This is how you turn vision into action steps!

You need people who are rooting for you in ways you can't even imagine and who know how to do the things that you don't know how to do. And when you show these people the future that you have seen, you need the people that are going to help you bring that into reality. And so one of my favorite things to do again, whether we're working with a new portfolio company CEO, a private client, or one of our founders board members, is to go through this process to brainstorm action steps. And that's what I'm going to encourage you to do. You see the future on the right. Turn that future into action steps. Fill in those boxes and number the boxes. Which ones do you want to do first? Right. Envision the future. Come up with some action steps. And one of my favorite things in the world to do when we have gone through this process with our members is to look at it and go, it's a cool plan. Do you agree? Yeah. I love this plan. Awesome. You want to make this stuff happen? Yeah.
