Hey, what's happening? What's happening? Welcome to my yin yoga today with an oracle intention. Um, it's been a long time since I've done yoga. I actually injured my arm in volleyball diving for the ball, and the universe was like, no sports for you. And I got injured again on the right side, so now I have 2 injuries that I'm healing from. My knee and my elbow, so I had to take a little bit of a break. And, uh, yeah, so my emotions have been feeling like very chaotic. Um, so obviously my guides are like, well, it's time to get back into yoga because yoga is the solution to everything. So it seems that yoga is like literally the answer to everything in my life. Okay, so to be nice and slow back into yoga, I decided that we would do yin yoga today, right on schedule to nurture the feminine energy in my body, mind, and soul. So much needed. So the first thing that we're gonna do is pull a yoga card. So these are the Infinity cards. You won't find these online. I actually bought these at a bookstore like a long time ago, um, very old. They were already used when I got them. They are extremely profound and spiritual, so I feel like I need This kind of pull. So take what resonates. So these cards like to read the physical aspects, the mental aspects, and the spiritual aspects, and they only provide one sentence in the guidebook. So I will read the sentences that is given, and then I'm going to provide you guys with my own interpretation. I'm like really nervous because I know that I'm gonna get something that's gonna like completely shatter my ego and like— I can just feel it, like I can feel it coming. I've been like really irritated and I've been healing like ancestor emotional engravement in my body and I've been using the Sei Hei Ki Reiki symbol for emotional healing. And I haven't even been like really drawing the pattern on my body yet. Like I've only been saying the same words, like say hey ki, say hey ki, like just like a meditative trance. And it has triggered so much, um, like storage in my family ancestry that I just— I'm like, I'm like freaking out. Like I get so irritated, I just want to yell at everybody. Like I just want to yell Yeah. Obviously I'm not yelling at anyone, but because there's no one here, but just yelling at myself, yelling, yelling at the air. Okay, so show me today, Spirit, what the daily intention is for today's yoga practice. What should I focus on? What should my audience focus on? It's a little bit loud in the background. People are doing construction. Hey there, Understanzer. Show me what's happening for today. What is my daily intention? Yeah, what's my daily intention? Too many cards. So I got Memory at the bottom, so that's legitimately what I just talked about. So I'm just going to show you guys the card, how it looks like, how there is like, uh, this is technically the the body. So this is the person's body, the shape. All the cards are kind of that shape, and it has like DNA strands within that body. So basically this card, Memory, the underlying energy talks about, um, the ancestral DNA memory that is found in our bloodline. So this isn't really about past lives. That's like Soul memory, which still kind of applies in this situation. But in this case, um, I'm feeling more like we're grounding the earthly matters. So this is more of memory that is found in your bloodline, found from, um, your ancestry, so your community, for example. So the beliefs that you have, um, taken on as yours because of where you were born, with who you were born, and, you know, the people that were around you when you were born, but also the blood, the genetic patterns that you have, that you have taken on based off of where you have come from. So this is kind of like your blood, your memory, your belief systems, your fears, your ideals, your ideas, but also your genetic pattern remembers certain aspects from your ancestry line that make you do certain things out of a pattern. So makes you eat a certain way or makes you think a certain way or makes you act a certain way or react a certain way, for example, to circumstances or situations, but also where you have like weak links in your body. So like, for example, we— I, um, I haven't talked about this yet, but when I was studying health, we talked a lot about epigenetics. And, um, so everybody has that like weak gene That is found in their body, mind, and soul, but mostly like, you know, the body. Let's really talk about the body. Everybody has that weak link that is found in a certain system in their bodies. That could be like the digestive, the structural, nervous, glandular, endocrine, whatever that might be. So if you look at your bloodline or your family ancestry and you see like, okay, on my mom's side Her aunt had osteoporosis, for example. So you may have a weak link in your bone structure, and that may kind of come up as a memory. So it doesn't mean that you are going to have osteoporosis. It just means that there is a weak gene there that if you do not take care of that aspect of yourself, it can reawaken like a memory. And And thus manifest into your life. But of course, other things come into play with that, like the woman who had osteoporosis, what was her environmental circumstances like? Was she in survival mode? Was she, was she not given that much food or not the right nutrients based off of, you know, the time, the timing of things? The environment of things, the community of things, etc. So other things come into play like emotional attributes, for example, like how her emotional responses were in this situation. Was she scared? Was she in fear? Or, you know, was she acting out of instincts to survive and that she didn't get the nutrients that she needed and there was kind of a certain acceptance that came with having that kind of imbalance or dis-ease? In her body. So when we're healing that memory, let's say that gene or that genetic aspect of ourselves, there's a lot of things that come into play with that. So not only, of course, changing your diet and recognizing, okay, I have so much more abundance and, and food and nutrients and resources to be able to fuel myself appropriately and change that family pattern, change that ancestral tree or genetic pattern that happens in my body. So epigenetics, the mutation of the gene to kind of make it healthier, um, but also healing the emotional aspects that come from that ancestry line and like changing it. So bringing it out into the surface. So this is Reiki principles, like bringing it out into the surface so that you can look at it and say, I don't want this belief, right? I'm like releasing it, I'm crying, I'm understanding it, I'm observing it, I'm playing the part, I'm looking at it, and I'm saying, okay, I did that, I healed that, I don't want it anymore. And kind of like releasing all of that so that you could— you can, um, break free of any type of, you know, generational patterns, ancestral patterns that hold you back from reaching your most potential vibrant and healthy self. So that's the underlying energy. So I didn't really need to use the book for that, um, of course. Okay, wonderful. So I'm gonna say we're gonna look at this one next. So I got Magnify. Um, this one is huge, um, simply because— and this is so me Right now. When we focus on something, like if we focus on something specific, it will grow, it will magnify, it will expand. And I like how right here there is like this kind of tension headache, like right there is like these like 2 little lines and it crosses. It reminds me a little bit of like a tension headache, a little bit like a scar. So if we focus on the negative, like we're saying like Okay, no, this is really pissing me off. I'm pissed off. The world is against me. You know what I mean? Like everything is falling apart. Like I'm angry, whatever. Then that will magnify and you will attract more things that irritate you in your life. So it's really important to recognize what we focus on because our minds manifest our reality. Our beliefs manifest what we see through our eyes. So if we're focused on one thing specifically that's negative, then that will expand and grow. And, you know, woe me, woe me, the light life is against me, right? But if we change our perspective and we look at things positively, then we would see certain things as protection. So like separation from that, okay, see the higher picture of why that happened. Let's look at positive things. So right now I'm looking at my heart chakra and I'm thinking to myself, I'm going to magnify that heart chakra and it's going gonna grow and it's gonna expand and love is just gonna surround me and fill me and all of these things. So this is a lesson of just allowing your spirit and your mind to focus on the things that you want to manifest into your life, not the things that you don't want to manifest, regardless of what's happening in your, in your environment, your circumstances, because life happens, but It's on us to respond accordingly, as opposed to reacting and then falling apart into our shells. So, so that's this one. So the light kind of shines brightly on that in which we focus on. So keeping that in mind.
All right.
Next. So, ooh, yeah, I mean, yeah, I know. Okay, so harmony. I'm gonna do this one next. Music has been following me around, you know, my whole life. I'm a musician. I just don't do the music because I don't— I can't even say that. I don't even want to say that on camera. Like, I was gonna say I don't have the time, but that's an excuse. So it's more like I just haven't had the opportunity or the resources as of yet to make these things come into play. But, you know, there's ways of like making sure that you're surrounded by good sounds in which harmonize with your mind and your spirit and all of these things. So music has been shown in a lot of like psychological and neuroscience studies that it heals It heals the mind, it heals the spirit, it really helps balance the nervous system. So certain sounds, for example, like sound bowls or like really calming Reiki music or nature sounds or anything that is very harmonious with our ears or our minds or whatever, it kind of helps us balance because everything is a tone, everything is a sound, everything is a vibration and music Music, sound, all of those things is an example of that. So using music or sound or connection to kind of like an energetic wavelength to bring yourself back into harmony.
Okay.
Because there's a musical note in everything. So there's a musical note in the negative stuff that we focus on. So like, like the sharp sounds, for example, when you hit the piano key, like it sounds really sharp, or really— or when you hit the flat keys, it sounds kind of like, like it's weird on the ear, you know. But then like the really nice sounds that are really nice tones, it vibrates differently in our mind. So life is the same way, um, like the way we speak, for example, or, or, you know, even like the way we walk or Or like the way we talk to our friends or the way we comfort them or the way we take in noise, for example. Everything has a vibration, a sound, a tone that resonates with our soul, our minds, our bodies, or not. Okay, and then meditation. So of course, like during the Yin Yoga practices, Today I'm going to be focusing on my meditation. Uh, I've been getting this energy a lot. Meditation comes in many forms. It's like I read somewhere that I didn't really take into consideration, but meditation is yin and yang. So yang is more movement, so movement type of meditation, so taking time to, to move your body and connect with your body is a form of meditation, but yin meditation is just kind of sitting in silence and allowing things to come through. So there is active meditation and receiving kind of meditation, low passive meditation, but both aspects are important in order to bring the body, mind, and soul back into alignment, in order In order to be kind of aware of what's happening in your body, what's happening in your mind, and what's happening in the soul without the fears that come through with it. So if it comes with fears, then it's usually wrong, and if it comes with like a certain type of calm or peace or knowing, then it is true, it is right. Lately, I have been realizing that my natural being knows what to do. So I've been really focused on my health. When I separate myself from the thoughts or the noise or any type of illusions or pests that like to kind of come in and confuse me, like the mind games, like try to confuse me and stuff that come from the outside. I'm realizing that that's not right. That's not, that's not real noise. Like, that's not real intuition. That's not real truth. The real truth comes from your internal being. Like, there's like a certain knowing. Like, there's not a voice that says you should do this. It's like, it's like, or you have this. It's like it comes from inside and you're already doing— if you're, if you're When you're aligned with your intuition, you are already moving in the right way. You are already doing, acting, knowing what to do, being— you're just being in the correct way that feels in harmony, in alignment with where you are, what you're doing, how to get there, how to bring yourself back into homeostasis, balance, body, mind, and soul alignment. So, Meditation, doing movement, for example, connecting with your body, or just allowing yourself to be still and quiet, quiet without the clouds floating through your mind, um, brings you there and makes you feel that awareness where there's just love and there isn't the fear that comes in and tries to scare you or deter you. Or make you focus and magnify on that stress, on that fear. Yeah, okay, great. So that was really long, but much needed. Okay, so we're gonna start the yin yoga. I'm quite excited for this. Um, yeah.
Good. All right.

And gently wiggle your fingers and your toes. Namaste.
Namaste.
That was fantastic.
Thank you for joining today's yin yoga. Um, so I'm going to try to keep like schedule this week, um, simply because I really just want my body to adjust to what I'm putting it through, um, and trust that it will all just like fall into place. Um, so tomorrow I am going to try to do like the Strong Nations workout. And see if I can do some like punches or whatever. I can already feel like the cracking and whatever. I like bruised the— I bruised something. I landed kind of like really harsh on the ground, and it's crazy because I have fallen so many times in my life, rolled over, gotten back up like no problems, and then like suddenly I just like slammed my hand like really hard on the ground and something like moved. Oh, that's crazy. Like, like it moved or whatever. It felt like something snapped, moved, like it was weird. And ever since then it's been like really bruised, like around the elbow. And I wake up and I can feel it like all the way around. And it obviously like affects other tissues. So like yesterday I was like doing a push-up with my client, like training her, and I can feel like my shoulder, like the tissue in my shoulder like being all weird and stuff. It's crazy how everything is connected. But it really frustrates me. Like, it's frustrating me obviously because, um, I don't, I don't like getting hurt. I mean, who likes getting hurt, obviously? But like, like, it's like, for me, like, it's, it's so like weird because I am like someone that has like gotten, you know, like slammed in hockey and like fallen on the hard ground. Like pushed around in soccer and like falling on the pavement like too many times I can count. And then this one time I just like fall on the sand like that, hurt myself, and I'm just like, this is just crazy. So I'm obviously like doing all of the things I possibly can right now, like, um, protein, and like I got like electrolytes that are— I'm like waiting for it to come through. So I can take electrolytes every day and like amino acids, and I'm taking MSM to make sure that like all my connective tissues are like healing and are strong. And like I'm taking collagen, and I'm just like, I'm going crazy on it. Like, I'm like, I need it to heal. Like, this is like not natural for me to be like injured, you know? Anyways, just sharing my whole self-care routine. To you guys, and yeah. So tomorrow, all right, and we'll go from there. All right, talk to you soon.
