Intermediate Total Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga 60 Minutes | Intermediate Vinyasa Flow Yoga For Strength

In this 60‑minute live‑stream, instructor Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz leads an intermediate vinyasa yoga class that has been adjusted to reduce hand‑balancing poses because of lingering bruises in her triceps. The session begins with a brief warm‑up and breathing, proceeds through a comprehensive sequence of sun salutations, standing, balancing, and back‑bending postures, and includes multiple repetitions of flows such as Warrior II, Peaceful Warrior, and Side Crow. Throughout, Rozalia promotes her Soul Food Fitness and Chakra clothing lines, encourages viewers to check the About Me page, and engages with chat participants. Mid‑session, a brief off‑topic conversation about ants and monitor placement occurs. The class concludes with a bridge sequence, reclined stretches, a guided Savasana, and a short meditation preview, where Rozalia mentions transitioning her guided meditations to Insight Timer and invites viewers to follow her future content. The overall tone is instructional, enthusiastic, and community‑focused, with occasional informal banter.

All right, good morning, good morning. Welcome to this morning's— oh, I'm echoing. That sounds absolutely Terrible. Okay, welcome to my morning vinyasa flow. I was kind of debating all of last night as I was falling asleep and this morning if I should like change this flow. Excuse me. To yin because I have like bruises all the way through my triceps as I'm kind of like learning all of the The hand balancing asanas. However, I woke up this morning and I noticed that my bruises still hurt, but they're lighter. So I feel that we're still gonna do the vinyasa flow, but it's not going to be the intermediate advanced one such as the one from yesterday morning. But it will be a lighter vinyasa flow, still intermediate, but doesn't have as many hand balancing movements, so it should be okay. And tonight at 9 PM EST, I'm switching the Hatha dynamic flow to Yin because last night we skipped the Yin, we skipped the yoga. So tonight we will do the Yin yoga. Um, Because I need it and you probably need it, etc.
Cool.

I don't know. They, they started coming out here and stuff, but what was interesting was I actually started to notice Them in the bathroom.
So when was the last time you saw them?
When it got really warm that one day, that one week, and that one week that got really warm. So after that, nothing? Because it got cold, so I'm assuming now when it gets warm again, they're gonna return.
Okey-dokey.
So nothing there? I didn't see anything there, but again, I saw them in the bathroom and I saw them here in the kitchen again.
You want me to leave monitors here?
Yeah, sure, if you want to. So they're coming from the walls, obviously. So it's been like it's been a week that you haven't seen them? Um, since the since it got really warm. So since it got cold again, the ants didn't start coming.
Become aware of your breath once more and gently wiggle your fingers.
Yeah, so I'm assuming that once it gets warm again, they're going to return.
So that means there'll be a lot of summertime.
Yeah, it would be a very long summertime. And since they're appearing in the bathroom now, that means that they are They are finding other ways to get in.
Yeah, I'll leave one in the bathroom.
Awesome, thanks.
Thank you.
Thank you, have a good day. Sorry about that, it's a very unexpected situation. Um, at least he came when the flow was obviously over and I was in my My Savasana, floating away. Floating away, yeah. All right, wonderful. So I am doing a meditation in about 3-4 minutes. It's a guided meditation. This will be the last week that I do guided meditation on the computer. I'm really gonna try to do my own meditations this week because I want to post it on Insight Timer if you guys want to start showing up there eventually. And then that way, the more I do those meditations in the Twitch streams, they'll be my own voice and perhaps whatever copy— non-copyrighted music that I could find to show you guys. All right, cool. So I'll see you guys in a bit. Thank you, AbsFit. Where's the chat? I don't know. Sometimes people chat, sometimes people don't. It's okay if they don't, as long as they're doing the yoga flow, right? That's, that's all I care about, is that people are doing the workout. They don't have to be talking, you know what I mean? I mean, you guys can say hi, say hi, step in, but what matters is that you're enjoying the flow.
All right, cool.
So I'll talk to you guys in a bit, and yeah, join me on my guided meditation in about you know five minutes, two minutes, four minutes, three minutes, twelve fifteen.
