How do you age well? We asked 5 experts

Five experts on aging well: stack good days and cut small cheats, fight inflammation with clean protein and colorful vegetables, pay active attention to details, and maintain sexual health as central to vitality.
How do I age well?
I think about aging like I think about a long season. The key is to stack good days, lock in on what actually moves me forward, and cut what doesn't. Because little cheats turn into big problems over time.
The single biggest lever is lowering chronic inflammation. I call it Inflamma-Aging. Build meals around clean protein, a mountain of colorful non-starchy vegetables, and good fats. That simple pattern cools inflammation at the source and lets you age gracefully.
Pay attention. Notice small things, not in some meditative way. Just notice. The more you actively notice, the more you stay engaged. And engagement itself is what keeps you vital.
The people I've talked to who seem to genuinely thrive as they get older are the ones who keep their sexuality alive and their bodies connected to pleasure. It's not some separate thing from aging well. It's actually central to it.
Aging well comes down to two things: measuring what matters and training to improve it. VO2 max sits at the top of that list because it predicts longevity better than almost anything else. Focus on improving that.
