20 Minute Yoga Exercises Training At Home For Beginners | Morning Yoga Half Intermediate Series 2024

The video presents a 20‑minute vinyasa yoga class designed for beginners practicing at home. It opens with a brief channel welcome and an invitation to follow a fast‑paced flow using the Down Dog app. The primary instructor (Speaker B) delivers a continuous, detailed sequence of poses, beginning in a seated position with Gomukhasana arm binds, moving through tabletop, Downward‑Facing Dog, three‑legged dog, low lunges, Warrior II, Peaceful Warrior, Extended Side Angle, half‑binds, standing splits, Shiva squats, side planks, tree pose, chaturanga, upward‑ and downward‑facing dog, and a variety of twists, revolved poses, and balance work. Each movement is paired with breath cues (inhale/exhale) and alignment reminders (e.g., “keep the spine straight,” “draw the shoulder back”). Interspersed throughout are poetic vocal interludes (Speaker C) that add a reflective, lyrical dimension, expressing feelings of loneliness, hope, and support. The class concludes with a cool‑down sequence: seated forward folds, a final twist, a gentle supine stretch, and a guided Shavasana with deep breathing and a closing “Namaste.” The content demonstrates the creator’s knowledge of yoga sequencing, pose alignment, breath‑movement coordination, and the integration of mindfulness through spoken poetry.

Hey, what's happening? Welcome to my channel. Today we're doing a 20-minute vinyasa flow. It's going to be a fast flow. I'm doing it with Down Dog app, so keep up if you can.
All right, let's begin in a seated position. Cross your shins and let your sit bones root and settle the shoulders right over the hips. Push down through the seat and grow tall through the crown. Start to deepen your breath here. Gomukhasana arms. Raise the right arm up and bend at the elbow. Then sweep your left hand behind you and find the bind. Keep the spine straight, head in line with the spine. Release. Lower the arms down. Make tight fists with your hands and then spread your fingers wide. Keep going on your own. Find stillness. Gomukhasana, other side. Left arm up, bend at the elbow. Right arm sweeps behind and binds. See if you can move the left elbow even closer to you. Point it to the sky.
Release.
Lower the arms down. Find tabletop. Roll over your shins and plant your hands. Begin to circle the hips in one direction. Now take the hips in the other direction. Come back to a neutral spine. Lift the elbows, pull them away from the body. Unwrap the arms again. Exhale, find Tadasana. Let go of any tension. Right knee lifts for Utkatasana, second side. Breathe in, right peace fingers to right big toe, left hand to hip. Straighten the leg out. Exhale, pull the shoulder blades together, straighten through the spine. Keep the breath steady and reach through the right heel. Continue to hold the foot and sweep the leg out wide. Exhale, left arm reaches left, gaze left. Take a moment to recenter yourself. Inhale, circle sweep arms to sky. Exhale and spill over your legs, forward fold. Inhale, halfway lift. Pop back to bent elbows, flow through your vinyasa. Reach your left hand back for your outer right calf or ankle. Breathe in, pull with the left arm as you exhale and twist the torso to the right. Breathe in.
Pull with the arm as you exhale and spin the chest to the left. Left hand presses the mat away. Gaze under the left armpit.
I feel alone. If you listen, you can hear it in my tone.
Lower the hands back to the mat. From Down Dog, left leg lifts on the inhale, left foot forward. Exhale, low lunge. Prep for Revolved Forward. Step the back foot up, back foot to 45 degrees, legs straight, hips square. Inhale, lengthen. Exhale, twist. Left hand to hip or reach Reach to the sky, hips square. Gently pull the left hip back. Maybe twist deeper. Right hand to outside edge of the left foot. Exhale to low lunge, left hand down, right foot back. Inhale to plank and move through your vinyasa. Now lower your knees and come to a seat on your mat. Extend the left leg out long to the side, right leg bends, heel close to your glute. Then place the hands behind you and walk them back.
This is another pain that I won't feel. You don't have to sing all the way to— you don't want to.
Slowly rise. Take a deep breath in here. Revolve, Janu. Exhale, tilt left. Right arm by your ear. Keep drawing the right shoulder back. Feel the heart open.
Dream about tomorrow. That I have everything I could want and more while I'm laying next to you out here on the floor.
Start to rise. Other side. Leg the right leg long and out to the side, and bend your left knee heel towards your glute. Then place the hands behind you and walk them back.
Catch you when you fall. So let's dance in the rain.
Slowly rise up. Take a breath in. Revolve Janu. Exhale, tilt right, left arm by your ear. Keep rolling the left shoulder back.
This is another pain that I won't feel.
Inhale, rise back up. Make your way onto your back. When you get there, draw your right knee into your chest, left leg long. Exhale, take the knee to the left, extend your right arm to the right and gaze right. Heavy the right shoulder into the mat as you twist.
I have everything I could want and more while I'm laying next to you right here on the floor. So far, get it on.
Release the twist. Other side now. Left knee up, right leg long. Exhale, drape the left knee across your body. Send the left arm out to the side. Gaze left. Allow the body to settle here. Everything relaxed, everything heavy.
Wash away everything. I know you're scared, but I'll always be here to catch you when you fall. The catch you ain't here for.
Release the twist, then slowly pull your knees up into your chest. Take one last big breath in. Completely release. Shavasana. Begin to deepen your breath. Reawaken the body. Namaste. Namaste.
All right, I hope you liked that 20-minute flow, and, uh, talk to you soon.
Bye.
