Locking in for a productive Saturday

Ryan Shank maps out his Saturday priorities: closing nine more sales to hit his monthly target, preparing conference booth activations like scratch-off tickets and spin-the-wheel games, and filming micro-videos showcasing his software for specific industries like HVAC and construction. He's also planning three sauna sessions and two workouts at Othership.

Happy Saturday, everyone. I woke up today super grateful, feeling really good. Threw my slippers on, walked out to my living room, and locked in because we got work to do. Alright, what's up vlog? So I'm trying— I went to Blackstone earlier. It's 7:47 AM right now. Went to Blackstone earlier. Today, so basically we need 9 more sales this month. We have 5. We're trying to get 14. Our goal is to get 14. So we need 9 more sales this month. We have 2 full weeks left in the month. So really, really focused on that. We have some pretty good pipeline. I just was going back and forth with my accountant because he has some questions about the year-end books from December, even though it's January 18th. I also wanna get prepared. We have a conference that we're going to. It's Wednesday, Thursday next week. We're leaving on Tuesday. So I wanna do something like creative, like for the booth. I saw that like one of my angel investments, this company called DaySheets, they like created these, they basically created these like boarding passes and then they gave these out and then they had this like fake airplane thing. Like that's a lot. But I was thinking like, what can we do that's like creative where we can like just maybe create something, print it out, give it to someone. It's like a ticket or fake scratch-off ticket. And then that like gets them to spin a wheel. And then if they spin the wheel, they do something. So I want to think of something like interesting to do for that. And then I also wanna record more product videos. I feel like we're making and putting out like incredible product, but we need to be promoting it way, way more. We need to be creating little micro videos like for each little feature. I think when you have like a huge video, it's just everything you can do. Like people don't watch like a 5-minute video, you know? 30-second video, really, really nicely done, a lot of context too. So like put it out. And make it look like an HVAC company or a moving company or a construction company, you know, and show the— just show it, but little micro videos, me talking in it, zooming in on the actual feature, and then that's it. And then I also want to create— we also need to create like better demo accounts because right now, like Jack and like our sales team, they're demoing out of like more generic accounts. But like if you go to a software company and you see a demo, like you want to be like, oh, that's me, that's my business. So we need to like, it has to be built out for them. So we need to create like industry-specific demo accounts. So that's what I'm working on today. I'd say Saturday, um, I went to Othership the past 3 nights in a row. I just feel like if I keep going to all these like saunas, I'm gonna get dehydrated. So I'm gonna try to not do that. But I do want to work out twice today. I want to do like a nice like big full body workout, and then I want to do like a little like arms and abs workout separately. I just feel like, like if I go like multiple times, I just like feel better. And then I gotta get cardio in as well, um, but that's the plan for today. So, um, I'm probably gonna vlog it.
