I think she makes her legs straight, but I'm, I'm not sure. I saw a yoga pose with the legs straight. I tried, but it does start to bend in the upper back.
Find stillness.
I think that's the point, but—
Soles of the feet together for reclined butterfly. I'll have to like rewatch that and see what my position looks like.
I believe that you're supposed to have like a light bend in the upper back, but is the upper back—
Close your legs together like a book, then wrap behind your hamstrings. Read that part again and figure out then if it's upper back or lower back. Cross your shins. Maybe come down onto your forearms. Relax the head and neck. For more of a stretch, Tuck the back toes and lift the back knee.
I don't actually remember what that, that means, that asana, so you'll have— I'll have to Google it, figure out which one you were talking about. But believe it or not, most of these I hold for as long as I can, and the yoga instructor just happens to release me at the right time.
I heard a voice.
Voice. If you lowered your elbows or your back knee, lift them back up, then push firmly through the hands. Inhale. Exhale, down dog. Pluck the left foot off the ground. And step it back. Thanks for following me.
Soften your face and breathe deeply. Start to walk your hands back to meet your shins. Release your hands behind you, untangle your legs, and bring your feet to the mat. Maybe let your knees fall side to side. Gomukhasana, second side. Lay your right leg down and drape your left leg on top. Flex the feet, plant the hands, and inhale, sit up nice and tall. Then exhale, start to fold gently over the legs. Walk your hands out in front and drape the shoulders down.
Oh.
Let your chin come towards your chest, your outer hips root down into the mat. Gently start to walk your hands back towards your shins. Bring your hands behind you, untangle your legs, and plant your feet down. Maybe let your knees swing side to side.
Namaste.
I forgot to set the sevas and the time for that, so I will work to do it. My favorite asana? Look at you testing my education. You're really testing it because I don't remember some of them, so I'm just gonna check to see what the bakasana is. I mean, I don't know if you're still there. Are you still there? I have done, I have done this bakasana, um, like this This current stream, this current yoga flow had like several crow poses, like several bakasanas. And you can see right over here, sorry for the hairy armpit, I got bruises like all down here because I'm doing it every single day and I'm on my, on my hands. I'm trying to bring my body up high enough to Get it in the armpits, because once I once I am like I used to be able to do it, but once I'm able to kind of get that far, then I'll feel more comfortable. You want to you want to get a fit check? My favorite. 90 seconds? Really? No way. Oh, you want me to— you want me to be challenged? All right, let's do it. Let's do it. Are you gonna time it for me? 90 seconds. It's good. My favorite asana? My favorite one is the dancer's pose. This one right here. I love this one. I can go low with it. Oop, not today! But this one, this one legit I do all the time. I'm at the grocery store and I need a stretch, I just fall into the dancer's pose. And if I'm on the computer all day, I'll get up and I will do the dancer's pose. Supposedly when you have your, um, when you have your back bended like this and you have your chest up and you're really open like this, it's supposed to give you like an energy boost. So it makes sense that naturally like my body desires to kind of get into that pose often. What about a stomach vacuum? I don't really— I don't know what you mean by that. I don't know what you mean by that. Hanumasana. Hanumasana. Let me Google that. You're giving me a nice lesson.
Oh yeah, handstand, huh?
Yeah, I can do handstand like really badly. Handstand like I need help. I would really like to get good at the pressing. I was watching on Google. How they were doing it, kind of like getting into it. Not on Google, on Instagram. Start off like this, bring up the hand, and then suddenly she would just, she was just, she would just get into it somehow. Yeah, so I need to work on that. But if I go like, uh, like if I roll into it like this, which is so wrong, right?
It's so wrong.
Then I can do it kind of, but since I'm on camera right now, naturally, naturally I'm not getting that. But, uh, the handstand, the handstand, I feel like I will be able to perfect it once I Am able to do it from a press, and if I can do it from a press, then, then I will be able to control like the balance. Um, what are tips for getting a strong core? Listen, just join yoga. I'm telling you, just join my yoga streams and you will get a really strong core. But needless to say, like you won't get strong if you don't eat properly. Like I eat fully vegan. I wouldn't say I eat fully vegan because I did have eggs for breakfast yesterday. I'm also a nutritionist, so I understand the value of eating all of the food groups. But I eat about 90% vegan, like most of my My dinners are vegan, and I'll have, I'll have like chicken maybe once a month, maybe once every 2 months. I'll have fish every once in a while, but not really often. I mostly eat highly plant-based. No sugar in my diet, like processed foods or anything like that. No alcohol except on like maybe social occasions, but even then, like— What kind of food do you eat? I'm not really super keen on it unless I'm like surrounded by people having a celebratory time, which is rare because I don't party. So definitely diet is really important, and then of course, you know, introducing all of the major food groups. I avoid dairy at all costs because it's processed and It's pasteurized, so it no longer has the necessary nutrients for the body to thrive in it. But raw milk, I had raw milk in Europe because they make all of their cheeses from raw dairy, and they also sell raw milk, which is highly high in enzymes and all of this stuff. What about the dairy industry? Bakasana. Yeah, Bakasana is a fun flow. You're trying to get ripped like me? Parsa. Yeah, so if you, if you follow my yoga streams, you'll definitely get ripped. If you, if you end up trusting me after quite some time. Feel free to actually go below in the About Me section and order one of the nutrition plans off of my store, my store products. You can actually get a 7-day, 14-day, 27-day Ayurveda detoxification plan made by me, so you get a bunch of recipes and meal plans and all of these things that I'd set you up with. Or you can get a customized— excuse me— a customized meal plan That I design for you personalized, and we take a look at every system in your body and see where you may be out of balance and tailor a diet specifically for that. So if you really are serious, I have loads of options to help you. You just take a look at my store and browse, and I'm sure you'll find something that you like.
You know what I mean?
Yes sir, totally. I'm actually gonna take a break from holding the crow because I was on my wrists quite a bit today. That's— this flow that we just did is intermediate-advanced. It's actually the hardest flow for me. Pretty matched up with the Hatha dynamic flow that I did 2 days ago where I have to do, uh, I don't remember what that one is called, but you're on your arms as well and you're sticking your feet up to the side. I'm still learning how to do that, so I have been on my wrist quite a bit. So I'm actually going to take a break and I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna try to do your hold. But let's pick a day where we actually do the challenge because I'm, I'm pretty sure I can beat 90 seconds, my friend. So, Hanumanasana. Yeah, I actually I actually did the Hanumanasana during my flow. I I'm pretty sure that I did it. Already, except in the picture that I'm seeing here, you got your arms up like this. Nicely. You gotta balance yourself. Oh, and she looks up too.
Wow.
Like so.
Gotta do the other side now.
Ooh, it's not easy. Okay, thanks for thanks for challenging me.
Alrighty.
I hope you like my Hanumanasana there. Thanks for teaching me another flow. When I start designing my, my own flows, which is going to be soon, I'm just getting, uh, I gotta purchase a micro SD card to put into my voice recorder so I can voice record my own flows, and then that way I don't have to speak while I'm teaching. Um, it's my master plan. I'll be sure to add that in. Okay, thank you so much. I'm gonna do a meditation in three minutes, so at one twenty I'm gonna do a guided meditation. Feel free to join. I'm not going to be speaking. It's just going to be a guided meditation in the background. I'm gonna take a seat there, light some incense, and we're just gonna fall into it. It's about twelve minutes long. All right. Talk soon. Namaste.
