I still get to see my family during tax season. As a licensee, you don't have to sell your soul to anybody or give up your relationship with your family in order to, to make good money. That's why the licensee model is so much better than anything that you'll be offered anywhere else. It doesn't do any good to make a half million dollars if you're never home, if you never see your family, if you never can enjoy the fruits of your labor? If you're like me, you have 5 kids, you dial that back to a level where you get to both make incredible money and you get to see your family. That's where I'm at, and I appreciate that my compensation split is such that I still get paid very, very well, even though I'm not working the kind of hours that somebody at the Big 4 makes. To me, it's a far superior option than anything that you'll get anywhere else.
