30 Minute Power Vinyasa Yoga for a Strong and Toned Body

In this 30‑minute vinyata flow, instructor Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz guides viewers through a hip‑ and quad‑focused sequence using the Down Dog app. The session opens with a seated warm‑up that gently mobilises the hips and stretches the hip flexors and quads. It then moves into a dynamic vinyasa that strings together classic sun‑salutation elements, low lunges, Warrior II, Triangle, Reverse Triangle, Half‑Moon, Sugarcane, and various balance poses (Dancer’s, Eagle, Half‑Frog). Throughout, the voice‑over provides breath‑linked cues, alignment tips, and optional modifications. The practice emphasizes opening the hips, lengthening the quads, and building strength, with repeated cycles of forward folds, backbends (Upward/Downward Dog, Bridge, Wheel), and hip‑opening postures (Malasana, Pigeon, Quad stretch). The cool‑down includes seated half‑lotus binds, Fire Log, and a final supine relaxation (Shavasana). Rozalia closes with a heartfelt thank‑you, a call‑to‑action to like, comment, share, and subscribe, and a Namaste.

Push the feet and hands down into the floor as you open your chest and shoulders. You see, I'll never see you again. Exhale, lower the hips all the way down. Rest for a moment in supine bound angle, soles of the feet together, knees wide. Just let the inner groin soften as the back relaxes down fully into the support of the mat. I can feel your energy. Pull your knees up close to your chest. Now grab behind your hamstrings and rock and roll yourself up to a comfortable seat. Half saddle, left leg long, right leg bent. Right leg bends, heel close to your glute. Now slowly recline back. For an even deeper stretch, draw the left knee up to the chest and hug it in. Wherever you feel a gentle stretch in the quad, that's a good place to stop and breathe. Continue breathing deeply here. Give the quad time to release. Slowly rise back up. Set up for seated half lotus. Left leg stays long, right heel to left hip crease. Reach your right arm behind you and take hold of your right foot with the right hand. Left hand to left foot. Inhale, lengthen. Fold as you exhale. Take some slow breaths here. Feel a stretch in your outer right hip, maybe even the left hamstring. Stay in the fold, just breathe. Gently unwind. Reverse tabletop, hands behind you. Soles of the feet flat to the mat, then lift the hips. Breath out, release down. Half saddle, second side. Right leg out long and bend your left knee, heel towards your glute. Now slowly recline back.
Oh.
If this feels good, try drawing the right knee up into the chest. Maybe come down onto the forearms or recline all the way back. Stay with your breath and feel the cord lengthen. Slowly rise. Seated half lotus, right leg stays long, left heel to right hip crease. Then find the bind. Left arm sweeps behind, left hand takes hold of the left foot. Right hand to right foot. Inhale, lengthen. Exhale as you fold. Feel the outward rotation of the left thigh bone and the lengthening of the right hamstring. Pull the belly up and in. Maybe fold a little deeper. Begin to rise. Release the bind. Fire Log. Lay your right shin bone down and cross your left leg on top, both feet flexed. Hands to prayer. Breathe in. Twist right. Exhale. Hook the left tricep on the sole of the left foot. Feet stay flexed as you take your gaze beyond the right shoulder. Hey, I'll give you everything. Press the tricep into the foot to twist a little more. Release the twist. Bring the feet flat to the mat for a second reverse tabletop. Lift the hips high.
Exhale.
Release down. Draw the legs in, roll over your shins, and find downward facing dog. Inhale, right leg up and back, pigeon pose. Slowly bring the right knee forward and align right knee with right wrist, then lay the shin bone down. Inhale here.
Inhale.
Exhale, fold and release completely. Quad stretch. Reach your left hand way back for the left ankle. Now fold a little deeper over the front shin and feel the quad lengthen. Let the breath be easy as you Stretch the quad. Now let the foot go, back leg long. Rise back up, tuck the back toes, back to 3-legged dog. Inhale, right leg high. Exhale back to Down Dog. Inhale, left leg to sky, pigeon left side. Bring the left knee forward and align left knee to left wrist and lay the shin bone down. Take a deep breath in here.
Exhale, fold.
Now reach your right hand way back for the right ankle. Relax into the fold and send breath down into the right quad. See if you can feel the breath in the back ribs as you stretch the quad. Now let the foot go, back leg long. Slowly rise up, tuck the back toes, and inhale back to 3-legged dog, left leg high. Exhale back to downward facing dog. Now make your way onto your back again. Happy baby. Bring the knees up, then take them wider than your rib cage. Reach for the outer feet or the hamstrings. Pull down on the legs. You should feel an opening in the hips and a release in the low back. If it feels good, maybe sway from side to side. Bring the knees together for shoulder stand. Reach your legs up to the sky. Lift your hips and support your back with your hands. As the hands support the lower back, engage the core to find more lift and stability here. Continue to hold. Leave a bit of space between the chin and the chest. Release your hands down to the mat, push through the palms, and slowly curl your spine all the way down to the ground. Just rest here for a moment. Draw your knees tightly up into your chest. Take one final long inhale. Completely release. Shavasana. Shavasana. Begin to deepen your breath and bring some gentle movement back to your fingers and your toes. Namaste.
