Hello, welcome to today's vinyasa flow. So today is going to be an advanced vinyasa yoga flow. I've never done this before, so I don't know if there's going to be some crazy like intense pose that maybe I don't know how to do yet, but maybe you guys know how to do it, and if you do know how to do it, Make sure you videotape yourself and send it to me. Okay, so really awesome. Let's begin. This is a 50-minute flow, so vinyasa advanced. And yeah, it's probably going to be a little bit quicker type of thing. And we'll see if there's anything crazy to watch out for. I'm kind of sore. So tomorrow there will be a yin yoga at 11, just in case anybody is wondering why there wasn't a yoga yesterday. Um, so we'll do the yin tomorrow.

Thank you so much for joining the advanced vinyasa flow. Of course, it was a little sloppy because it was my first time doing that one, but I'm so happy that I managed to somewhat do one of those— I don't know what that's called, so I'm gonna have to practice. And remember the the name of the pose. So I added that float of favorites, so you'll see that one soon again, I'm sure. All right, awesome. Yeah, so today is Wednesday, so stay tuned tomorrow at 11 a.m. a.m. EST for Yin Yoga. Okay, namaste.
