Balance your Chakras with this Hand Balancing focused Hatha Yoga Flow | Yoga For Beginners 2024 |

The video is an intermediate Hatha yoga class led by Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz that blends a chakra‑centering theme with a hand‑balancing focused flow. The instructor opens with a brief brand promotion of her Soul Food Fitness apparel and invites viewers to join the practice. The session begins with grounding warm‑up poses (child’s pose, tabletop, hip circles) and breath work, then moves through a dynamic sequence of lunges, downward‑facing dog, side planks, and a series of standing postures (warrior series, revolved lunge, high lunge). A substantial portion of the class emphasizes arm strength and hand‑balancing, including side‑plank variations, crow pose, and various inversions. Throughout, cues reference chakra alignment and mindful breathing. The flow continues into deeper hip‑opening and back‑bending poses (pyramid, revolved pyramid, frog, full frog, fish) before transitioning to core‑focused boat poses, rolling variations, and a restorative cool‑down that includes plow, fish, and a final shavasana. The instructor concludes with gratitude, mentions an upcoming strength‑focused flow, and signs off with “Namaste.” The video also contains background music, occasional lyrical interludes, and participant vocalizations that serve as ambient cues rather than instructional content.
