In today's tip, I wanted to go over a specific KPI, key performance indicator, called length of engagement, or LEG for short, which makes sense because we're in the fitness industry. Your length of engagement is what we're tracking, the average length of engagement for your members. This is easily calculated in your CRM. By taking the current date if they're members and subtracting their starting date. And that gives you a number. You take the average of those numbers. Boom. Average length of engagement. The reason you want to track this is because it's a very great metric to help you understand how good you're doing with client experience. The goal would be to get that average length of engagement to keep increasing. Month over month. Um, it kind of— it really is that simple. If the number isn't what you want it to be, if it's shorter, uh, then that should be an indicator to you that you need to look at stuff with your customer experience, whatever that may be. Are they getting enough communication from you? Do they like your programming? Any of those factors that relate to why a member leaves You would look into because your metric of average length of engagement, or your LEG, is telling you it's not as high as you want it to be. So that's LEG, super quick. If you've ever been asked what it is, feel free to share this video with your friend who asked the question, or just share with anybody. We love it when you share our stuff, and, and subscribe to our channel as well. Hey, thanks for listening. Have a good day. Bye.
