It contains an English cooking demonstration by a single presenter who walks through a quick ~20-minute vegan-style rice bowl: basmati rice, baked tofu, a vegetable mix (onion, celery, pepper, ginger, garlic), black bean paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a side mixed-green salad with vegan Parmesan, raw pistachios, cucumbers, tomatoes, and olive oil. The host describes plating, flavor choices, and notes the recipe will be posted on their website.

Welcome to another episode of Rosebud's Cooking Extravaganda. So can you guess what I'm cooking up? So over here there is, uh, I forgot what this vegetable was called for a second. Onion, celery, pepper, ginger, garlic. And then in the oven you got some baked tofu. And over here we got some rice ready to go, and I'm going to have a side salad with this. Just wait till I tell you about the flavors. Yep, continuing the process. So I put this like black bean paste into this dish, and I'm actually going to add some soy sauce this time. Usually I add gluten-free tamari, but I didn't have any, and some sesame seed oil at the And to give it this like extra kind of Asian flavor. And I'm going to put this rice on the plate right beside this delicious, delicious mixed green salad. You got some vegan Parmesan cheese in there, you got some raw pistachios, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a whole lot of love. And it's going to be sprinkled with some extra virgin olive oil to really just complete this very simple, quick 20-minute dish. Booyah! So here is the complete package plated, looking really delicious. This is basmati rice, by the way. Salad. And I decided, I decided to actually, um, to actually, uh, pour sesame seed oil on the salad instead of putting it into the dish here because I just felt like that would have been too much oil. So in order to have that beautiful sesame flavor, I just put it into the salad and it's going to be as delicious I'm sure. So I look forward to eating this, and recipe will be on my website fairly soon. All right, bye!
