What is the one thing which you fear the most in your business? Boredom. Not loving it anymore. What are you going to do then to work through that? It's finding the variety in the work I do. How can we approach what we do with our authors? We were acquired by Forbes Books. The goals from the CEO, Adam Whitty, are so much bigger. There's no time for boredom. There's an exciting vision again. What's the potential upside of that? Personal growth. It's really seeing myself get to that wherever my pinnacle is compared to where I started. Can you try and define what that pinnacle is? To have as much money as I need. How much is as much money as you need? I got to a point where I was making more money than I was spending, kind of reached the goal, but it wasn't connected to anything further than that. I don't mind admitting this. I used to walk to the church square in this beautiful village, look out over the view, and it was high up, a bit like where we are here. And the only thought that kept coming to my head, it was a horrible thought, was, could I jump? And I did this for about a year, and then I finally told my wife who we're going to have kids. That reconnected me back with, there's still work to be done, there's still life to enjoy. What life is there to enjoy? It's spending more time with family, travel, being all over. So I'm getting that through my work, but what What I'm missing is taking my family along with me.
