A short YouTube commentary by Sandra Abrams explaining NFTs as a "global digital rules-based immutable property rights system." The video defines key terms (rules-based, immutable, property-rights proof/authenticity), contrasts popular NFT art projects with the broader concept, and lists practical use cases (tickets, memberships, medical records, trust funds). The tone is informal and aimed at providing concrete, relatable "value" for viewers.

I've been doing these YouTube shorts for a while and I don't think I've been relating to you or creating substance for these videos. Young people call it value. So let me start providing value to connect. First, let's talk about what an NFT is. A global digital rules based immutable property rights system. Let's break that down. I mean, we see how the digital world has created globalization and how businesses are using the Internet to do their digital services, their business. And what is rules based? Immutable. That means it's not capable or susceptible to change. It's based on a set of rules, the property rights system and property rights proof of authenticity, you know, like a digital certificate. So nft. I know you thought I was going to say Bored Apes Yacht Club or the Pudgy Penguins or maybe the Pepe Frog. Yes, those are arts and media, those are NFTs. Some are one on one, some are like groups of hundreds or thousands. But an NFT really can be anything. It can be an NF ticket to a sporting event. It could be a membership to a coffee club, like I don't know, Starbucks, they have those stamps. Also could be Broadway play season tickets that you have the same seat for each play. It could be a lot of different things. And it's possible that companies that have access to this technology, they can do it to help senior citizens. Think about an NFT as your medical records or your medical care on the blockchain to where the cost are immutable. You know how much things are going to cost, they're not going to change. Think of a trust fund that there's proof of authenticity, the digital certificate, it's their trust fund. That's just a few of the things about an nft. They're not dead, they're just expanding. And I hope I provided value and that you're able to relate to this video.
