Focus changes as you scale. If you're doing $200,000, you don't need to focus on brand, culture, strategy. Nobody cares about your freaking logo or your mission. You need to focus on just selling and serving. Let's get people to buy some stuff and figure out what works. And if you want to go to the next level, you need to double down on what is actually working. At $2 million, we're not focusing on hustle. We're not focusing on gut. That got us here. It's not going to get us to the next level. We need to focus on building systems, focus on creating scorecards, we need to go from having a you operating system where you are your business and your business is you to a scalable operating system, a company operating system that can scale without you. At $20 million, now it's no longer about tactics. It's not about the growth hacks. Now it's about developing leaders and is about resource allocation. If you want to go to the next level, $50 million, $100 million, $200 million, we got to go from thinking like an operator to thinking like an investor.
