Connect to the Ancient Ones with this Vinyasa Yoga Flow and Tarot Intention/ 50 min

In this 50‑minute online vinyasa yoga class, the host begins by drawing a Shamanic Healing Oracle card to set the session’s intention, selecting “Ancient Wisdom Moments.” The host explains the card’s message about authentic self‑expression, honoring ancestral roots, and avoiding false personas, encouraging participants to embody their true nature both on and off the mat. The class then proceeds into a continuous, verbally guided vinyasa flow, weaving breath with movement through a detailed sequence of poses—including child’s pose, baby camel, tabletop stretches, low and high lunges, Warrior III, Warrior I & II, Tree, Skandasana, Bird of Paradise, Malasana, Crow, and a concluding Shavasana. Throughout, the instructor offers precise cueing for alignment, breath timing, and transitions, while occasional participants interject with brief comments, chants, or playful remarks. The session ends with gratitude, a reminder of a forthcoming yin yoga class, and a friendly farewell. The video blends physical practice with spiritual intention‑setting, emphasizing authenticity, connection to ancient wisdom, and community engagement.

Hello, welcome to today's vinyasa flow. So today's the second time that I am doing an intention right before. So right before every yoga session, I am going to pull a card, and this will be the intention for our practice today and for the rest of the day. So I'm using Shamanic Healing Oracle Cards. I'll probably use these cards for a little while, um, just until I feel like the energy changes, uh, because they are very profound and deep and they kind of take me and, and, you know, all of us on a more, um, deeper spiritual path. So let's do that. So I'll put the link for the deck after the video. I realized I didn't do it last time, but it's okay. I had some interruptions in the last video, so— Okay, so what is the intention for today's practice? Ancient wisdom moments. I actually get this energy quite a lot. So I got Ancient Wisdom. So what that talks about is not being anything that you are not. So in ancient wisdom, this card really speaks about, you know, trees are trees, birds are birds, you know, wolves are wolves, sheep are sheep. They don't try to be anything that they are not, unless it's a wolf in sheep's clothing, of course. Um, but the point of this is that We are so connected to, you know, our ancestry and our bloodline and where we come from. We do not try to be something that we are not. It doesn't mean that we shouldn't grow and, you know, push through old ideas and traditions and limits and beliefs and all of those things. Absolutely. But inside, in your soul, you know, the truth that stems from a deeper meaning, we don't try to be anything different than what we are. Inside internally. Of course, we see it all over the world, um, you know, through social media and, you know, surface-level, uh, type of, um, portraits and pictures and all of those things. We see people being exactly who they are not all the time. But this energy speaks about really connecting to the deepest level of who we are internally in order to find true alignment between our soul, our hearts, and our minds. So that we can, uh, grow and create a better place in this world, to be a better example for future generations that are coming through that, you know, are definitely coming into a world that is very fake. And it's very important for, um, them to realize that there's nothing better for them to do at this time than to be their most authentic self without judgment. So this card really speaks about, um, You know, really, really diving deep into that soul feeling internally and speaking your truth, even if your throat shakes and your voice shakes. And, you know, showing up in the world without makeup and being as natural as possible and being as vulnerable as possible and just really showing up. Hey, this is me. You know, I have a zit here and there. You know, you know, I'm too big, I'm too small, you know. You know, all of these different things. It's so important for us to kind of release that image and all of the things that we do to try to impress others and just kind of let it all go and, and be as we are, um, inside, internally, because that's how we make the world a more beautiful place. All right, that's really nice. It kind of made my feet swirl.
