We don't want to have people crash and burn. There's several levels of training here. I've been doing this for 25 years. People could say, oh, he knows what he's doing. But the nice thing is having something that's cohesive, and I still have flexibility to do things how I want, but Insight has great resources and the training to see how other people were doing things was great. Then the second level of training that I'm really, really impressed with is that there's ongoing training and communication on bettering staff's lives, bettering their emotional state, bettering— like, there's communication. Communication things that we go through that let even the youngest and newest staff be able to communicate if they have questions, if they have concerns. The openness and the training for that, just being able to say everybody has a voice here, that's huge, that's cool, and I respect that a lot. Visit insightechs.com/career-page.
