifically. And then we have health coaching and detox practitioners to help more with social support. But that's two thirds of an equation where I'm just really, as a surgeon, trying to help with this and control and micromanage this one third to the best of our ability. But pain is a subject that involves all of those. It's not just what I'm doing. So I had Casey on to talk about it, and her spouse was super supportive.
