And that's why if you want to scale a company, you got to have a big beard and a no strip. Hey Ryan, can I scale my company? Only hiring people that I like. I think if your business is less than 50 people, you primarily should hire people that you like. In the beginning, vibes do matter. One time we hired a very, very, very capable executive leader. They were just obnoxious and so nobody on the leadership team really wanted to work with them. And that's kind of when I learned if people don't want to get together, it just going to impact your productivity. So I'm a big believer. Sub 50 in founder first hiring. Now when you get over 50 now you're starting to bring on professional managers. Frankly, what you like doesn't matter because you're only working with a select number of folks and you can start to step away. So over 50. Hire primarily for competence, hire for experience. That being said, whether you like them or not, they do need to align with your company's core values.
