Bailey left a small tax firm where she worked constant overtime and gave clients her personal number. At Insight Tax, she kept her career momentum while actually clocking out, earning well, and having time for her family.
I was working overtime. I was working a lot, giving out my cell phone number. My name's Bailey. I am a licensed partner at Insight Tax. I came from a very small firm. I loved it, but I started there right out of college and I really didn't have a lot of boundaries when it came to work. I was working overtime. I was working a lot, giving out my cell phone number, you know, being the point of contact for all of my clients. And although I loved it, it did get to be a lot, especially when I did start having children. And this is when I decided to kind of make that switch to Insight Tax, and it has truly been the best decision I've made, and it has been such a blessing to me to be able to keep my career, have an identity outside of being a mom, but also feel like I'm bringing in a good amount of income to support my family and feel like I am successful in different aspects of my life.
