It's almost overwhelming to think about all the possibilities and variables that you don't know about your body. So as far as maybe like, testing or just practical steps, are there any specific nutrients? You've already hit on protein. And diet's obviously really important, but say someone's just starting their journey, they're wanting to support themselves, you know, maybe even identify if they do have implants, how they can set themselves up for healing until they get the explant surgery. So a lot of times you have to wait months and months and months before that can even happen. So, like, what is it? Like, what, Break it down? Maybe just deconstruct a few pieces for us? Because I know that that's. It's a lot. And it's like, well, what if I have the rare genetic whatever, and then I've got this factor and that factor, and I don't even know how to find these things. Where's a good place to start? And what is that? What would that roadmap look like for somebody that maybe is very sick, very symptomatic, you know, maybe expects that their implants are playing a role, that they could kind of get them on that route to healing?
