6 Secrets to Balance Your Body Type and Boost Your Metabolism

Sachin Patel presents a ~90-minute webinar titled "6 Secrets to Balance Your Body Type and Boost Your Metabolism." He outlines a four-type body taxonomy (A: adrenal — midsection fat; B: estrogen-dominant — hips/thighs; C: thyroid — generalized weight gain and slow symptoms; D: liver — rigid/‘‘beer belly’’/fluid retention) and teaches six foundational, non-pharmaceutical pillars to improve metabolism and health: get your mind right, breathe right, get your lighting right, move right, sleep right, and digest right. The talk emphasizes mindset/self-love, practical lifestyle changes (nasal breathing, mouth taping, morning sunlight, red evening light, movement outdoors, sleep hygiene, meal timing and chewing), wearable tech for feedback, and addressing root causes rather than symptom band-aids.

What is it that you're craving aside from balancing your body type and boosting your metabolism? Everyone wants that, right? Everyone wants to look like a supermodel and have amazing metabolism. But what else do you want? What else are you seeking that would be of value to you that you can start working towards? All right, so go ahead and type that into the chat for me so that I can curtail this conversation for you so that I can make sure that you are leaving here today with tremendous amounts of value. So I'll give you a moment to type that in. Go ahead and type that into the chat, and then I will get right into the presentation. But first, I'm going to take a sip of this delicious elixir that my wife makes for me right before my presentation so I can enjoy a warm drink as I present to you. So go ahead and type into the chat what your goals are and we'll get started. Okay, I see one person saying weight loss. I see somebody else saying anti aging. I see somebody else saying more energy, better sleep, better digestion, better skin, less brain fog. Okay? Yeah. Who doesn't want less brain fog? Right? We are meant and deserve to be mentally sharp. All right? I see energy and weight loss, better blood sugar control. All right? Well, good news is you're in the right place. Okay? Now, if you're looking for a quick fix and you're looking for a shortcut to your health, or you're looking for a pill to save you, then you're in the wrong place. If you're willing to take control of your health, which means you want to be in the driver's seat, okay? Not in the backseat when it comes to your health, but you want to be in the driver's seat, then this is the right place for you. We're going to empower you. And the things I'm going to teach you today, only you can do for yourself. Nobody can do them for you, only you can do for yourself. All right? So let's get started. Let's dive right in. I got lots to cover. The one thing that I want you to know is you can actually reverse your age in demand. So many of you might be thinking, I wish I could go back to how I was at a certain age. Well, guess what? You can actually do that. I'm going to show you how you can do that and the formula to do that. Many of our clients tell us that they actually feel 10 to 20 years younger as a result of what you're going to learn today. Did you know you can balance your hormones in minutes, not months, without using artificial interventions? You can naturally balance your hormones, or you can naturally unbalance your hormones within minutes. In fact, your hormones are being produced inside your body in real time. Now, here's the thing, because they're being produced in real time and we can control their production. We can control how we feel. We can control how our body functions. Did you know that every cell in your body, every organ, tissue and system in your body can heal simultaneously under your own volition, under your control? I know it might sound hard to believe, but it is absolutely true. Health doesn't have to be complicated, overwhelming, or expensive to get rapid, safe and permanent results. And today I'm going to, like I said, I have nothing to sell you, so I'm going to show you how to do all of this for free. Now, it works better and faster when you work with somebody, but it also works when you do it on your own. And in fact, just so none of you missed this opportunity, I'm actually going to share with you my special offer. So I'm offering you a guide, which I'll share with you a little bit more about in a second that encompasses everything that I'm talking about today. So you should see a green button pop up on your in your chat window, and that will take you to a guide where you just enter your information and we will send you the contents of today's presentation in even more striking detail. Now, I know it sounds crazy to think that health doesn't have to be extensive and complicated because you've heard that it takes forever, costs lots of money, and you have to take tons of supplements. You know, I see so many patients, or I have rather over the years, and I get on so many phone calls with people who are taking tons and tons of supplements and not always making the necessary lifestyle changes. And therefore they spend lots of money. They see lots of different specialists. However, they are not empowered. They are giving their power away to testing and they're giving their power away to supplements. Which means that if I take the testing away and I take the Supplements away, There's nothing left to prop these people up. And I'm a big proponent of not propping people up and giving them the illusion that they're healthy, but truly helping them create health, because that's the only way we can do this. So today, I'm going to show you how to get even better results in less time while improving your health like never before. And I want you to pay attention, because you'll learn how Faizal lost 19 pounds, no longer has bloating or hot flashes, and that all happened in six weeks. And you can see that looks like she aged in reverse. And in those six weeks as well, you can see that she literally looks 10 years younger going through this process. You can see Dr. Suk here, who had diabetes and hypertension and lost 66.2 pounds and no longer needs those medications. And he did this in 10 weeks. You'll learn how Michael went from taking 10 Tylenol a day, accelerating his oxidative stress and destroying his liver in the process. But he needed it because he was dealing and struggling with a lot of pain. And he lost 58.4 pounds in 10 weeks. And you can see that the difference is quite striking when you lose that much weight. But it happens so quickly when you do things the way you're supposed to do them. And they did this all without supplements, lab testing, or intense exercise. Okay? Now, that's not saying that you can't ever take supplements or you shouldn't get lab tested or you shouldn't exercise. And sometimes intense exercise is appropriate, but for these individuals, it wasn't. And for many people, we find that it simply isn't. So we're going to show you a formula for creating health without adding a pill burden, without adding a test burden, and without adding something to your schedule like intense exercise, which many times is inappropriate. As you may know, my name is Sachin. This is my lovely wife, deep down the middle, and. And my wonderful son, Devin, who inspires me to be the best version of me. And we work together, all of us, to change the world. We want to create a decentralized and democratized health platform where everyone gets to be healthy based on the decisions that they make and the choices that they make, leveraging ancient wisdom and modern technology and bringing those two things together so that everyone can feel amazing, which I believe is our absolute birthright for us to feel awesome. And you can see me wearing my black coffee shirt. So, all you coffee fans out there, I'm right there with you. Big thing for me is, how do we help as many people as we possibly can. My story starts circa 1997, when somebody called me skinny. And I never met this person ever again. And I heard this message and. And this feedback from this individual through another person. So I went to meet a friend of mine. I asked her, hey, what'd your friends think of me? And her response was, my friend Kim thinks you're skinny. And this literally sent me on a tailspin that resulted in me abusing my body for the next 10 years. Literally, I abused myself for the next 10 years trying to gain as much weight as I can because I never wanted to be called skinny again. Because as you all know, as a male, when you're growing up, that's the last thing you want to hear, right? Nobody wants to hear that they're skinny. So it traumatized me, and I ate whatever I could. Whatever was in sight, I would eat it, as much of it as I possibly could, so that I would never be called skinny again. And some of you may have experienced an event like this in your life. How many of you ever gone through an event where somebody has said something to you or been in an event in a period of your time of your life where somebody says something to you and it traumatized you, it made you insecure about your body, it made you insecure about who you were? And maybe it was an innocent comment. I don't think this comment was intentional, or I don't think this person realized the implications it would have on my psychology. But how many of you have experienced that? I can't be the only one. So type in me. If you've gone through a challenge like that, where somebody says something to you and you let it get to you to the point where it changes your behavior in a good way or oftentimes in a bad way, and it makes you think less of who you are, it makes you, you know, lower and self deprecate yourself. And when we lower our self worth, one of the things that we do is we make choices that are incongruent with who we truly are. So we eat foods that are not representative of who we really are, right? If we have junk thoughts of ourselves, we're gonna have junk food going into our mouth. Like attracts like. So what you think of yourself is gonna reflect in the choices that you make. And I think we can all agree, right? What we think of ourselves is a function and a representation of. Of our reality. And unfortunately, my mind wasn't strong enough at the time. You know, I was in my early 20s. My mind wasn't strong enough for me to be able to see past that or look past that. And so I let somebody else's thoughts, somebody else's opinion, become my reality. And so one of the things that it did is it drastically altered my own self care. Not that I had a stellar self care practice when I was that young. When you're that young, you think you're invincible. But it led to behavior change that resulted in me making bad choices all in the name of gaining weight so I wouldn't be called skinny. And the reason many people gain weight is, is as a protective mechanism, we are protecting ourselves from pain. The pain for me was hearing, he's so skinny, right? For some of you might hear the opposite, he's so fat, she's so fat, she's so skinny. Some people may have gone through physical abuse or even sexual abuse. I've heard stories from people that were extremely attractive and they were getting the wrong type of attention. And one of their subconscious ways of protecting themselves was to gain weight and making self destructive choices because they didn't want to attract that type of attention in their life. So each and every one of you has a story. And that story that you're telling yourself that your unconscious mind is telling itself is leading to the decisions that you make today. So here's what happened to me. Here's what that did to me. At the age of 32, I was about 185 pounds. And you can see how inflamed I was at the time. My goal at this time was to continue gaining even more weight because I didn't love myself, because I didn't formulate my own opinion of myself. I let other people's opinion formulate my life and create my life. And then I came to my senses. I learned about functional medicine and I realized that I was embarking in self destructive behavior, in inflammatory behaviors. I was drinking potions, I was drinking toxic shakes that you couldn't pay me to drink today. I don't think there's any amount of money that you could pay me to do the things that I was doing to myself at that age in the name of not being called skinny again. Okay, here I AM at age 44, me and my son, he's my workout buddy. And actually what's most important to me is that my biological age is 40. So from the age of 32 to 44, 12 years passed. However, for me, only eight chronological or biological years passed. So I actually reduced my age by four years in that period of time, using the principles that I'm going to share with you today so you can age in reverse on demand. But you have to know what to demand. If you don't know what the demands are, then how are you ever going to meet the requests that people put out there? And that's why I asked you, what do you want to learn more about so that I can meet your demands. Okay, so my goal is always to help you in understanding how to optimize your health. Now, one of the things that I see somebody posting here is my metabolism is slow. Your metabolism is not slow. Your metabolism is your metabolism. Your metabolism is doing exactly what it's designed to do by your creator. Whether you believe it was random chance or whether you believe it was God, your body is doing exactly what you're telling your body to do. Now, you might not know what you're telling your body to do because nobody's told you how to communicate to your body, but your body never makes mistakes. So to say your metabolism is slow is actually putting the blame on the wrong thing. So you'll never actually find an answer. What actually makes more sense instead of saying my metabolism is slow is saying that I don't know the behaviors that will drive my metabolism up and now you actually can do something about it. Okay? Saying your metabolism is slow villainizes the very thing that's going to fix you. Okay? So this is important because one of the first things we're going to talk about is how how we communicate to ourselves makes all the difference in the world, you know? So for me, functional medicine, positive mindset, wearable technology, and self love transformed my life. And probably the most important thing in all of this was self love. I truly believe that being healthy is an act of self love. And unhealthy behaviors are an act of two things. Ignorance and not loving ourselves enough to know what those behaviors are, not investing the time or the energy or sometimes the money to find out what are those behaviors that are going to turn those levers for me that are going to get maximum response? Okay? So for me, there was a variety of things and people and situations and trainings that came into my life that transformed me. And it wasn't one thing, it wasn't one training I went to. You know, I've been in practice for over 16 years and a functional medicine practitioner for almost 14 of those years. And I learned so much along the way and I'm still learning new things. Okay? So these are the things that were transformational for me. And that's what I'm going to be sharing with you today. I also manage and coach several hundred practitioners all over the world. So I've the systems that I'm going to teach you today. I've taught them. I run a podcast where I train other healthcare practitioners on how to run their practices to create a revolutionary new approach to health. I've been an award winning clinician, we run an award winning business. We build centers all over the world. This one is in Uganda, a hospital that we run and operate that treats those in need. And we also am also an award winning father, which is also awesome. And we're actually one of Canada's first publicly traded longevity companies because we help people live longer. And so I'm excited to be spearheading some amazing opportunities to that are coming up. So in the next few minutes, I'm going to show you a revolutionary approach that we've spent the last three years developing. I want you to pay close attention because this could change everything. So today I'm going to share with you six rights to activate your inner healer. Balance your body type so that you can create sustainable health practices. Rapid, measurable changes and a living legacy of health. Okay? So most importantly, I'm going to show you how to become your own doctor. We believe that the doctor of the future is the patient. And. And that's you. No one is coming to save you. I want you to write that down if you have a notepad. No one is coming to save you. It's really up to us to learn how to save ourselves and find credible sources that can help us activate our own inner healer. So I want you to really reduce the risk of hospitalization. Right now, the top five reasons for hospitalization in relationship to Covid are cardiometabolic. Think about that. So do we have an epidemic of a virus or do we have an epidemic of cardiometabolic disease such as hypertension, lipid issues, obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis. These are the people that are being hospitalized right now because their body has an underlying message of inflammation. Their body is on the verge of, you know, literally going over the edge. And so when these people catch the virus, they are immediately relegated to severe conditions because their body is already on fire. Okay? And Covid is just adding more fuel to that fire. It's adding more messaging to that fire that lights up the inflammatory processes and these people's health spirals out of control. So if you're more than 20 pounds overweight, you are at increased risk of hospitalization due to cardiometabolic dysfunction. Okay? Now I don't want to scare you, but I need to scare you sometimes so that you do something about it. It's not just weight. It is a ticking time bomb, okay? So we need to fix that so that you're around to enjoy your grandchildren and great grandchildren, I hope. Or even just enjoy this moment, right? How many of you would love to feel amazing going into this new year, not waiting until the new year and then doing something about it, right? But how would you love to feel amazing going into the new year? That's totally possible for you, right? In fact, that's all I want for you. I don't want you to wait to get healthy. I want you to get healthy as quickly as possible. We also want you to find the root cause. So anyone who's just looking to put a band aid over your problem, whether it's a natural band aid or a drug, band aid is never going to help you. They'll always be there to fulfill your prescription or your subscription for your supplements. But until they get to the root cause, you'll never get well. And that breaks my heart because I see that happening over and over again. So it takes a little bit more time and energy, and of course, it might even cost a little bit more initially to get to the root cause. But once you get to the root cause, then you are actually destroying the problem from its origins instead of managing the fallout and the symptoms of not getting to the root cause. I also want you to better leverage your time, energy, and efforts. I want you to add 1 to 25 quality years to your life. That's completely possible. In fact, most people who are in their 80s and 90s never thought they'd make it to their 80s and 90s because that wasn't their life expectancy. So they lived longer than they thought they would. And I promise you that if you can live healthily for the next five to 10 years and keep all your body parts, then you can easily add a decade of quality years to your life. That's totally achievable, especially with the technology that's coming down the pipeline. I know what you're probably thinking. You've tried everything. Being healthy is hard, right? Like this guy carrying his boulder on his back. I've already spent so much time and money and, you know, nothing works. It seems like you're flushing money down the toilet. Getting healthy takes years. It doesn't. I promise you, it doesn't take years. I don't want to take more supplements. I hear that over and over again. Spend thousands on testing. I don't want to starve myself. I don't want to take drugs or hormone replacement medications. My body's been like this for years. It won't budge. I've heard that over and over again. Being healthy is expensive. Well, it's expensive if you don't get to the root cause. It's expensive if you mask your symptoms and it's expensive if you take supplements for things that can't be supplemented for. Okay, I'll pay you $1,000 if you can tell me what supplement to take for a lack of sleep. Pay another thousand dollars if you can tell me what supplement to take for not breathing correctly. What supplement can you take for not thinking right? What supplement can you take for not exercising? What supplement can you take that replaces the benefits of being outside in the sun? It's not vitamin D, I promise you that. Okay? So if you try to manage your health through pills and potions, you'll never be healthy and it'll be expensive and you'll eventually give up. One more program and my spouse is going to kill me. You know, some of you probably heard that before or I got into arguments with your loved ones because you want, you just want to feel good. And of course your partner doesn't want you to not feel good, but they also don't want you to waste your money. Okay? This happens over and over to people. So I want you to suspend all your limiting beliefs and hear me out. So if you're ready to become the most productive, creative and energetic version of you, then I've got six rights to activate your inner healer. So sit back and enjoy. I've shared a button that you can press. Click on that green button and you'll get this guide. And this guide will share with you deeper insights into what I'm going to talk about today. But I want you to stay present because I want you to hear me out because there's stuff that I'm going to say that is not in this guide. And I know we're going to talk about six secrets to balance your body type and boost your metabolism. So I want to go over these six or four body types and then we'll go over the six ways to correct them. So body type A is somebody who gains weight in the midsection. This is somebody who is gaining weight primarily in the abdominal area. Their arms and legs stay pretty normal or skinny. And. And the weight that they gain around the midsection is kind of squishy, right? So it's fat. So it's, it's, it's squishy. As opposed to being hard and rigid. So if this is you, then you have body type A. Body type A is the adrenal body type. This is a person that has basically been dumping so much cortisol and adrenaline and noradrenaline to their system that their body takes on this, be this, this type of weight distribution. This person is going to complain about low energy in the morning. They're usually going to need some caffeine in the afternoon to keep going. They're generally going to feel tired and sluggish. They're generally also going to not have good blood sugar regulation. So they're going to crave sugary foods, sometimes even fatty foods. They're going to crave. They're also going to experience fatigue when they climb up a flight of steps. They might also experience disrupted immune system. So there's a variety of things that this person is going to present with. This person, generally, depending on the stage of dysfunction they're in, is going to feel pretty run down. Okay, Body type B. This person is an estrogen dominant body type. This is somebody who has too much estrogen. We see this in both men and women. And so too much estrogen can result from excessive hormone production or environmental xenoestrogens. These are chemicals in the environment that mimic estrogen. Interesting thing, many, most of the women do the shopping, right? Not to be stereotypical, but oftentimes the women are the ones that are doing the grocery shopping. So something like the receipt that they get when they go to the grocery store has BPA in it. BPA is an endocrine disruptor. So physically handling the receipt actually puts chemicals into your body that are absorbed through your skin that disrupt your own estrogen from binding to its receptor. In fact, xenoestrogens, which are a synthetic chemical counterparts of estrogen, actually bind to your own receptors better than your own estrogen does. So pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, larvicides, plastics, a lot of the fragrances that people use, these are all things that disrupt estrogen. So making sure that you, your estrogen is balanced is very critical for your health. Women who have estrogen imbalances are going to have fibroids, they're going to have painful periods, they're going to have mood swings around their period. They're going to have this pear shaped body where weight gain is in the hips and thighs. So they're going to be very, very disrupted with their monthly cycle. Because women's hormones, as we know, kind of ebb and flow throughout the month. So that's something to pay attention to. The next body type is body type C. This is generally seen as a thyroid body type. This person is going to gain weight everywhere, and they're going to have symptoms like dry skin, constipation, feeling sluggish, feeling cold, their hair is going to be thinning, their heels are going to be cracking. They're going to experience everything in slow motion. Even their thoughts are going to be slow. They might even be low on the motivation scale as well. So it takes them a while to get going, and they feel really tired afterwards and during. So this is the thyroid body type. Certainly there's a laundry list of thyroid symptoms. And then body type is. D is the liver body type. So this is somebody whose abdomen is different than body type A, and it could be men and women, but this person has a rigid abdomen, so they're not holding on to fat. So it's not a squishy abdomen. It feels like a water balloon. Okay. Because they're retaining a lot of fluids around their organs. This body type we might even refer to as the beer belly body type. And again, you'll see this in men and women, but it's more easily depicted here in this. On this male. So this is the beer baby or beer belly appearance that people have. Okay. Sometimes this can be caused by bloating if somebody has a sibo issue, or it could be caused by water retention, especially related to liver dysfunction. And last time I checked, most of us have livers that are under a lot more stress than they should be because our environment is extremely toxic. And it doesn't kill us overnight, it doesn't kill us right away, but over time, it puts a lot of strain on the detoxification systems. And the liver is one of your most powerful detoxifying organs and one of your largest internal organs as well. So its function is very important. And when it becomes dysfunctional or overburdened, then we see this type of appearance. So from a curiosity standpoint, I'm curious. Which body type are you? Are you body type A, body type B, body type C, body type D? Or are you a combination? Based on the presentation physically and some of the symptoms I described, which one are you? Go ahead and type into the chat. If you're a combination, that's fine. If you're. If one of them really jumps out at you, then type in that and there's really no wrong answers. Our goal is to eventually find out what this is and come up with a corrective plan for you. Okay, I see B or C. I see A, I see C, B and C. Okay, I'll give some of you just a few more moments to type in what your answers are. And if you have any clarifying questions, and you can certainly type those in if you're confused as to which one you are. I want to make sure that I have some clarity on who I'm speaking with. And one way to know who I'm speaking with is by you answering some of these questions. So I'll just give you a few more minutes or a few more moments rather. And let's see where we, where we're at. Okay. So lots of B's and C's. And I see somebody saying, my partner is a D. Andrew, thank you. If only the world had more doctors like Satchin, we'd be a far better world. Well, I'm working on it. I'm working on creating more practitioners. I appreciate you, my friend, and thank you for that comment. So let's get into some of these six secrets and six rights that I want to help you with. So the first one is you got to get your mind right. Okay? Your mind is such a powerful tool. It and it's one of the most powerful tools that you have for your healing. I told you my story about how my mind was creating bad habits because my mind was on a single track mission to try to gain as much weight as possible. So I didn't care what I was eating. In fact, I was eating healthy. But I would eat a disproportionate amount of food or I would eat food at the wrong time of day. Did you know that eating the same meal at a different time of day actually changes how that meal is metabolized? Did you know that there's a certain time to eat your biggest meal? Did you know there's a certain time to eat your food in relationship to your bedtime? Right. Some of you might know this, some of you may not. Some of you might know this and you may not be putting into action. So our mind is very important because our mind dictates our self worth and our self worth dictates the choices that we make. If you think you have a billion dollar body, are you going to put junk food in it? Right. I drive a car and it and when I take the gas cap off, it says premium fuel only. Right? Would I dare put anything else than premium fuel in that car? No. Right. Because the instructions are very clear. So your instructions to yourself have to be very clear. Right? Premium fuel only. Premium friends only. Right? Premium inputs only. Right? Are you watching the news or are you reading a book that's going to be determined by what your self worth is? If you think your brain is trash, you think your body is trash, you're going to put trash in it. I know that sounds cruel, but at an unconscious level, I'm not saying you're doing it intentionally, but at an unconscious level, that's the message. And if it isn't the message, guess what message you are now sending to your body, right? You're not sending your body a message that hey, I have a billion dollar body. Thank you. I'm grateful for everything that you've done for me. Here's some junk food, right? Person whose mind is right would not do that. Okay, so this is the first domino that needs to fall. Your mind is a five dimensional printer. Our persistent thoughts become our reality. Where the mind goes, the body follows and thoughts become things. So our most persistent thoughts become our reality. I think we all know this. It's a matter of paying attention to it. And here's the thing, there's no lab test for this, right? So your doctor could say, hey, your lab tests are perfect, everything's normal. But if your mind ain't right, right? Your body could be just fine. Your body can be just fine. What your doctor is measuring is the hardware, the mind is the software, right? My monitor could be working just fine. But if the software on my computer isn't working or it keeps crashing, I don't try to fix the monitor, Right? If my software is crashing, I don't try to fix the monitor. Our healthcare system is exactly that, where we try to fix the monitor because the software is broken. How silly is that? And that's why our healthcare system doesn't work unless the monitor is broken. Like a bone, right? Or something like that. Then it's obvious that we have a hardware problem. So some tips to get your mind right. Find your community. Hanging out with the right people makes all the difference in the world. In fact, the right community can add 10 to 15 years to your life. That's what research is showing. The right community can add 10 to 15 years to your life. Optimize your environment. So willpower doesn't work. There is a book by one of my friends, psychologist Benjamin Hardy, and he wrote a book Willpower doesn't work. It doesn't work. It's all about your environment. If your environment is full of cues and temptations, then guess what? Having a strong mind and not eating something that's in your house is a battle of willpower. Eventually willpower doesn't work, okay? So don't torture yourself. Don't buy junk food, don't buy the stuff that you know is going to sabotage you, all right? You also have to be sold on yourself. Like I said, you have this billion dollar body. You got one chance at this life as far as I know, so why not live it amazingly well? Be sold on yourself that your body is capable of healing because it was capable of creating the condition, which means it's capable of uncreating the condition. Every disease in your body is a byproduct of signals. Nothing happens in your body unless a signal is fired. Okay? So if I want to move my hand, if I want to move my lips, if I want to have this conversation, there are billions of signals that are firing first in order for that to happen. If there's a tumor inside somebody's body, there were billions of signals that told the body to create this tumor. If your blood pressure is high, it's because there's a signal that's being perpetuated in your body that is telling your blood pressure to be high. It's not by mistake. You're not broken. Don't let anyone ever tell you that you're broken. Be sold on yourself. Nothing can fix you better than you. Stop watching the news. As we all probably know, it's like one of the most toxic things that you can do. You can watch it as entertainment, but also realize that the television is telling you a vision. I can tell you what your self worth is based on the TV shows that you watch. You might not like what your TV shows say about you, but they say a lot about you. Because if you're willing to put junk in your eyes and into your brain, you're willing to put it into your body, okay? Because that's where it goes. Whether you eat junk food or watch junk, watch or listen to junk, it all ends up in your body. And it all affects your health and it all affects your metabolism, right? How many of you could listen to relaxing music and feel relaxed? All of you. How many of you could be under relaxed lighting and feel relaxed? All of you. Which means you can feel the opposite if I provide you with the opposite, right? If I play certain types of music or put you under certain types of lighting conditions or feel feed you certain bits of information, I can change your physiology. All right? Other tips to improve your mind is mindfulness meditation and being in nature. Nature is probably one of the most healing tools that we have. And in fact, in Japan, they build hospitals next to forests and forest bathing is actually an intervention. Okay? Ask your doctor if it's covered by your insurance. All right, that's a joke. So get outside. It's one of the most healing things that you can do for your mind. All right? Number two is to breathe right. Why breathe right? Well, breathing right corrects your blood pressure. Take a look at this picture. What you see here is your heart kind of sandwiched in between your diaphragm, which is that muscle right underneath the heart, and your lungs. Every time we breathe, our respiratory system and our diaphragm actually squeezes the heart. It massages the heart. So it provides the heart with assistance with every breath that we take. When I breathe in, my lungs expand and gently squeeze the heart. So breathing correctly will reduce the amount of pressure that the heart has to produce on its own and normalized blood pressure. Most people's high blood pressure is a result of a weak diaphragm and poor breathing. So within minutes, we can resolve hypertension with people. Okay, within minutes, not months, not with multiple pills, but within minutes we can do that. It also reduces the stress response. So breathing correctly normalizes our body's overactive stress response. It improves lymphatic drainage. The majority of chronic diseases, like cancer, start in the lymph. Your body makes 12 liters of lymph every day. You only have 5 liters of blood that you make every day. Your body makes 12 liters of lymph. It's sewage. It's waste products. The majority of the lymph. The biggest lymph nodes in your body, guess where they are. They're not in your armpits. They're not in your crotch. They're not in your neck. The biggest lymph nodes in your body are in your abdomen, because guess what? Your organs make a lot of toxins. Your liver, your kidney, your stomach, your large intestine, small intestine, bladder, reproductive organs. They all make waste. And that waste, if you're not breathing correctly, stagnates, and it stays in the abdomen. And. And that's why most cancers are in the abdomen. It enhances creativity. When we enhance creativity through breathing, we naturally feel high. And there's a whole course and a whole section that we do on this, teaching our clients how to breathe correctly. You wake up more refreshed, and I'll show you how to do that in just a moment. So what are some tips for breathing? Right. Well, first, you want to have proper oral posture. Proper oral posture is something I go over in the guide that I've Given you, I won't have time to walk you through it right now, but positioning your tongue correctly in your mouth completely changes your health. Nobody's ever told you this, I'm sure the position of your tongue changes the way you breathe and changes the relaxation response that your body undergoes. The correct positioning of your tongue is vital to to your health. So where your tongue sits in your mouth matters. Okay, the next thing is nasal breathing. You want to spend as much of your day breathing through your nose as possible. You want to spend as much of your evening and night breathing through your nose as possible as well. And I do a whole two hour masterclass on breathing. So I'm going to do this topic a huge disservice by just, you know, flying through this today. But breathing correctly changes everything. And whether you like it or not, you're going to probably take about 23,000 breaths today. So why not take them correctly? Why not breathe through the right organ Instead of breathing through your mouth, breathe through your nose, because that changes your physiology. Another tip is mouth taping at night. Putting a small piece of tape like this over your mouth allows you to still breathe through your mouth if you want to, but it cues your jaw to stay closed so that you're breathing through your nose throughout the evening. When you breathe through your nose, you actually wake up less to urinate. In fact, most people stop having to wake up at night to urinate. Your mouth isn't dry, your oral health is improved. The number one cause of cavities is mouth breathing. Believe it or not, it's not sugar like you've been told. It's actually mouth breathing. Another thing that happens when you breathe through your nose is that you will remember your dreams. You'll wake up refreshed, remembering the dreams that you had the night before. Okay, so breathe through your nose, especially at night, because that's when our body is healing deeply and so we want to make sure we're breathing correctly. All right, number three is get your light right before I get into number three. Are you finding this helpful? Is this information helpful for you? Just type in yes, if it is, so that I know that I'm not just here edifying and talking about stuff that I'm interested in. But are you finding this information valuable and helpful? And I know I'm going pretty quickly, but each of these topics, each of these six topics is at least a two hour conversation that we could have. So I hope you're finding it helpful and it's making sense and some of the dots are connecting. For you. All right? Number three, get your lighting right. The right lighting makes a huge difference. And this is why I'm wearing these funky red glasses right now, because I'm blocking blue light from my computer screen so that I could deliver this presentation to you. So I'm literally, you know, I understand the irony in this. I'm compromising my health in some regards to deliver this presentation to you because I want to help you. Right? And so one way that I can mitigate the effects of being on the computer so close to bedtime is I can wear these glasses. Is it perfect? I'm not going to pretend that it's perfect. Is it a much better choice for me to do that? Absolutely. Right. If I can mitigate the effects of staring at the screen by using a filter on my monitor, a digital filter, like an app called Flux, and I can wear these glasses, then it's a small win for me. Okay? So I'm putting my life on the line to share this information with you, but I'm finding a solution to find some balance. So lighting is so important to our health, and it's something that is often overlooked. So why do we need to get our lighting right? One, you'll get deeper sleep. Believe it or not, the quality of your sleep is dependent on whether you got the right amount of sunlight in the day. The best time to get sunlight is in the morning. And I'll share some more details with that. When you get the right lighting conditions, you lower cortisol. Believe it or not, your hormones are very sensitive to the type of lighting that they. That you're exposed to. So if you're exposed to, you know, full spectrum lighting, your cortisol is going to jump up. So those fluorescent bulbs in most corporate offices, those are super toxic to your hormonal systems, okay? Over the years, they will cause major hormonal disruptions. And you'll go to the doctor and you'll try to find out everything that's wrong with you. And eventually you'll find out it's the lighting where you work that is destroying your health. Okay? So when you can control your lighting conditions, when you can't have some sort of contingency plan, okay? So maybe wearing glasses in those environments is appropriate for you because it'll lower your cortisol. Anything that raises cortisol raises blood sugar. So literally, when you're at work under fluorescent bulbs, your cortisol is going to be high, your blood sugar is going to be high. It's going to be going up and down throughout the Day you're going to be crashing and burning and you're going to feel like you need food and you're going to be craving certain foods and you're going to go to the snack bar and have snacks. And guess what? When you get home, you crash because the lighting was artificially stimulating you, telling you to dump all this cortisol into your system. And then you come home and you have no energy left for your kids. Anyone experience that type in? Yes, if you've ever experienced that, where you come home at work, you've got, you know, all kinds of energy, but then when you come home, you just kind of crash and burn and you need to take a nap, right? You need to kind of shift gears in order to feel yourself again. Well, it has to do with the lighting, amongst other things. You could be breathing wrong too, but lighting is very overlooked. Lighting at the right time increases. Dopamine. Dopamine helps us feel motivated, helps us feel focused, and it helps us feel a sense of reward. When you don't get enough dopamine in your life through the right lighting exposure, you're going to crave sugar and fat. How many of you crave sugar and fat? Type in sugar. If you crave sugar and fat and you feel a deep sense of satisfaction after consuming it. So it's almost like this addictive tendency. Go ahead, you know, I can't be the only one. So go ahead and type in sugar. If you've ever experienced that, that it's almost necessary, it's essential. You're craving it, you're hunting it out, right. And Halloween just passed. So I know some of you might even be sneaking into your kids piles of candy trying to get that sugar fixed. Okay, well, the reason you're doing that is because you don't have enough dopamine. Dopamine is something that makes us feel good when we get that dopamine hit. In our modern society, it's so easy to get that dopamine hit. You get it from social media, you get it from chocolate, you get it from sugary foods, and you get it from fatty foods. In fact, some of you might crave chocolate because chocolate actually contains a compound in it called PEA, which, which mimics dopamine in our brain. So chocolate is addictive for that reason. So if you want to get rid of some of these bad eating habits, make sure you're getting the right type of lighting because that's going to change your brain chemistry and then you're going to be much less likely to crave these Types of foods. So you don't have a willpower problem. You're not a bad person, you don't have weakness, you have bad lighting. And that bad lighting changes your chemistry. And then your brain is a brain, it does exactly what it's being signaled to do. You, your brain is being signaled to search for something that increases dopamine. And your brain is also a calculator. So it's going to calculate what's the lowest energy output that I can have to create the highest amount of hit from dopamine. So what do we do? We turn to food, we turn to social media, and that destroys our brain and, and actually perpetuates the habit. Okay. The right type of lighting also improves our immune health. As we all know, immune health is more important now than ever. I mean, it's always important, but it's gotten a lot more attention. And I can 100% promise you that bad lighting is resulting in a bad immune system. So if your cortisol is pumping all day because you have artificial light exposure from full spectrum lighting like fluorescent bulbs, cortisol depresses immune function. And then if you have the wrong type of lighting in the evening, you're not going to make enough melatonin. And melatonin is your most important immune modulating hormone. The right type of lighting also balances your hormones. So check this out. The natural rising and setting of the sun regulates our circadian rhythm. The rising and setting of the sun regulates our circadian rhythm. And especially of these two important hormones, the first one being cortisol, you'll see that as the sun comes up, cortisol peaks. Cortisol's main job is to raise blood sugar. So it makes sense we haven't eaten all night, but let's raise our blood sugar so that we can find breakfast so that we can prepare to start our day. And then cortisol starts dropping middle of the morning. And then you can see it starts really dropping after 12 o'. Clock. So take a look at where the sun is. The sun is at its highest peak. Okay. And then cortisol starts to drop. Now, when we have artificial lighting at work, what happens? This curve shifts to the right. So this peak stays high throughout the day. Because where does the light at our workplace come from? Is it constantly moving? Is the direction of the light source constantly moving like it would in nature and or is it staying in the same place? It's staying in the same place. So what happens when you're on your way home and you get home, you crash and Burn. Because you're not meant to put out that much cortisol. You have a suppressed immune system. You have sugar cravings, you have fat cravings. And it all has to do with lighting. Now, fun fact. The average human being used to sleep 10 hours a night before we invented the light bulb. Now, the average human being sleeps only seven hours or less per night. Think about that. We've lost three hours of deep restorative sleep because of the light bulb. Now, not only that, but we don't fill those three hours with reading a book or meditation. Sometimes it's binge watching stuff on Netflix. Sometimes it's diving into social media. Sometimes it's attending a webinar like this as well, let's face it, right? So we have to make sure that we are safeguarding our evenings. We are doing something to protect ourselves, just like I am right now, so that we can wind down in the evening. And there's a few strategies I'm going to share with you. After the sun goes down, our body starts increasing melatonin production. But if the sun never sets in your house or the sun never sets in your life because the lights are always on, then this is going to be disruptive to these hormones. So sleeping in front of a tv, I did that growing up, and you couldn't pay me to do that now, okay? Because it's very disruptive to our sleep. And also remember that when you are falling in front, falling asleep in front of a tv, your mind is unguarded. So all of the information that's coming out of that TV is bypassing your conscious ability to process it and going right into your subconscious mind. So you're literally being programmed to into whatever the TV is telling you to do, okay? At an unconscious level, your unconscious mind is always listening. It's always listening. So even though you might not think it, you might think, oh, I'm sleeping. That's a conscious act. Your unconscious mind never sleeps, never gets a break, okay? It's been active 247 your entire life, in fact, even before you emerge from your mother's womb, okay? Now, in the evening, we want to produce melatonin, but we only produce adequate amounts of melatonin if we got sunlight in the day. So midday sun increases serotonin, and serotonin turns into melatonin. But if we didn't get midday sun, then we don't have adequate amounts of precursors to make melatonin, which means that we may not even have adequate melatonin production, which affects our sleep, which affects our immune System. So artificial lighting is very disruptive to melatonin. Temperature is disruptive to melatonin. So we want to sleep in a cool, dark place. So here's some tips. Here's my son, biohacker extraordinaire. He's wearing every pair of red glasses that we own. You can see the red lighting is a red bulb in his bedroom. It's in all of our bedrooms and it helps us because it doesn't decrease melatonin production. So red light does not decrease melatonin production. So in your bedroom, you want to use the right type of lighting, the right temperature of lighting, so that you're not creating a disruption in your hormones. So the light. Right. Tips. Morning sunlight. If you can get five to ten minutes of sunlight in the morning, bonus points if you can watch the sunrise, then this is going to be one of the best ways for you to activate your dopamine production. Even if it's cloudy outside, get outside, have your coffee outside. I even give people permission to check their email outside if they need to, as long as they're outside. Next, turn off overhead lights after the sun goes down. Okay, so right now it's dark right now. If I turned off my overhead lighting like I normally would, you wouldn't be able to see me. So I have it on, but I'm wearing these glasses, right. As a consolation to not being able to turn the lights off. So turn the lights off from overhead after the sun goes down, because that's not natural anymore, right? The sun has set. There's no other natural source of light that will be coming from overhead except moonlight. Okay, then the next thing is you want to use red bulbs in the evening. So red bulbs in the evening are going to be powerful because they do not disrupt melatonin. Now you want to have a good bedtime routine. So we use essential oils like lavender. We play gentle music, we read a book. In the evening, we try to have a wind down routine collectively as a family. So sleep is a celebration in our home, not a punishment. Right. For some people growing up, they were punished by going to bed. For us, we celebrate going to bed every night because we know it's going to heal us. We know it's something that we need to do so we can feel good and do good the very next day. You also want to wear blue blockers and green blockers. So these glasses block both blue and green light after the sun goes down. Okay, so just some bonus tips for you. If you're not wearing blue blockers, then obviously you can Tell I believe in them, and you might want to consider them as well. All right, tip number four. Are you finding this helpful? Give me some feedback. Is this having an impact on you? Are you finding this information to be relevant to you? Are you finding it applicable? Are you seeing why many people might be missing some very opportune ways to heal that are right under your nose, literally speaking. So if you're finding this helpful, go ahead and type in yes, and I will keep going. If you're not, then I'll just stop here because I can turn off the lights and start my wind down routine. But if you're finding this helpful, please let me know so that I know that this is landing for you. All right, great. I see lots of positive feedback, so I'm going to keep going. All right, number four, you all know this to move, right? So moving right increases our mood, right? So when we move, we feel good. Our dopamine increases, our energy increases, our endorphins increase as well, and we get a little high when we move. Right? I want you to, I want to encourage you to move right outdoors. Next thing it improves is lymphatic drainage. So it moves lymph, which is those 12 liters of toxins that the body produces and waste products that we need to move from our body. So moving throughout the day is very important. That's why they say sitting is the new smoking. Okay, so if you're not moving throughout the day, then you're going to be in trouble. It also enhances creativity. Some of the greatest thinkers of our lifetime and many lifetimes ago would use nature, especially outdoor time in nature, as ways to increase their creativity. So if you're feeling stuck, if you're trying to solve a problem, get outside and watch what happens next is better balance and fewer injuries. When you move right, you're less likely to fall, you're less likely to injure yourself, and you're less likely to have chronic issues. The next is also a deeper appreciation of your physical body. Your body's one of those things. If you don't use it, you eventually lose it. Okay, So I have a personal trainer. Four days a week, we train with a group of other people that I coach in my mentorship program. And I enjoy these, you know, four times a week sessions because I get to appreciate what my body can do for me, I get to honor it in a meaningful way, and I get to benefit with a highly functional body throughout the rest of the day. And I feel good. Move right tips. So one is you want to have joyful movement. You want to love what you do. You want to look forward to the exercises. And this is one of my friends, Whitney Jones. She was recently named the IFBB champion for the third year in a row. And you can see that movement is very important for her. And you can see how flexible and agile she is. So joyful movement is something that we all want to do. Some of you might love lifting weights. You know, I love lifting weights at a certain period in my life now, I love doing things like yoga and functional movement, and I still lift weights, but it's not the only thing that I do. Okay, so find ways to move that you love. I also love riding my bike. Next is stack activity with being in the sun. So, speaking of riding my bike, I love being able to ride outdoors, especially at this time of year in fall, it's such a beautiful time of year to be outside. You want to move throughout the day. So it's not about moving, you know, just, you know, in the morning and then you sit on your butt the rest of the day. It's moving throughout the day. That's one of the secrets, because we don't want that lymph to become stagnant. Tune into your breath. So when you're exercising and moving, you want to make sure that you're focused on your breathing. If you cannot breathe through your mouth, you are over. I'm sorry. If you cannot breathe through your nose, you are over exercising. You're pushing yourself past your metabolic limits. So when you see people who are in the gym and they're huffing and puffing and they are breathing through their mouths, and they look like they're about to die, they've exceeded their metabolic limits. Your metabolic ceiling is your ability to breathe through your nose. That's your metabolic ceiling. Number five. Sleep. Right. Why sleep? Right. Well, you get better cognitive function and creativity to make better choices. You have fewer cravings, less belly fat, more energy, better detox and deeper healing. We all want that, right? When I asked you what you wanted, everyone said this. Well, that results actually come from better sleep. Here's another thing I want you to know. When you get enough sleep, you actually have a normal appetite and you have a normal sense of being filled after you eat. When you don't get enough sleep, you actually make too much of a hormone called ghrelin, which makes you hungry. And you make too little of a hormone called leptin, which makes your brain think you're not full. So you never feel full, and you're always hungry. No matter how much you eat. Does that sound familiar? Type in yes if that sounds familiar to you. Where you feel hungry all the time, and no matter how much you eat, you never feel full. In fact, you might eat something and then shortly afterwards you're like, why am I still hungry? Right? And what happens? You blame your willpower. You blame yourself. You think that you're a bad person, right? You think you're not capable. You blame your body or you give up. You're like, there's no hope. What do I do? You go to sleep. Okay? So sleep changes our hormones. And in the end, as you all know, your hormones always win. Your hormones send a message to the hardware. Your hormones are a messenger. Just like when I type in on my keyboard, right? There's a message that goes from the keyboard to the computer, and exactly what I type in on my keyboard shows up on the computer. It's not rocket science. So if I'm producing hormones that tell my body to be hungry, I'm going to feel hungry. And if I'm not producing hormones that tell me I'm full, I'm going to feel like I'm not full all the time. You can't fight that. Willpower doesn't work. Chemistry. We have to understand the behavior change we have to understand so that we can rebalance our hormones. Here's some tips to sleep, right? Know your chronotype. All of us are designed a little bit differently by our. Our maker, if you will. And so some of you need to sleep at different times or wake up at different times based on your chronotype. You want to be consistent. You want to make sure that there's no light or food before bed. Two to three hours before bed. One thing I challenge you to do if you want to improve your sleep like never before, is do a lights out challenge. And a lights out challenge is that after the sun goes down, no artificial lighting. So you can use candlelight. You can light a fire in your home if you have a fireplace, or you could use red bulbs if you absolutely need to. But a lights out challenge is the most effective way to. To restore sleep, okay? So many people, they go to the doctor with a sleep issue. The doctor gives them pills to knock them out, never fixes the lighting issue. And guess what? These people become zombies. I mean, it's tragic to me how little people know about connecting these dots and eventually are just drugged to sleep. It's unfortunate, but it's happening daily, right? Millions of people are being drugged right now because of bad lighting, and they just don't even know it. All right, next point is sleep in complete darkness in a cool room. So crack a window if you need to get some fresh air in there. Sleep in a cold or cooler room. That's going to help you. Your core temperature should drop if you want to get a deeper night's rest. If your deep sleep isn't that great, it's probably because you're too hot. And it's normal for your core temperature to drop. Just like the earth's temperature at the surface drops, right when it gets dark, the earth gets cooler. So our bodies are the same way. Our body temperature should get cooler in the evening. Another thing you could do is get an aura ring, because that's something that we track on our clients. It's something that I wear on a daily basis for the last three years, and it monitors my sleep so I can see every night how good my sleep was and how ready I am to attack the next day. And this is a daily feedback loop that I get by wearing a simple, smart sleep ring. All right, number six, and we'll wrap things up. So why digest, right? The number six is digest, right? This is something that's overlooked. You have better immune health. 70 to 80% of your immune system is in your digestive system. So digesting your food and assimilating it and eating the right foods is very critical for immune health. Next is you get improved nutrient absorption. So you and I could eat the exact same meal, but if I'm eating in a rush, I'm not chewing my food, I'm not sitting down, you know, and I'm not grateful for the meal. I'm going to process it totally differently than somebody who is tactical about how they eat their food. You know, many people complain about wasting money. The biggest money waste is poorly digesting your food. Okay? Eating too quickly, not chewing it, not slowing down. Right? You're just throwing money down the hatch and flushing it down the toilet the next day. It also reduces the need for supplements. Right. People say that, hey, our food doesn't have nutrients in it. Well, neither. Yes, it has less nutrients, but you're also going to have less absorption. If you're not properly digesting it. You also develop less chronic inflammation. You'll eat the right amount. So slowing down and chewing your food will allow you to eat the right amount of food, and you'll have no more stinky farts. Okay? So if your farts smell, the gas that you pass smells, then it's actually because you're not properly digesting your food. If you feel bloated after you eat, you're not properly digesting your food. If you have heartburn after you eat, you're not properly digesting your food. If you have constipation, if you have diarrhea, if you have nausea after you eat, or you get itchiness or hives, right? Or your blood pressure goes up, or your heart rate goes up after you eat, you're probably not eating the right foods or you're not digesting them properly, okay? So here's some tips to digest your food better. So first things first. You want to choose your food. You want to choose the right food for your health objectives. You want to choose your feelings. So you want to choose how you feel about that food, right? Do you feel grateful and have the right attitude towards that food, or do you view it as a punishment to eat healthy? We live in the first time in human history where people complain about eating healthy, okay? And then we want to eat at the right time. So why do we want to eat at the right time? Because at certain times of the day, our metabolic function is more active. Our digestive function peaks not at noon, but at midday. Okay? So if you lived at the equator, then it would be noon. But depending on where you live in the world, right now, midday is not at 12 o' clock PM, which is when most people eat. It might be at a different time. It might be sometime between 10am and 2pm okay? So your digestion is strongest when the sun is in the highest position. That's why we call it the solar plexus, right? So there's the connection for you that was always there, but you may not have connected those dots. The timing of your food matters. And the timing that you stop eating food also matters. You want to chew each bite. You cannot digest your food properly and taste your food properly if you don't chew each and every single bite, like this llama here is doing. I think it's a llama, or it might even be a camel. But chew each bite, especially if you're eating plants. If you swallow a salad, I challenge you, you'll poop a salad the next day. Because you lack the enzymes in your digestive system to actually digest through plant matter. So you have to chew each and every single morsel of food to get the nutrition out of the food. That's where the nutrition is locked up. Next thing you want to do is you want to chill out, you want to be relaxed, you want to slow down. Most moms I know, unfortunately are too busy feeding Everyone else that they eat while they're standing, they eat and just throw food in their mouth and then they're trying to tend to their kids. You know, it's better for you to just get everything done, let everyone else eat and take your time eating your meal because you're going to digest it so much better. You want to cherish each meal, okay? You want to make sure that you're grateful, especially right now, that there is a supply chain that allows food to end up on your table, that somebody prepared this food for you, that somebody grew this food for you and raised the animals. If you eat meat that you are now eating as part of your meal. So there's so much that went into putting that food on your plate. And you want to be grateful for every single bite that you take. Number five is check stool daily and annually. So we encourage people to do a daily physical check of their stool. Make sure there's no blood or discoloration or a light clay color. Make sure there's no undigested food in there. Gives you a daily test to see if what you're doing is working right. It's one way to measure if your body is processing that food correctly. And then annually, we suggest that you get a stool test, a functional stool test to get cleared for parasites and pathogens and bacterial imbalances that can be causing health issues for you. All right, so the six rights we talked about, get your mind right, breathe right, light right, move right, sleep right and digest right. And this is one of my friends, my speaking mentor, who is one of the top eight fittest people in all of North America. And he's over 80 years old and he or age 76 in this picture. So he's 80 now, he just turned 80 recently. And he is one of the healthiest 80 year olds in all of North America. And he skis, he does all kinds of things. And it's because he follows these guidelines and recommendations. So just to remind you, these six rights will never steer you wrong. They're going to balance your body type. They're going to send a signal of self preservation and self care and self love to your nervous system, which is then going to shift your body's physiology so that you become a fat burning machine instead of a sugar burning machine. Getting your mind right, breathing right, getting your lighting right, moving right, sleeping right, digesting right is the key to optimum health. Okay? It's not a pill. I didn't talk about any pills today. I didn't talk about any testing today. If you're not doing the basics, then you're just wasting your money. You're wasting your time. And last time I checked, most people don't have extra time and money laying around to waste. Okay? You're better off just donating that money instead of spending it trying to fix these problems with pills and potions and things. It's absolutely never going to work. I realized that many, many years ago. And it's these foundational things that you want to be doing first so that you can then leverage supplementation, then leverage testing, if that's appropriate for you. Okay? These are things that you can get started on. They're absolutely free, don't cost you anything. And I very gently touched on these topics. So what I gave you today was a tip of the iceberg just to just to dip your toes in the water a little bit to get a sense of how we get such great results with our clients because we focus on the foundations. And what's cool about this is once you identify and improve and optimize these behaviors, guess what? You just keep doing it for the rest of your life. Right? Just like we do on a daily basis, we practice these things. I'm mindful of my thoughts. I'm mindful of my breath. I'm mindful of my lighting environment. I'm mindful about how much I move each day. I'm mindful of my bedtime routine and my sleep routine. I'm mindful of my digestion. Okay? So tonight, for example, I had several meetings that led up into this presentation. So I decided not to eat. So I'm going to go to bed not hungry, but I'm going to go to bed on an empty stomach, which is going to help me even sleep, even better. Okay? Some people, the old me would say, hey, I'll eat after the webinar, I'll eat after the training and have a meal at like 8:39 o' clock and then try to go to bed. And that would lead to disrupted sleep, it would lead to dysfunctional sleep. Instead. I can make better choices based on what I know. So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to make an excellent choice and skip my dinner today, which is going to heal my organs. It's going to allow my brain to heal tonight. It's going to allow my liver, my large intestine, small intestine, pancreas, stomach, all these organs are going to get a bit of a break and. And then I'll have my next meal tomorrow at around noon. So this is a part of a healing strategy where we can time our meals appropriately to help us feel our absolute best. These are skills that last a lifetime. And that's what we teach our clients. We don't teach them stuff that is just a fad. We don't teach them stuff that. Hey, you know, sorry, I didn't mean to teach you that things have changed. We teach you timeless wisdom and timeless principles. And. And so my gift to you is this guide which goes into each of these topics a little bit deeper so that you can never waste a single minute or penny on your health again. I'm so sick and tired of people wasting their time and money that I want to create a transformational teaching platform and I want to teach you how you can live a long, healthy, fulfilling life without wasting time and money. Okay? There's plenty of people out there that will waste your time and money. I'm not interested in that. I want you to live an amazing, epic life and I want to teach you how to do that if you're willing. Right? Nobody can do these for you. Nobody can think for you. Nobody can breathe for you. Nobody's going to change the light bulbs in your house for you. Nobody's going to move for you. Nobody's going to sleep for you and nobody's going to chew your food for you. These are things that are absolutely your responsibility. And health starts with you taking responsibility so that you can live your absolute best life. So I invite you all to love yourself back to life and download the guides that I've provided with you. I've provided you with. Just click on the button. And what I want you to do is get the free information and we'll be sharing some additional tools and resources for you. And if at any point you decide, hey, I want to take my health to the next level. I want to work with Sachin and his team and have a total transformation and dive into these topics a little bit deeper and get coached by us. Then we're always happy to help you. We're here to serve. We're here to make sure that you live an amazing life on your terms, should you choose to do that. And we've helped thousands of people do just that. And we look to help many thousands, if not millions more feel their absolute best. That's what you deserve. That's what every one of you deserves. And I hope that the things that you learned today help you move closer in that direction. And the tools that I've given you are going to help you move closer in that direction. All right, it looks like some of you are getting an error message. Looks like it works on the laptop. Let me see if I can share the link and see if we can get that to you. One second. It works for me, so let me just share the link and you can try that and see if it works. If you're on your phone, then maybe try getting on your laptop and see if that does the trick. But it seems to be working for me, so I won't be able to troubleshoot it. I'll post the link here so you could see it. Okay, so click on the link I just shared and that should take you there. If you have any issues, difficulties, then you can always message me and I can make sure you get it. I'm happy to also take before I wrap things up. I'm also. I love you. It's just a reminder you are loved and I certainly love myself enough that I can love you. And I would love to answer any questions that you have. And here's to your highest, happiest and boldest healing. So thank you for tuning in. Thank you for tuning in for yourself. Thank you for participating in this conversation and dialogue. And like I said, if you have any questions, I'll stick around for another three or four minutes and I will then start my bedtime routine. It's that time of day. You're welcome, Tony. I appreciate you. Thank you. Thank you, Andrew. Thank you, Monique. Thank you, Sean. Thank you, Gail. Thank you, Rama. Awesome. So glad you enjoy this. Okay, if there's no questions, going once, going twice, Andrew's asking. Brilliant presentation as always. Thank you, Andrew. Thank you. I'm curious if you've ever dealt with repigmenting vitiligo. I actually have. One of my clients that I coach is a vitiligo expert. So if you want to connect with me, then you can shoot me a message and I will put you in touch with her. Her name is Lisa. I'm happy to, happy to put you in contact with her, Sean. Go ahead. And you can type in your question in the chat if you want. And I'm happy to answer it for. Okay, great question, Sean. So Sean's question is if I, if all my numbers are excellent, why am I so tired? Okay, so there's a key difference and this is a really great question. So I appreciate you asking this. So there's two components to my computer as an example. There is hardware and there is software. So hardware is my screen, my keyboard, my mouse, you know, my phys, the things that I can touch the physical things that I can touch. And that's kind of what blood testing is. Blood testing and, you know, scans and things like that, like an MRI or a CT scan are the things that we can touch. It's the things that we can very easily quantify and measure. However, the thing that runs my computer is software. And the software is the message that is given to the hardware to tell the hardware exactly what to do. So if you go to the doctor and there's nothing wrong with the hardware, it's like me taking my computer to the, you know, to the computer shop and saying, hey, my computer isn't working. And they plug my. They plug my monitor in and they say, hey, your monitor is working just fine. They test my keyboard and they say, hey, your keyboard's working just fine. Hey, your mouse batteries are checking out okay. It's working just fine. Well, why is my computer not working? Well, it could be a software issue, right? And the software is what's crashing for a lot of people. So there's good news is there's nothing wrong with your hardware. But the bad news, and not even the bad news, the good news there, too is it's the software. So it's how you're using your body. It's the signals that you're sending to your body that are not allowing you to metabolize properly. So let me give you an example. You could be perfectly healthy, but if you live in a state of stress all the time, there's nothing wrong with your body, nothing broken that we're going to find on lab testing. It's the state in which you live in. Okay? So if you're always in fight or flight, then guess what? All your organs, all your cells, all your tissues, all your systems are in fight or flight all the time. That doesn't mean they're broken. But it doesn't feel good to be in fight or flight all the time, right? You're going to feel tired, you're going to feel exhausted, you're going to crave sugar, you're going to crave the wrong types of foods. You're going to have to find coping mechanisms. And oftentimes these coping mechanisms are food. It's going to be disruptive to your sleep, but there's nothing broken about you. So when somebody comes into me and they have, let's say, poor digestion, they have high blood pressure, their sleep is not that great, they're gaining weight around the midsection, They're. They feel tired, you know, sometimes, you know, during certain times of the day, Sometimes people feel tired all the time. I congratulate them and I'd say, congratulations, there's nothing wrong with your body. You just happen to be stuck in a sympathetic dominant state. And so you can run all the scans, you can run all the tests and your doctor's not going to find anything wrong with you because there isn't anything wrong with you. Just like if I take my car to the shop and there's nothing wrong with my car, but I'm a bad driver, right? I might go to the car, be like, you know what, this thing doesn't drive really well. It turns out there's nothing wrong with the car and the mechanic is not going to find anything. It's the person doesn't know how to drive properly. And I'm not saying this to be insulting to anyone, but I didn't know how to live properly for many years. For most of my life I didn't know how to live properly even after going to chiropractic school, even after going through functional medicine training. So I've amalgamated so many different trainings to be able to even offer this information to you. I'm a breathwork instructor. I've taken trainings in wearable technology, I've taken trainings in neurotransmitters, I've taken trainings in genetics. I've taken training in functional medicine. I've taken training in exercise physiology. I've taken training in biomechanics. So I've learned so many things that you're never going to get from a single education. And I've put it all together into a system that allows us to get rapid transformation with our clients. And what's cool is the mind is much easier to fix sometimes than the hardware. It takes work, but it's usually much easier to fix than the hardware is to fix. Okay, so Sean, thank you for sharing. My A1C is 5.1. My glucose is 89. My cholesterol, cholesterol is 160. My blood pressure is 120 over 80. I have arthritis and I'm a plus size individual. So, you know, what you're telling me is your blood glucose is normal and your cholesterol is normal, but that doesn't tell me anything about inflammation, right? Arthritis itis is inflammation and if you're gaining weight then it could be a hormonal imbalance. And so none of these things are hormonal imbalances per se. Right? So glucose is glucose and cholesterol is, is not a hormone, it's a hormonal precursor. And blood pressure is not a hormone either. Right. So you could be having thyroid imbalances, you could be having adrenal imbalances, you could be having estrogen imbalances. And so it could be a variety of things that are contributing to that. And one of the things that you'll have an opportunity to do, should you choose to, is once you get the guide, there is an opportunity for you to schedule a consultation with me. And if you decide to schedule that consultation, we're more than happy to troubleshoot and see what we can do to help you. Okay, so Andrew's asking, thank you for your time, Dr. Patel. Do you still see patients? I will reach out to work with your clinic regardless, but was just curious. I don't see patients so much anymore. Part of it is because our company's in the process of going public, so a lot of my time is devoted to that. But I love giving these types of presentations. So I have a team of practitioners and coaches that can help. And one of the things I do, however, do is I do get on calls. So if you are interested in setting up a call and speaking to me, then just go to the guide and then on the thank you page, you'll have an opportunity to set up a time to schedule with me and then we can go from there and figure out what the best next steps would be for you. Okay. Also, what do you do for weight in the hips and thighs area? Is that hereditary? It's not hereditary. It could be genetic. So some people are going to have, they're going to be, they're going to have issues with estrogen clearance. And so that could be a genetic predisposition, but you can actually do something about that. So you have to change a the belief, right? So we gotta get the mind right that is this hereditary or is this something that I'm predisposed to? And I can change the epigenetic expression by changing the inputs. So remember, you can always change the inputs and if you know what inputs to change, you can change the outcome. If you don't know what inputs to change, you can't change the outcome. Okay, so we would want to reverse engineer why this is the case. I would bet if we were to run genetic testing on you, Sean, that we would find that your estrogen is deficient in being cleared out of your body. Now, that could be because your estrogen metabolism is not that great, or it could be because your methylation isn't that great, or it could be that your detoxification pathways are in Some ways compromised. So we'd want to look at that and then come up with a plan to work on lowering your estrogen burden on your body so that you're not creating that, you know, imbalance as well. Andrew, you're so great. I love it. Let us know the ticker symbol so we can invest where Q1 is when we go public. So once that's available, I will let you know. I appreciate the. The sentiment. Sean says I'll do so too. Thank you. I love hearing that. It warms my heart. I just got goosebumps. Thank you. Okay, so we're right at the 90 minute mark. Thank you for all the questions. Happy to answer any additional questions if we jump on a call. And again, here's to your highest, happiest and wholest healing. Okay, Gail, if you're having issues, I don't know why you're getting that error. Is anyone else getting that error message? It just seems like some of you are and some of you are not. So my apologies for that. Yes, you're getting it or yes? Huh? Okay, I'll have to troubleshoot it. I troubleshooted it right before I jumped on here. So let me see. Hmm. Working for me, guys. Sorry about that. Here's what I'll do. If you, if you're having a hard time, I'm going to send you my email address. I'm just going to put it in the chat here. You should have received an email from me, so you should all have it. But I'm going to put my email in the chat and feel free to copy that and shoot me an email and I will make sure that we get that guide to you because I think you're going to find it really helpful. Okay, awesome. Everyone have a great night. Lots of love to you and I will talk to you, some of you, soon. Okay, bye. Bye.
