Power Vinyasa Yoga Intermediate | Daily Yoga Exercise At Home | Benefits Of Vinyasa Flow Yoga |

The video is a 45‑minute intermediate Vinyasa yoga class led by Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz on day 8 of her teacher‑training series. The instructor announces a shift to an intermediate flow, experiments with piano‑and‑strings background music, and invites viewer feedback on the audio. The class proceeds through a comprehensive, step‑by‑step Vinyasa sequence: a grounding lying‑down warm‑up, cat‑cow, Downward‑Facing Dog, Sun‑Salutation‑style flows, low and high lunges, Warrior variations, balance poses (Warrior 3, Half‑Moon, Star Pose), inversions (Crow, Shoulder‑stand work), deep hip openers (Malasana, Lizard), and a guided cool‑down ending with Shavasana. Throughout, the instructor provides breath‑linked cues, alignment tips, and modification suggestions. At the end, she outlines logistical updates: extending future sessions to 1 hour, a three‑day intensive block, moving the regular Hatha class from 10 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and a guided meditation at 12:15 p.m. focused on visualizing dark smoke clearing from the body. The tone is instructional and supportive, with enthusiastic sentiment toward the practice and the upcoming schedule changes.

Okay.
Hello, hello, welcome, welcome to day 8 of my vinyasa— day 8 of my teacher yoga training. Today we're doing vinyasa flow again, although I'm switching things up. We're going to do an intermediate flow today to try some different movements to challenge myself and yourself. And we're gonna do that flow for 1 week straight, most likely until about Sunday, or however long it takes to really master the moves. And yeah, so this time there's going to be like a little bit of sound in the background. I just want to see how that Works, if it works for you, if it works for me. I am open to other people's opinions, so if you guys don't like the sound, you let me know. If you like peace and quiet and just the voice of the instructor, let me know. It's gonna be, um, piano and strings instrumental to still keep it very peaceful, and we'll see what works best. Okay, wonderful.

Step your left foot wide to the outside edge of your left hand. Gently lower your right knee down and relax your upper body. If it feels good, you can come down onto your elbows. Gently raise the chest back up. Draw your knees in and plant your feet on the mat. Slowly lower your back down to the mat. Extend both legs up to the sky for shoulder stand. Push through your hands and peel up your hips, your low back, your mid-back, and your upper back as you lift your feet high. Then walk your shoulder blades back towards each other, propping yourself up on your triceps. Push through the toes, drive the energy up, and soften your chest. Breathe here and feel the reverse pull of gravity. The legs and feet. Release your feet behind you. Roll your spine all the way back down and put your feet on the mat. Hug both knees into your chest. Take one last inhale. Exhale, Shavasana. Lay the legs long, let the arms come down by the hips, turn the palms up and settle in. Become aware of your breath once more, and start to move your fingers and your toes. Namaste.
Yeah.
Okay, that was pretty awesome. Okay, so thank you so much for joining that vinyasa flow. So that was only 45 minutes because I wasn't sure how I would do or what it would be like. So tomorrow I will make it 1 hour, and then we will do that for 3 days. I decided already throughout the whole yoga practice how long we should do it for. So 3 days to kind of get that nice continuous perfection in Into the flow, and then we switch it and turn it into something else. Awesome. So tonight, today is Wednesday. Tonight, I am changing the hatha yoga flow from 10 p.m. EST to 9 p.m. EST, just because my sleep cycle is suggesting that. And the hatha yoga flow will also be different, so it will be a change. From the usual. So exciting. Alright, thank you so much. Namaste. If you're staying for the guided meditation, I'm still going to keep it at 12:15 even though it's a little early right now, a little bit earlier. Today we're focusing on visualization, so watching the dark smoke clear our bodies, so that's awesome. So I'll talk to you soon. Thanks.
