Full Body Yoga Flow Workout / Hip and Inner Thigh Stretch

In this 45‑minute vinyasa yoga video, Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz guides viewers through a night‑time flow that emphasizes opening the hips and inner thighs. The session begins with a seated cross‑legged warm‑up, progressing through a series of standing, balancing, and flowing sequences—including Downward‑Facing Dog, Sun Salutations, Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Sugarcane, Malasana, and various hip‑opening variations—each paired with breath cues and gentle alignment reminders. Mid‑session the practice incorporates deeper hip‑stretching poses such as Warrior II with inner‑thigh focus, wide‑legged squats, and seated stretches like Gomukhasana and Half‑Saddle. The flow concludes with restorative poses (Rabbit pose, seated forward folds, shavasana) and a gratitude segment, followed by a call‑to‑action encouraging likes, comments, subscriptions, and sharing. Throughout, Speaker B provides detailed verbal cues, while Rozalia offers introductions, transitions, and closing remarks, creating an instructional yet soothing nighttime atmosphere.
