Hey, Ryan. Yeah? Why do I feel so guilty when I'm not working? Yeah, it's muscle memory. I mean, in the early stages of your business, you were supposed to work, work, work constantly. That was the only way to get things going. You were all there was. And so if you weren't working, then nothing was happening. But paradoxically, at scale, it's actually about working less so that your team can work more. The problem is, nobody told you that the game changed. Nobody told you that the playbook is different. And so that's why we feel guilty, even though very often we're doing the right thing. At scale, what matters is the output of the team. And your team cannot be effective if you're hoarding all the work. So there's no reason to feel guilty. Guilt is the thing that's going to hold you back.
