In this video, a representative of a tax and accounting firm outlines the full suite of services they provide to clients. The firm handles tax compliance by filing business and personal returns and offers tax strategy through a monthly‑price retainer model. They differentiate themselves with unlimited email support, allowing clients to ask quick questions without fear of per‑minute billing, and a letter‑response service that interprets and often resolves IRS notices, which they claim are incorrect 85% of the time. The firm conducts year‑end tax‑planning meetings to lock in savings before the new fiscal year. Their bookkeeping service includes maintaining client books, preparing financial statements, and delivering reports with basic analysis and charts, plus ongoing communication to clarify expenses. For clients seeking deeper insight, the firm adds consulting meetings (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) that function like outsourced CFO services, focusing on cash‑flow monitoring and profitability advice. Finally, they offer Profit First implementation and allocation services—particularly for micro‑gyms—through a one‑time setup fee or ongoing allocation assistance, reinforcing the message that profit is a choice. The overall tone is informative and persuasive, emphasizing client accessibility, proactive tax strategy, and profitability focus.

Hey guys, today I want to tell you what we do. We are a tax and accounting firm and we have a variety of services that we offer. From a tax compliance standpoint, we file tax returns, but in the overall grand scheme of taxes, we also do strategy. So for some, we set them up on a monthly retainer, which isn't the right word, retainer, it's a monthly price. And, you know, we, in addition to filing their business return, their personal return, whatever other tax returns they want us to do, we also make ourselves available for them to ask questions. We include unlimited email in our agreements with our clients. And one of the reasons we do that is because I've picked up new clients from other firms because they were too afraid to email their accountant because they know that that accountant bills in 5-minute increments, kind of like an attorney does. And they didn't feel like their question was worthy enough to get billed like that. It was just a quick question. Well, we found that some of those quick questions can result in massive tax swings one way or another. So we build in unlimited email consultation with our clients so that they aren't afraid to ask us those questions, as silly as they may think they are. It's important for us to know what they're thinking and what they're trying to accomplish. We also provide a letter response service. So I don't know if you know this, but the IRS sends out letters, and our experience is that about 85% of the time, their IRS letters— the letters are wrong. But most of the time, they're asking the taxpayer to give them more money. So we say, look, as part of the deal, You send us the letters, we'll interpret it for you. In most cases, we can respond to it for you as part of the deal. So that's— and then of course, tax strategy itself. We always want to have at least a year-end meeting before the year closes so that we can make sure we are making the right decisions to maximize tax savings or whatever the financial goal is for the client before December 31st happens. Because once January 1st happens, in most cases, other than some retirement plan contributions, the previous year is locked in. We also do bookkeeping services. And this is maybe similar to what you have experienced in the past, but hopefully better. We'll get into our clients' books. We update the financial statements. And then we actually send them a report. And in this report, we're showing them some of the good charts that we like to look at. And we also provide some very basic, simple, but valuable analysis on something that they can consider as they're looking at their financial reports that we send to them. In addition to that, we also like to communicate with our clients. So, I mean, we're not the ones spending our clients' money, so there are scenarios where we need to ask them Hey, what was this for? And so we have that type of interaction back and forth. And then we have the report. Other clients with the bookkeeping services also enjoy a little bit more analysis because sometimes you hire a bookkeeper, but really what you're hoping for are recommendations on any sort of business decisions you can make that are related to being more profitable. So for those clients, we also add in consulting and some of our clients will meet quarterly, some monthly. I have a few that I meet with weekly. And with that, we provide what some people may consider like CFO services. I don't ever want to call it outsourced CFO because there are CFOs for companies and they do a variety of different things. So I don't want to pigeonhole myself into that. Generic of a statement. But what we do is what the client is looking to accomplish. They have goals. In the consulting meetings with these bookkeeping, we can help them see how the cash flow is happening. Is the cash flow moving them towards these goals or not? And sometimes it helps identify other areas where they may need help with, which maybe we don't provide that help, but we at least help them see some of the areas that they could be working on. That's kind of how the bookkeeping services work. We also provide Profit First, hence this page, right? Profit First for MicroGyms, where this video is originated. We can help clients implement the Profit First system, and we do that in a series of meetings. It's a one-time fee to get it implemented. We have other clients who actually just want us to do the allocations for them, and so we do that as well. Others just, you know, they, they feel like they got it in hand, but they still want a little bit of feedback. So then we can just do meetings that are related to helping them improve their Profit First system or answer their Profit First questions. Ultimately, those are the services that we offer as a company. I just wanted to share that with you guys. Remember, profit is a choice. Choose to be profitable.
