Why do only 25% of people get skin cancer from sun exposure? Two speakers argue it's not just genetics but gut health and inflammation. They say chronic disease is largely optional if you have the right genes and a healthy microbiome.
The animals that ate the carnivore, zero.
Yeah.
Zero.
Yeah.
So does the sun cause cancer or does your bad methylation genes? And why 25%? Why not 100% got skin cancer? Because some of those animals probably had good gut detox genes and good methylation genes, but the 25% that had the bad detox, the bad gut formation, the bad gut microbiome that then added an insult that caused dysbiosis and leaky gut that then got systemic inflammation now put out in the sun when their skin was already at 8 out of 10, right? So this shows you disease is optional. Chronic disease, right, is optional. We can predict where it comes from, and not everyone is susceptible to the threat causing the inflammation, which is why a pharma can argue all day long it's not true. And the difference is genetics. The 25% were the cohort that had the bad genes that couldn't tolerate that choice of the— that diet, right? Right?
I think it's interesting too. I mean, you've, you're in Canada or you're Canada-based still. And so when you watch TV at night in the United States, it is literally dominated by drug commercials.
