My morning routine is the most important part of my day. Nothing matters more than selling and talking to my customers. To launch something great, we need to figure out our brand culture and mission. I'm focused on consistently delivering a great experience and then doubling down on what works. I know I need to hire rockstars and A-players, but they're hard to find. I'm hiring scrappy people who can execute, learn fast, and own outcomes. I'm creating a bulletproof annual plan and charting out every possibility. I just need to sell, serve, and then capitalize on the proof that what I'm doing is working.
