Try This Yoga" (created 2026-02-06). The excerpt is an English guided yoga practice led by a single instructor (SPEAKER A) focusing on opening tight hips and improving hip mobility. The instructor verbally guides a sequence of poses and transitions — easy pose, butterfly, Garland Pose, low lunges (left and right), wide-angle lunge, corkscrew, pigeon (left and right), mermaid, full split, Cow Face Pose, and finishes with happy baby and an optional Savasana — with alignment and relaxation cues throughout.
