Hey, my friends. Welcome to this morning's vinyasa flow. I know I'm about 20 minutes late for anybody that is following the schedule. Apologies. I'm just having a little bit of trouble getting my day started. Last night I was astral traveling through different lands and countries, and I even ended up in Turkey last night, which I have no idea why I got there. There was definitely necessary cleansing that needed to occur. And I ended up waking up with a massive revolution in my heart and my soul, channeling all of this information from the collective. It's a very chaotic time in the world. And as much as I try to— I want to say kind of get into my little bubble and not look at it. You know, the universe doesn't really let me because I channel everything as a psychic anyways. So all of this information still appears in different forms in my dreams, you know what I mean? In my thoughts coming from different directions, like, can't escape it. Everybody is talking to me. So, um, I'm just sharing a little bit about myself and sometimes the processes that I go through in order to gather information, especially when I do tarot readings and astrology readings for my clients and do several other types of psychic readings. And at times it's like that where I receive information in my dreams, information through telepathy, information through clairvoyancy, and it just kind of comes in without Any type of control, and yeah, so it kind of got me a little bit on delay. I had to I had to process everything. I can't rush into another situation riled up and anxious. So apologies for being a little bit late for those of you who follow the yoga schedule. Okay, really nice. So I shared a little bit about myself. I hope you guys are okay with that. I mean, you have to be. So, um, we are doing today an intermediate flow. It's a regular flow. I'm still kind of trying to figure out, uh, when I'm going to have my yoga evening classes. Like yesterday, I got really tired around like 8 o'clock, and I was— I just— I, I canceled the, the half the flow even though it's an intermediate dynamic. But I'm feeling stronger every single week, so I feel like what I'm going to do is make sure that I only have like one thing to do at nighttime, which means like either a yoga or a tarot reading. For example, tonight at 7 PM EST, there's a tarot divination stream for those of you who are interested. And then that way I'm going to find a nice balance and kind of figure out what people want. As well, which will help. So speak up, let me know what kind of flows you enjoy, um, what would you rather see, what times would you rather, um, see me at. That also helps. Um, as for the morning flows, I'm doing really well at the 11 AM EST times, so we're just gonna keep it at that, um, except today of course. Um, okay, so let's begin. Enough chitter chatter. Okay, I need to let go of my thoughts, so we're gonna do that together, all right?
