Doctor Rob and Austin, we did an en bloc capsulectomy today. These are approximately 10 year old implants. I've already taken a biopsy out of the back that I send off to look for bacterial and fungal DNA. These were particularly in the pockets, really not very adherent. There's a little indent in this. It was folded inside. In general, I don't feel much on this device. And it's intact. It's a mentor device and it's 250. These are behind the muscle. That one in particular was not well incorporated into the pocket. I've done my biopsy on this side already because I do those in real time in the operating room and take those and send them off. This one's intact too. It's a 250. There's really not anything on the device. This was more incorporated into the pocket. So I think what we try to do is provide answers to, you know, basically why breast implant illness happens is inflammation. And so the implant is one of the drivers of inflammation. Sometimes there can be bacteria or fungus trapped inside up against the implant. So that further drives inflammation. But we have a whole program devoted to understanding other aspects of inflammation. Whether it's your food you're eating, your environment, where you live or work, the air you breathe, the water you drink, these can lead to all sorts of problems with inflammation within your body. And that if you already had really poor gut health, your gut microbiome was not protecting you. Because our gut plays a total role in just our immune function in general, we adjust that as well. So we have a whole team to help with that and really follow my surgical recovery program, harp, Holistic Accelerated Recovery Program. We can plug you in and take care of you even if you can't come to Austin and have surgery.
