Yin Yoga - October Fitness Challenge Day 1

In this live‑stream, Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz launches her October fitness challenge using the Down Dog app, committing to a daily workout for the entire month. She explains the challenge’s structure, how viewers can follow along via the livestream or later recordings on YouTube, and briefly voices her broader vision of growing a large community. The core of the session is a gentle, feminine‑focused Yin yoga flow designed to stretch sore legs from a previous workout. Throughout the practice, multiple instructors (Rozalia, Speaker B, Speaker C) guide participants through a detailed sequence of poses—Child’s Pose, Tabletop, Puppy Dog, Thread‑the‑Needle, various binds, Gomukhasana, Deer Pose, Corkscrew, Plow, Eagle Twist, and a final Shavasana—providing breath cues, alignment tips, and occasional personal reflections (e.g., “I have never been able to touch my hands like this before”). The stream ends with gratitude, a namaste, and reminders to check the YouTube channel for recordings. Promotional mentions of Rozalia’s website (soulfoodfitness.ca) and chakra‑shorts merchandise appear in the broader context of the challenge.

Hello, hello! How's it going? Thank you so much for tuning into my channel, my stream. So this month I am doing an October challenge with Down Dog app. So basically the app that I have been using to follow yoga and to practice all of my flows. They're having an October challenge where I have to sign in to the app every single day and do a workout. So they got yoga, they have like HIIT training, meditation, all of this different stuff. So I figured that would be perfect for me because I'm trying to get back into all of my movement daily. So join me for daily October challenge Down Dog app. Workout, and we're gonna try to go from day 1, which is today, all the way to the 31st, doing a workout every day. So there won't be a schedule. Basically, I'm just gonna come on each day whenever I can, and if you happen to miss the stream, don't worry, you will have access to the recording afterwards. I will also post on YouTube, so if you wanted to go to my YouTube channel and watch it, you can do that as well. That way you can still be part of the challenge. I won't really make a schedule until I have thousands and thousands of followers, which is, you know, the vision, the plan. Just voicing that out into the universe to kind of set my intention.
Alright, cool.
Alright, so let's get started with yin yoga. We're starting with a really light yin feminine flow simply because I did a leg workout yesterday, so my legs are sore and they need a good stretch. So enjoy, and I'm looking forward to seeing y'all participate.

Excuse me. It's okay.
Thank you for joining me for that Yin Yoga Day 1 October challenge for the Down Dog app. I really enjoyed that. I cried a bit, had a release. Um, Yin Yoga definitely helps us go through a lot of spiritual healing because you're opening up all of the chakras that could have energetic blocks. So today for me was the throat chakra. I'm gonna be rubbing on it all day. Yeah, so if you want to know more about that, feel free to check out my website, www.soulfoodfitness.ca. If you are interested in my chakra shorts, which I'm sporting right now, feel free to go to my store. You can purchase these shorts there. All right, thank you. Bye.
