Good morning, my friends. Happy Saturday. Hope you're amazing. Nice to see so many of you on this beautiful, beautiful day. Today we're going to be Talking about a 90 day plan for all, right? So I want to make sure that each and every one of you mutes yourself. Okay? There will be time and opportunity for us to connect and chat with one another, but just for the sake of the group, if you could mute yourself and just make sure that that's the case throughout the presentation, that would be awesome. And we do have a rule, in case you didn't know, is that anytime you unmute yourself that you actually donate $100 to our hospital in Uganda. So we always appreciate that and I just want to give everyone fair notice about that. So it's a fun, fun way to keep everyone accountable and make sure that all of us has an AW throughout this entire presentation. Okay? So welcome, welcome, welcome. Again, I appreciate all of you and for you taking the time and energy and the moment out of your weekend to be here today and to be present. That's the main thing is how do we be as present as possible? So as I mentioned, we're going to be covering a 90 day plan for your virtual practice. And I want this to be, you know, really an interactive experience. We'll have opportunities to break out and connect with one another. We'll also have opportunities to be able to write things down and share and to receive. And we'll do a little bit of breathing as well so we can create some space for some expansiveness to take place as we're connecting this morning. Now, in case you're wondering, there will be a recording of this available for those of you who have a diamond package, and of course, those of you that are in our mentorship program, you have access to everything. So you're welcome to tune in, but you're also welcome to tune out. And you can always pick up the recordings if you want to as well. Okay? So with that being said, I would love to start with some gratitude. Gratitude is really an attitude that draws in positive energy our way and it shifts our physiology and it puts us into a more. Puts us definitely into a happier state and puts us into a state of receiving more to be grateful for. And it also puts us in a position to be more creative. Okay? So take a moment and type in the chat. What are you most grateful for? We all have so much to be grateful for. Could be your bed sheets, it could be the sun shining, it could be a variety of different things. But I want you to Type that in. All right. I love that many of you are thanking God, your creator. How beautiful is that? All right. Amazing staff for breath in my lungs. That's a good thing to be grateful for. I'm grateful for when people unmute themselves and donate $100. I love. All right, so for those of you that are just tuning in, we are typing into the chat what we are most grateful for. So many possibilities. Yes. Okay, so gratitude is how we really want to start every day. And we want to always infuse gratitude into the moment and also be present wherever we are. I believe that an attitude of gratitude draws in more abundance, and that should be part of your 90 day plan. Okay, so today represents day 55 for me of doing breath work every single day, doing yoga every single day, and doing stretching and meditation every single day. Okay? So it's that consistency that is so vital and so critical to our success. And I want all of you to, you know, have if. If you can do one thing consistently. How about we all commit to having an attitude of gratitude? Okay, so that's a great place for us to go into our next exercise. And what I love to do with the clients that I mentor, and just like anyone who I'm in circle of influence with, is to get them to be more present. So in the. In the famous words of Ram Dass's beautiful painting by Alex Gray, which is to be here now, if you could be here now, then you are everywhere simultaneously. So what's more beautiful than that? Being here now and being everywhere at the same time. And remember that you are quantumly entangled with everything in the entire universe. So whether you believe in God or source or the Big Bang theory, you are entangled with every single atom in the cosmos. Which means that literally with your mind, which is the most powerful instrument that we have, you can control every single atom in the entire universe. But the first step in that is actually believing that. Okay? So you have to believe that first to then even take action. Most people think of the things that happen to them in their lives are pure coincidences. And I'm here to tell you there are no coincidences. Everything has intention behind it. Everything has a purpose. And if you get quiet and still enough and hear enough, okay, if you can be here enough in the moment, then you can co create your reality. You're already doing it. You're just doing it without the full awareness that you're doing it. So the more we can become aware to that, the better. And you might be wondering, what the heck does this have to do with a 90 day funnel? I thought we were going to talk about, you know, email sequences and I thought we were going to talk about pixels on my website. And I thought we were going to talk about, you know, conversion metrics. Well, guess what? We are going to talk about that. But none of that matters if you can't be grateful and you can't be present. Okay? So none of anything that you're trying to create in your business matters if you can't have an attitude of gratitude and you can't be present in whatever moment you are. So to me, those are the most important things. Okay? And so we want to teach you a 90 day plan that infuses being present and infuses being grateful. Because then, and only then, is any of this worth it. Do you agree with that? Type in yes if you agree with that. Okay, amazing. I'm going to keep waiting until all of you say yes. And those of you that don't agree, this is a good time to log off. Okay? And I give you full permission and blessings to do that as well, because I want to honor your time. I believe that it's important that we surround ourselves with people who have a similar attitude to a similar mindset. People that are present, people that are grateful. Those are great people to be around, aren't they? Okay, yeah, I certainly agree. Okay, all the S is coming in. Nobody's logged off. Okay? So we're all on the right rocket ship. We're all going to the same planet and that is to be here now. So what I'm going to have you do right now is I want you to take a moment and I want you to infuse an intention. Okay? I want you to really ask yourself, why am I here today? Why did I show up? Why am I saying no to the millions of things that I could be doing? And why am I actually here today? Okay, and what we're going to do is we're going to do just a little bit of simple breathing, just a few minutes. What I want you to do is I want you to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose. So get comfortable. You can put your headphones on if you want. This track is called Grandmother Sphere by East Forest. So I'll share the link to this. If you really like it, you can tune in so you can close your eyes, you can turn your camera on or off if you want. I'll be letting people in as they're joining us, but we're going to do a quick meditation together. Or intention together. I want you to infuse your intention into this breath work that we're doing. Okay?
Do you want to know what enlightenment is? It's with you every moment. To back and forth, back and forth. Letting go of your attachment to yourself, to outcomes, letting go to the way things are. Sat. If I could let go of everything or I could let go of right.
Or wrong.
It would get deeper and deeper, deeper. And it was amazing. I could sense the lifetime of judgment against myself. And letting that go. Saint bliss returns. Instant infinity. I didn't transcend my ego. We became partners. We became teammates.
Okay. Amazing. I hope all of you enjoyed that and be able to kind of create a little bit of a line in the sand in your day. Before we get started and before we dive into what we're going to be talking about, this is a great practice that centers you, that brings you into the moment. You can choose your own favorite songs or meditations. They could be guided, they could be unguided. You know, I try to spend at least 15 to 20 minutes each day in my breath in a meditative practice, because what this allows you to do is it allows you to develop a very important skill that nobody's actually taught us how to develop. Nobody's taught us how to develop focus. And many times, regardless of what we're trying to accomplish, it's really important that we learn the skill set of focus. We can accomplish so much more when we are present and in the moment. And it actually takes. That's a skill. Okay. To be able to do that is an actual skill set which has to be developed over time. Just like copywriting, just like marketing. Okay. Just like anything else that you do in helping your clients, it's a skill that you've developed over time. If we can learn this one skill to be more present, to be more focused, and of course to be more grateful, then this sets the stage for us to show up as the best version of ourselves in anything that we do. Okay? When you show up in this state, your emails are going to come out better, your messaging is going to come through more clearly. Your problem solving skills are going to be so much better. So create something like this type of pause in your day, and this actually should be part of your 90 day plan. Okay? So I'm doing a hundred day gong where I do breath work, meditation, and yoga for a hundred straight days. And there's some. Most days I do it in the morning. There's some days that I end up doing it right before I go to bed. But I've done it every single day because I want to develop this skill of focus. I want to remain equanimous in every situation. One of my favorite books is called the Bhagavad Gita, which has been referred to as India's gift to humanity. And so if you could only read one book, I would recommend this one and maybe in the Autobiography of a Yogi. But this book, there's a version of it called Version for Westerners or Walkthrough for Westerners by Jack Hawley. And this is the book I turned to whenever I need guidance, whenever I need help, whenever I need support. For you, it might be your favorite form of ancient wisdom. It could be the Bible, it could be the Quran, it could be the Tao Te Ching, it could be whatever that is for you. But for me, it's the Bhagavad Gita. And one of the first lessons that I really had to receive from this book is to detach from fruit. So most of our unhappiness, most of most of the reasons that we give up when we do something is because we're so attached to the fruit. And when the fruit doesn't bear, we give up, or we judge ourselves.
Or.
We start looking for a different solution when the actual problem is, is that we're attached to the fruit. So if we can detach from fruit and do things with an attitude of gratitude, be present when we're doing these things, and, you know, have a pause in our day, that's going to make a big difference. Okay. People say time flies. Well, time flies when you're not present. If you can be really present, time slows down. Okay, so one minute on Facebook feels different than a one minute cold shower. Same amount of time, but I promise you, you're going to be present to that cold. Okay, so when I take cold showers, I don't just stand there in the cold water. I actually draw and bring my breath into it because then that's what I can focus on. I don't focus on the cold. I focus on my breathing. And this helps us develop resilience. Many times I'll actually do my meditation when there's lots of noise around me so that I could develop that resilience and that focus. Okay, so what does that have to do with a 90 day plan? Well, over the next 90 days, you want to have this type of mentality. When you approach the work that you're doing, it always starts with us. You learn nothing from today. You don't implement anything. We talked about Today, if all you did was do some breath work every day and practice the skill of focus and getting parasympathetic and being more grateful, you will be more successful in 90 days in all areas of your life, I promise you. Okay, but that's not why you're here, right? You're here because you want to learn the 90 day plan for your business. And it's, of course, all connected. So let me share something really quick in the chat. I want you to type in the chat for me. What do you hope to walk away with today? So just comment in the chat real quick. What do you hope to walk away with today? So I know that I can make this morning or afternoon, wherever you are, as valuable as possible. So go ahead and type that into the chat. You're all here for a reason, and I want to know what that reason is.
Okay?
So more clarity. Good. Inner peace, greater focus. Okay. Confidence. Awesome. Love seeing all this. Keep going. All right. Find flow in my business, what not to do. All right. Clear direction. Awesome. Okay, keep them coming. Now, the next question I have for you is how many of you find. And this could be a yes or no type of response, but how many of you find that there's a lot of things competing for your attention right now in your personal life, in your business? Just type in yes. Okay, so all the yeses that are coming in. This is exactly why we need to develop the skill of focus. And when we can get really quiet, we can actually make decisions much faster. So we have to shut that voice off in our head. All the voices have to be shut off in our head. And we have to get really quiet. And when we can get really quiet, we can get really clear. Okay, so decision making becomes so much easier when there is one thought popping up for you. Becomes very difficult when there's a million things that you're trying to process at the same time. Okay, so distraction, as Laurie Jean says, is a killer. Yeah. Distraction destroys destinies. And that's why you'll see, like, if you. If you watch, if you just sit down and watch children's television or even if you watch a movie, how fast does the scene change? Like every few seconds. Every few seconds. Right. The scene changes. The image. Images have to change because we're so easily distracted. And the way we are programmed is to be distracted. Your brain is very distractible by default. Your brain is distractible. It's not focused by default. So we all have to work on that. Okay, so there's so many things that are competing for Your attention. And because these things are competing for your attention, it's important to note that when we have to make important decisions, that if we can get quiet, if we can get still, we can make those decisions faster. Success is not an amount of time away. This is a mistake that people make. Success is not an amount of time away. It's a number of decisions away. Success is not an amount of time away. It's a number of decisions away. And this is super important because when many of us set goals, like you might have a 90 day goal, but there's nothing stopping you from accomplishing that goal and making decisions from a quiet mind very quickly. Success loves speed. It requires speed, requires momentum. You know when people tell you, I need to think about it, thinking is actually one of the fastest things that we do, right? So if that, like it's way faster to think about something than it is to do it, isn't it? But for some people, thinking is the slowest thing that they do. We overthink things, we over complicate things. How many of you tend to overcomplicate things? Type in yes. And I want to make sure that we don't confuse hard with complicated. Okay? So do not confuse hard with complicated. Something can be hard, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Right? Picking up 400 pounds of weight off the ground, that's hard, but that doesn't have to be complicated. All right, so everyone wants more clarity, right? So how do we make, how do we get clarity? Well, one is we quiet the mind. How do we draw abundance into our life? We have an attitude of gratitude. And the one exercise I want you all to practice is actually using a heart math. So a heart math is a device that measures your hrv. It's a neurofeedback tool. If you don't have one, you can get the inner balance. Pretty inexpensive in my opinion. And this can allow you to make decisions very quickly. Using our breath, we can quiet our mind. And then when our mind is still and we're in a state of coherence, we can start asking ourselves questions. And when we start asking yes and no questions, we will start getting immediate responses. If just thinking about something lowers your coherence, imagine what doing it is going to do. If something thinking about something raises your coherence, imagine what actually doing it's going to do. Okay, so we can really get heart centered. I mean, that's what it means to be a heart centered practitioner. That isn't just like a kind of woo woo term that we throw out there, it legit is a thing. Alright, so how do we follow our heart? We tune into it. How do we access that? We access it through our breath. And then how do we quantify it? We use a tool like HeartMath to quantify it. You want to see something? Does anyone want to see something really cool? I can show. I'll. I'll show you my HeartMath results. I just had a very important decision that I needed to make and here, I'll share it with you. I'll show you how dramatic it can be when you do this exercise correctly. By the way, does anyone own a heart math? If you do type in, type in, yes, that you own a heart math. I love to. I'd love to know who owns one because you'll have a great opportunity today to dive into some of these exercises. So I had to make a very important decision regarding my business that would affect a lot of people around me that I care about and love, including my family. And so I had to ask some really important questions of myself. So the fastest way to ask yourself a question is to again, get still with your breath and focus and ask a yes or no type of question. So here's my coherence results. And you can see I'm pretty good at getting into coherence. About 92% there over 18 minutes. And I started asking myself a question. So the first peak that you see here, this is about 15 minutes in. I asked myself, is this a good thing for me, my family and my business? And you can see that my heart started singing. And then the next question I asked, is this the right deal for me? And you can see that it started coming down and almost threw me out of coherence. But then I asked, should I do a deal? And that's a different question that is, is this the right thing for me to do? Is it going to help my family? Yes. Is the deal written the right way? No. But should I actually move forward with this? And you can see that it went all the way up to 9.7. So those of you that know that's a really, that's a pretty high coherent score. So now I know I can be very firm in my decision. Okay, so now I can make important decisions very quickly because I can sink into my breath, sink into my heart, and I can know that when I do this activity, whatever it is, that it's going to actually make me feel better. If you do things that throw your entire system out of coherence because somebody else is doing it or Because Sachin said to do it or because, because you read about it in a book, it will never make you healthier. Remember, there's five freedoms, right? There's five freedoms that we talk about. The first one is health. Write this down. Making money should never cost you the things money can't bite. Let me say that again. Making money should never cost you the things that money can't buy. And last time I checked, you can't buy health. So we really have to create a heart centered business. We have to be in our heart. Does this make sense to everyone? Is this resonating with everyone? Okay, awesome. Yeah. Muscle testing is a great way to, you know, to also do this. But it's hard to muscle test yourself sometimes accurately with, with the heart math. There's no, there's no tricking it. There's no doubt. You can see, it's very clear what's coming up. Okay? So if you don't have a heart math, you can try muscle testing. But I definitely think the heart math is a very powerful, very sensitive instrument that can be influenced by our bias. Okay, good. So I love that you're loving this because that puts me in my heart center. And you know, here's the thing. So there's five freedoms. The first one is health. Our business should never cost us our health. In fact, it should promote our health. It should excite us. It should magnetize us. It should pull us out of bed, not make us want to pull our head over our covers. Over our head. Okay? The next thing, the next freedom is emotional freedom. Okay? So just because your lab work is normal, it doesn't mean that you have an amazing life, right? So there is a biological hardware component to us as human beings, but there is also a very important software component to us. You could have perfect lab work and still be miserable. You could have a clear scan and still be a miserable human being because there's a software component, right? So this is why what we think about ourselves and our business matters. The third freedom is geographic freedom. We want to build a business that allows us to travel, that allows us to see this planet, that allows us to be with our family if we need to be with them. Okay? That's what we want. We want geographic freedom. We also want time freedom. So time freedom doesn't mean that. I mean, it can mean that you sit around and watch Netflix all day, but to me, what time freedom means I'm spending my time doing the things I love doing so I don't have to do this presentation, right? I already have a 90 day plan. But I'm doing this presentation because I love doing this. I love sharing space and helping other people feel their best and do their best and giving them a plan, right? So for me, this is part of my time freedom, in case you're wondering. And then the fifth freedom is financial freedom. Now what I found is the mistake that people make is they chase financial freedom first. And sometimes that comes at the expense of their health, of their emotions, of their time and of their geography. Anyone can build themselves a million dollar prison. That's not hard to do. Anyone can do that. Any, all of you could do that. I don't think anyone wants that, right? Raise your hand if you want a million dollar prison with diamond studded handcuffs. Nobody wants that, right? What people actually want are those five freedoms, right? Type in yes or type in five if you want those five freedoms. Just so I know who wants those five freedoms. And there might be others that you could certainly add to that, but those are the five. That's my, those are my freedom filters. So I asked myself, okay, does this light me up from the inside? Does it promote me feeling healthier, being in a higher resonance and a higher vibration? Or does it lower my vibration? Second thing, does it make me happy? Will I feel proud of myself? Will I feel good about myself if this plan is successful, okay, does it free up my time and geography. And does it create the possibility to, for me to have financial freedom? The good News is at 43, I have all of these things, okay? So now I'm up to bigger and better challenges and things that I want to bring into my know, into my reality and into our collective reality. So I'm tackling and taking on some much bigger projects because I've, I've accomplished these five freedoms and now I'm going to go through a new cycle of evolution where I'm going to have to ask myself some deep introspective questions to make sure I can maintain those freedoms. It's what we all want, okay? So any one of us, like I said, can build a seven figure prison. There's no medal for that. There's no honor in that. Nobody's going to ask you or care how you did it because nobody wants that. At least in my opinion. Nobody wants that, right? So ultimately, when we can vibrate in our highest frequency, we can draw into our reality, right? The word draw has two meanings, right? To draw in means to attract and pull into you. And to draw means to actually draw, like on a piece of paper, on our whiteboard. Or something like that. So it's when we live in this highest alignment that we can draw the right people, the right circumstances, the right opportunities into our sphere. But when we're out of alignment, then everything seems to go wrong. How many of you have experienced that where no matter how hard you try, everything just seems to go wrong? Just type in yes if that's ever happened to you. Like, you've got the best plan, you've got the best coach, the best consultant, the best strategy, the best technology, everything. You've got everything. But everything just seems to go wrong. Hopefully, and maybe I'm exaggerating, hopefully not everything right. But there are going to be times when that happens. And it has nothing to do with you. It has to do with your alignment. What I believe and what I've experienced rather is that when we align with our best future, the universe kind of conspires with us. But when we're not aligning with our best future, when we're out of alignment, the universe is still conspiring with us, but it's shifting us and sending us in a different direction. Okay, all right, so I'm curious. Just got a quick poll here. Let me pull this up. How many of you actually have a 90 day plan? I'd love to know who actually has a 90 day plan that they're working with. So go ahead and click on the yes or no. There's no right or wrong answer here. Okay, just give you a few more seconds. So I'll make sure as many of you respond as possible. So far, it's about 87% do not have a 90 day plan. That makes sense. That's why you're here. All right, so I'm going to end the poll in about five seconds. Get your answers in if you want. Okay, so about 14% of you have a 90 day plan and about 86% of you don't. And that's totally okay. You're in the right place. So I'm going to give you what I feel is a powerful 90 day plan. And I want to share this. So I actually. We actually created this 90 day plan for my wife. Okay. So for those of you that may or may not know this, my wife runs a program. It's called a Metabolic Reset, which is a fantastic weight loss program. Metabolic Health Program helps lower people's blood pressure, helps them lose weight, helps them get off their diabetes medications, helps them put their autoimmune conditions into remission, helps them sleep better. It does everything that our patients want for them. So it's a beautiful program that she's put together. And starting in November of last year, she went through. We took her brand through a rebranding and a restructuring and put together a 90 day plan. So I'm going to share that 90 day plan with you. And what's really cool about this plan that she put together is that, you know, it starts off slow. Okay. Because our initial, you know, when you plant a tree, when do you expect the fruit to grow on the tree? Right after you plant might take years for that tree to bear fruit. You don't stop watering it. You trust the process. Right? So part of your 90 day plan is going to be to trust the process. The plan that I'm going to be sharing with you is essentially a plan that we've proven and it works. And in the last two weeks, she signed up 10 new patients. We can see that there's massive momentum. This is going from almost 0 to 5, 10, hopefully at some point, if she's up for it, 20 new patients a week, totally possible, totally doable. I mean, she's. I can't say there isn't anything special about her because there is something special about all of us. But each and every one of you is just as capable. All right, so most of you don't have a plan, which is totally okay. And I understand that. Right. It. It's not something that I used to put into place either is having a plan. But once we have a plan, things start moving smoothly. All right, so there's typical pain points when we put a plan together, and I want to bring those up as well so you can all understand them and see them. Now be curious how many of these pain points you might have. So pain point number one is you may not have a website, you may not be sure where to start. You may not have money or think you don't have money. It's never been easier to access money than ever before. You may not have the tech skills that you feel are required. You may not have a clear avatar. You may not have testimonials. You may not have the ability to know where to invest. Maybe you don't have your branding done. Maybe you don't have traffic that's being driven to your websites or to your social media content. Maybe you have no list. Maybe you don't have any copy skills. Maybe there's no signature product or service that you have. Maybe you don't have. You don't like being on social media or on cameras. And you don't have to be right. You can build a business. I mean, businesses were operating before social media existed. Okay. Maybe you don't have a following. Maybe you don't have a webinar or masterclass. Okay, so We've listed about 16 items here and I'd be curious of what your score is. So how many of these things do you have versus not have? So if you have none of these things, you would type in 0 out of 16. If you have all of them, then you would type in 16 out of 16. But just helps me in understanding what some of your current pain points are right now. I love it. Somebody has 18 out of 16. Okay, so I see probably in the 50% range is, I think, where people would kind of rate themselves on average. So that's great. Okay, so at least you know what your starting points are and I get a sense of what some of your pain points are. If there's a pain point that I missed, then feel free to type that in the chat as well. I want to make sure that I don't miss anything. So if there's something else that you feel is blocking you or stopping you, then go ahead and type that in. Imposter syndrome. Okay. How to package myself. Overthinking. Okay. Yeah. So these are certainly pain points. Mentorship or support. Yeah, that's so huge. Having, you know, people who can talk you through things, talk you off the ledge, that can be helpful. Not sure where to start, which program to market. Yeah, these are, these are great to see. I appreciate everyone sharing. Yeah, no assistance. Yeah, sometimes we feel like we're on an. On an island all by ourselves. Angela Willis, thank you for your hundred dollar donation. So appreciate. All right, so now let's go through our 90 day plan or formula that we've. We can start discussing. So a 90 day plan is where your brand attracts the right buyer who trusts and aligns with your message. Okay, so we want this to be the outcome of your 90 day plan. Now depending on where you're starting, you might have 8 out of 16 of these assets, or you might have 14 of 16 of the assets that we talked about. But ultimately what we want at the end of this plan, and we could make this a nine week plan, a nine month plan, or a 90 day plan. But I want you to really think about what the end result is. And we always want to ask ourselves, is this activity that I'm doing, this action step that I'm taking, is it moving me in the right direction, in the direction of creating this end result that I want? So your brand attracts the right buyer who trusts and aligns with your message. So my wife yesterday had a call with somebody and the thing that she said is not that I want to get my mitochondria tested and that's why I'm calling you. She said, I trust you. I trust you with my health. Remember when people trust you with their health, they're trusting you with the most important asset that they have. Everyone says health is wealth, right? Your health is priceless. Everyone says that and everyone agrees with that. So trust is actually one of your greatest assets and we call that relationship capital. There's seven energy centers in your business probably worth writing down. The first one is relationship capital. The second one is marketing. Right. Your marketing and messaging and branding would fall into that. The third one is sales, where we get people to actually, you know, exchange their hard earned money with your hard earned trust and services. The fourth one is program delivery. So you're going to deliver on your promises. The fifth one is over delivery. We always want to over deliver and then we want to create ambassadors of your brand. These are people who run around and tell everyone about you and we want to create raving fans. These are people that are out there spreading the message. Okay, so those are the seven energy centers in your business. Now the next thing your perfect plan should do is repel the wrong person. Terry, number four was program delivery. So your message should repel the wrong person. That's why I start with breath work. Right. I kind of think of it like mosquito repellent. So if people don't like to breathe with me or to do breath work or like to be in a state of gratitude and be and feel grounded, then that's okay with me. It's totally okay with me. So you're plan should also repel the wrong person. Right. If somebody wants to start their five freedoms with financial freedom first at the potential expense of all the other freedoms, that's okay with me too. Right. But that's not the mess. That's not the type of person I want to work with. So just keep that in mind that your message and how you show up should attract the right person who wants to go deeper with you and repel the wrong person. That's how you know your message is in alignment, your digital assets are effectively converting and being engaged with. Okay. So you have a good open rate for the emails that you're sending out. You have a good show up rate. Right. For the people that say they're going to show up because they're engaged. Right. All of you showed up because you're attracted to the message. Hopefully there's a little bit of trust, right? You're engaging with the content, right? So this plan, so to speak, is working. And you want your program to produce amazing results for these people so they generate referrals for you and they become raving fans of your business and service. At the end of this 90 day plan, hopefully you have a clearly outlined customer journey, right? So you could see a path where people are going down. And most importantly, well, not most importantly, but importantly, your systems are scalable. That's where a lot of your freedom is going to come from. And one thing, another thing to write down is that simplicity scales, let me say that again. Simplicity scales, complexity creates chaos. Simplicity scales, complexity creates chaos. And this is one of the challenges of let's call it functional medicine for now. I'm not sure if I fully align with that terminology, but let's just call it that for now. It's not scalable. When we get too hyper personalized, it can't scale. So something to think about, right? Most people who I know who are in the functional medicine world who have busy practices are coming around full circle looking for simple processes. Okay. Now certain elements of what we offer, of course they should be, you know, optimized for our clients, but how do we keep things simple? So a scalable system, for example, would be, and I'll show you some of these things, just I see the question coming up here. A scalable system is something that I can turn the knob. So I can turn the knob and I get more leads, right? So for example, if I'm getting leads coming in, who are converting on my lead magnet landing page for $0.84, then I can spend a hundred dollars on that, I can spend $1,000 on that, I can spend $10,000 on that. And I know that I'm going to get a certain number of conversions taking place. So that's something that's scalable. Now if I had to write people a letter, hand write them a letter to get them to purchase something or opt into something, and that's being, it's almost a silly example. But that's not scalable, right? So when we get hyper personalized, then that doesn't scale. And right now the world needs you to be able to scale, at least that's my opinion. There's so many sick unwell people right now that are not even doing the foundations and not even doing the basics. And here we are over complicating what it means for them to actually get better. It doesn't have to be complicated. I promise you it doesn't have to be complicated. And I can prove that to you. Right? We have amazing results using a very simple scalable program that can be done one on one. It can be done one to many in a group or people can do it completely on their own if they want to. But if all you have to offer is one on one, well, you're going to run out of time eventually as you get busy, you're going to run out of time and you're going to run. You're not going to run out of patience. Patience. But you're going to run out of patience with your schedule. So keep it simple. That's really the only, that's the way that we can impact the most number of lives possible is to keep it simple. Keep it simple, keep it effective, keep it sustainable, keep it practical. And that's what scales, okay? We can get hyper personalized if we want to with our one on one clients, but maybe we have something that scales that's a one to many type of program or a do it yourself type program. Okay, so who would like to impact more lives and also have more freedom, right? Because if your systems aren't scalable, then as you get busier, you actually give up your freedom. Like imagine, imagine this. Imagine I had to have this conversation with each and every single one of you. So we're almost an hour in right now and this is. There's about 166 people on this call. Imagine I had to have this conversation with each and every one of you. It'll be 166 hours. That's more than a month of work If I'm working 40 hours a week. Okay, So I want you to draw a triangle on your paper. And I want you to draw a line in that triangle that splits the top of the triangle and the bottom of the triangle. 80, 20. So the bottom half is 80% and the top little triangle is 20%. Okay, now that tiny little triangle at the top, I want you to split that. So you have 4%, then 16% and then 80% and 80 could also represent infinity. That tiny triangle at the top represents your one on one, The middle triangle, or it's not a triangle anymore, but the middle shape represents 16%, which. But that represents one to many and the bottom of that triangle represents one to infinity. So one on one, one to many, one to infinity. Everyone got that. Type in? Yes, if that makes sense. Okay, beautiful. Thank you. So the one on one represents 4% and so if you can build. Imagine you could build a business like this where one to many is a big source of revenue for you, and then one to infinity is basically an unlimited source of revenue for you where there's little to no customer service involved. Okay, so that could be like an online course. It could be a live event like we're getting, we have next week, right? That could be one to infinity. There's infinite number of people that can join us there. It could also be a book that you write that could be a one to infinity because there's no customer service involved with that. Social media could be one to infinity. Your signature group program could be the one to many. And then you can have one on one. And you can also have a hybrid that mixes the one to many and one on one together. Okay? So this is a very simple business framework. Again, I use simple shapes and really simple analogies to help you understand. So in my mentorship and coaching business, for example, I work with clients one on one. So I have some higher level one on one clients. Okay. I meet with them once a month for two hours. Okay. And then I have other clients that are part of a hybrid program where I meet with them once a quarter for an hour and once a quarter for half an hour. And then I also meet with them weekly in a group setting as well. Okay. So that would be my one to many and then my one to infinity. We do live events like Perfect Practice Live. We do webinar trainings. I've got a book, we've got online courses and digital training materials that we offer to our clients. Those would be one to infinity. Okay? So start thinking about your business this way. Now, to build all this might mean that you start one on one. So if you're doing one on one, that's perfectly okay because that helps you understand. Okay? When I work with people one on one, I probably repeat myself 80% of the time, right? Type in yes. If you repeat yourself 80% of the time. Okay. See a lot of yeses coming in. Right? So we find our. I find myself repeating myself often as well, so I may as well say it to a group of people, or maybe I record it and share it with people instead of having to say it over and over again. That already buys me back some of my time. And the reason you're probably saying those things over and over is because they're important. I mean, you wouldn't say the same thing to 80% of your clients if it wasn't important. So that's not the issue. I don't want you to stop saying it. I want you to buy back your time and maybe package up this information in a way that people can even more greatly benefit from it. What does that mean? Maybe you record it in a video and you share it with them. Right. That's way more scalable. Imagine you're talking to your patient who only remembers like five minutes of a 10, 15 minute conversation with you. And now they've got to go home and explain that to their spouse. I mean, how much of that gets lost in translation? 80%. Right. They're trying to get buy in from their spouse, but they can't even explain to them what you tried to explain to them. Now imagine they had a video that they could watch and have their spouse watch together. Think about how different that outcome would be. You don't have to sit there and explain it to them again or in super amounts of detail. And they have all the information they need about that topic and you never have to say it again. Right? That's a scalable system and it doesn't cost you and it's costing you right now not to do it. Right. You said all of you said 80% of you spend, or most of you rather, if not all of you repeat yourself 80% of the time. What if we just took half of those things and put them in video? I mean, that would save you 40%. Right? So I want you to start thinking using simplicity as the framework. It doesn't have to be complicated. Now, you can make it as complicated as you want to record this video. But since you're saying these things over and over and over again, you're probably really good at saying them. So you just have to document it once. And it doesn't have to be perfect, right? Because when you have a conversation with somebody, it's not perfect. If I go back and watch this webinar, there's probably ums and ahs and, you know, words that I use incorrectly. But I'm not worried about that as long as the message comes through. All right, so what are some of the assets that are required to implement the 90 day plan that we're going to be talking about? Okay, so here are the things that you need in order to implement the 90 day plan that my wife and I put together that is already generating multiple 10 figures for her and which will soon be generating multiple six figures. And in fact, interesting, fun fact, she was actually offered millions of dollars for this program. Okay, so I'm going to give you a framework today that has generated A program that is worth millions of dollars. Who wants that framework? Type in yes if you want the framework. And if not, this is a good time to check out, because that's what we're going to be covering. I wish I had this framework many years ago, because I could have shared it with all of you a long time ago. All right, great. So lots of yeses coming in. I don't see anyone checking out. So here we go. Okay, so I'm gonna. This part's gonna be quick because I'm going to give this framework to you. Feel free to take a screenshot. And then I've created a Google document that I'm going to share with you that actually has where you can find some of these additional resources and who you should be paying attention to at Perfect Practice Live. Okay, so Perfect Practice Live, we've actually brought together the people that have helped build this system. Okay, so. So this is the thing we're going to share with you. A framework that is literally worth millions of dollars. I can show you the offer paper that is so simple that any one of you could create it, given you have the right tools. Okay. You know, it took us. Took me about 11 years to figure this out. That's how long I've had the Living Proof Institute. But now I'm so glad that we have it so that we could share it. Okay. All right, so here are the assets that you need. First, one is a clearly defined customer. You have to know very clearly in your mind who it is that you serve. You can't help everybody. Not everyone wants to be helped. So you have to get very clear. So my wife, for example, she helps busy parents lose weight who feel like they've tried everything. Why parents? Because we love working with parents who have a massive impact on their family. Now, if they're not parents, do we accept them? Absolutely. Okay. But as parents ourselves, we can totally relate, and people can relate better to us. So you have to have a clearly defined customer. Who is it that you help? Who is it that you serve? And the more clarity you have on this, the better. This is where a lot of practitioners, especially in the functional medicine world, struggle. All right? The number two thing that you need, especially if you're going to be virtual, is you need to have branding. Right? You need to have. It doesn't have to be your final logo. It doesn't have to be the final fonts and the final palette, but there needs to be something, right? So for you, if you don't have a logo, then it could just Be your name in a font. Okay, there's some multi billion dollar companies that that's all it is. But you do need some. Because when people click on your page, when they click on your YouTube channel or whatever it is, it has to be clearly your brand. Okay, so Nicole Harlow is going to be joining us and talking all about branding. The next thing is messaging. So once you get clear on who it is that you serve, once you get clear on who you are, right. And how your brand is going to show up online, then we got to make sure that the messaging is dialed.
In.
And really your brand is your stand. And your message clearly outlines that for people, what you stand for and what you stand against. It should be very clear to people. It should be polarizing. In many cases. The most successful businesses. I mean, think about Apple. That's the company I study the most, right? I study the most valuable company on the entire planet. And I studied them all the way from its, the company's inception all the way up until, you know what's going on right now. I watch almost every like review video that comes out. I watch every launch that they do because I want to understand what a multi trillion dollar company does for their branding and messaging and how they communicate and articulate. Even though they're not in the healthcare space per se, they are spending millions of dollars getting their story and branding and everything dialed in. What are some of the clues that I could learn from that? They don't cost me anything except my time, but I actually enjoy it. Okay, so messaging and branding are super important. The next one is social media pages. So you have to have the right social media pages in place for whatever platform you're going to be on. So if you're going to be on LinkedIn, great. Make sure your profile is up to date. If you're on Facebook. Great. Make sure your profile is up to date. If you're on Instagram, make sure your profile is up to date and make sure they're current. Okay, so I would argue that a page on Facebook that's not updated, that you haven't posted anything on in weeks or months, might actually work against you instead of for you. Because somebody might come there and they might see, wow, like there's nothing going on over here. I wonder if this business is even open. So you might only have one page that you're managing and that's totally okay. Just. But make sure it's active. Another asset that you're going to want is a one page website. As a minimum, we did a whole Training on that a couple of weeks ago. And that website should have something called a pixel on it. And a pixel is a tracking tool that identifies visitors to your website, which then allows you to follow them on the web. Okay. So you know, if somebody from Facebook clicks on your page, then you're going to want to know that so that you could touch back out and reach back out to that person. So one page website with a pixel is another asset that's required. This is going to significantly lower your cost. Significantly. Okay, almost 90% when you're trying to get conversion traffic. Another thing you're going to want is five to 10 videos. And I'll show you some examples of what those could look like and how you can beef them up so they look a little bit more professional. But these five to 10 videos, you're going to want to then run traffic to them. Now, I'm not each of these topics. Okay. We're going to be covering at Perfect Practice Live. So you're getting a head start on what your 90 day plan can look like. So you can identify. Okay, what present presenters do I need to pay closer and closer attention to. And each of these things can be a multi hour or even weekend masterclass. Okay, so I'm going over this very quickly because I want you to have an outline. So these five to 10 videos are videos that are geared towards not necessarily converting people, but educating them and creating interest not in you, but in what they're interested in. Your brand positioning should position your customer as the hero, not you as the hero. And that's actually where I want to spend just a couple moments talking about that. Most of us feel like imposters because we think that we're going to fix our patients. Right. And I would feel like an imposter too, if it was all on me to fix my patients. I'd feel like a total imposter and I'd probably end up being a total failure because ultimately it's up to the patient to fix themselves with our guidance. Okay, so you're the Sherpa who's helping them climb to the top of their mountain. Let's say it's Mount Everest, right? You want to position them as the hero. What are the things that they're interested in? What are the things that they need to know? They need to know, you know, how to get to the top. Right. But what they really need to know is can you get them to the top? Is it possible for them to get to the top with your help? Certainly. All right. The next thing you're going to need is a lead magnet. So a lead magnet is something that we use to collect people's email addresses. Okay. So a lead magnet could be a variety of things. It could be a webinar that you're doing. A lead magnet could be a event that you're hosting. A lead magnet could be a download that you offer people. You need something to get people to raise their hand and say, hey, I've got this problem and I'm at least willing to explore what your solution is for this problem. So for us, we have a morning routine that we give our clients. Right. So it's a morning routine for optimizing weight loss, balancing your hormones and having more energy. I know. Hey, listen, if you're not willing to change your morning routine, then you can't have healthy weight loss, you can't have balanced hormones, you can't have abundant energy. Our morning is a microcosm of our day, which is a microcosm of our week, month, year and life. So if you're not willing to change that, you're looking for a magic pill, then we're probably not the right fit for you. Right. So your lead magnet should attract the right people and it should also repel the wrong people. Right. If somebody looks at it as like, oh, morning routine, forget that. Well, good, it's doing its job. The next thing you're probably going to need for this particular 90 day plan that we're sharing, your 90 day plan might look a little bit different is the ability to run a challenge. And a challenge is where you take these people who are interested in a specific problem, let's say weight loss, and then you provide them with a little micro commitment that creates a resolution, partial resolution, maybe in some cases complete resolution of their problem. So Deepa runs something called a five pound challenge. And we were getting leads for about 84 cents for people to join this five day challenge. And we had about 2,400 people join this program. And now those people know, like and trust Deepa. We had hundreds of people commenting on her, on her videos that she did. And you know, I'm not going to say her, I'm not going to say her time commitment was a little bit because she had to build all of this. But now to repeat this, it's all done. All the assets have already been created. And Karen says the five day challenge has been amazing. Yeah. It's such a powerful tool to build your community up and to build your skill set up and to build trust with people. Okay. You can tell People how great you are all you want, but how about we spend a few days and show them how great we are? And all Deepa had to do was create the 15 to 20 minute video each day where she went live sharing things that she's already sharing with our clients. Didn't have to reinvent the wheel, but she packaged that information up into a challenge. And guess what? We have all those assets that we share with our clients. So it makes it super easy. The next thing you're going to need is a masterclass. So masterclass is a webinar or a training that you offer, which then makes your signature offer, right? So people raise their hand and say, listen, I want to lose weight. I'm willing to change my morning routine. They go through a series of emails. They then get invited. You either invite warm traffic or cold traffic to a challenge. A challenge says, hey, let me show you how to lose five pounds in five days, right? Or let me show you how to balance your blood sugar in five days. Let me show you how to sleep through the night in five days, Whatever that is for you, whatever that problem is that your client has. And then you go through a masterclass where you put all of this information together. You don't give it all away, right? Because you can't. You can give all, all your knowledge away in five days. Then there's. That's the problem, right? So you do the masterclass and then you make an offer. And that offer, it could be to set up a call with you, or it could be directly to have them go and make a purchase decision. We do the masterclass for free, just like this masterclass. I'm doing this for free because we don't want any barriers. We want people who want this information to have access to this information. And whether there's one person on this call or a thousand people on this call, I still have to be here and do the work. So this is something that can scale infinitely for me. So I'm willing to put in the time and energy and effort, and a masterclass can do the same thing. The next thing you'll also need are testimonials. Now, these could be testimonials from your program, but for those of you that are wondering, I don't have a program, what is, what do I do? I'm just starting out. These could be character references. So these could be people who say how great you are or how much you've helped them over the years. Maybe they haven't gone through your program, but maybe they can provide you with a character reference. And then once you start getting testimonials, then you can start plugging those in as well. And then what you'll also want is a referral system. And Deepa will be talking about this at the live event. She'll be talking about a referral program and system that we use that's been working really well for us. Okay. One week, she got seven referrals. Type in yes if you'd like. Seven referrals in a week where you have people that are, they already said yes. Now they're just wanting to know where do I, where do I sign? Right? Like, I mean, who doesn't want that? I mean even just one extra referral, that's 52 new patients. One referral a week is 52 new patients. Okay? So there's an actual methodology to that. So we're going to share that with you at the event because that's a longer topic. All right, so here's what a 90 day plan could potentially look like. So get clear on who you are, right? That's where the breath work comes in. That's where the gratitude comes in. That's where the self work comes in. Get clear on who you are, what's your story, what's driving you? What are you so passionate about? Why are you doing this? Right? There's other things that you could be doing that might even make you more money than coaching or consulting or being a functional medicine practitioner. I know some of you have given up lucrative careers to do this or you're putting everything on the line to do this. Well, get clear on why you're doing that. Next thing is get clear on who you serve. And now that you know who you are and who you serve, take a stand. Okay, what does that mean, take a stand? Well, it means sometimes you're going to piss people off who don't align with who you are or how you help the people that need the help that they need. Really? Not you that they need. I had a conversation with one of our vendors and sponsors for upcoming event and just for privacy reasons, I won't share their name. And they said to me, sachin, what I love about you is that with everything that's happened, your message has not changed. It hasn't wavered for as long as I've known you. Because I'm standing in my truth. And the truth doesn't change. No matter what's going on around you, the truth doesn't change. The truth stays the same. Right? I believe that the doctor of the future is the patient. I've been saying that for almost a decade now. I believe that nobody's going to come and save you. Nobody can. You can't save someone who wants to drown. So what's your clear stand, and is it evident? All right, now, you have to consistently share this message on all your platforms. So that platform could be your church, right? That platform could be when you hang out with your friends. That platform could be a WhatsApp chat group that you belong in, okay? It could be a Facebook page that you're on. It could be your personal Facebook page. It could be your emails that go out. It could be your website. So that message has to be consistent everywhere you go, no matter where you go. How many of you could be more clear and articulate and take a better stand with your message and speak your truth better? Type in yes. Okay. Yeah, there's always room for improvement. That's. I think that's true. That's an eternal truth, right? We're always getting better and better and better. So as long as you're clear about this, take a stand and be consistent everywhere you go. People should know. Your brand is your stand. Now, listen, you don't have to be oppositional to take a stand for something, right? So I know some of you are afraid of censorship and stuff like that. Well, that's when you're being outspoken against what it is that you don't want. You can take a stand by standing in your truth, right? I could say that I believe the doctor of the future is a patient, and I believe that nobody's going to come and save me and that my health is my responsibility in what pandemic or whatever is happening in the world right now. That message is never going to change. So I don't have to say anything about COVID I don't have to say anything about vaccines. I don't. But my message is very clear, right? So those of you worried about censorship, that's because you're trying to oppose something. Just stand in your truth. Now, sometimes I'll get a little bit rowdy just to have fun. And I do. I do enjoy wrestling with mental midgets, as they say. So I do enjoy that. I actually get a kick out of it, believe it or not. I do like to ruffle feathers here and there. But you can do that without saying things that are going to get you censored, okay? So stand in your truth in a positive way. And so I did a radio interview yesterday, and it was all about everything that's going on right now. Actually, after this call is done, my family and I are going to go to a protest protesting all these crazy lockdowns that are going on. And you know, it's, you got to stand for what you believe in. Now I'm not here to say what you believe in is not important or not true, but I'm going to stand for what I believe in. And so I'm on this radio show yesterday and he's like, what's changed for you in the last 12 months? I said, nothing's changed for me. Why would anything change for me? I've always known nobody was going to come and save me. I've always known my health as my own responsibility. I've always known how to take good. Well, not always, but I've learned how to take good care of myself and my family. So nothing's changed. My diet hasn't changed, my exercise patterns haven't changed, my self care hasn't changed. Nothing has changed for me. Because when you stand in your truth and you live in your truth, you're not affected by what's happening around you. You're affecting what's happening around you. You're not affected by it. Okay? So this is important, okay? Especially in your. Again, you're probably wondering, I thought we were going to talk about button colors and widgets and conversions and stuff. None of that matters if you're living a lie. So your message has to be consistent. You've got, it's got to be consistent on all the different platforms that are out there. And another thing that you can do is you want to record about five to 10 videos, okay? And these are five to 10 really simple videos that you can record that talk about your client's pain point. Okay, so my wife, for example, she did a video on inflammation, the six causes of chronic inflammation. And this video has received, you know, hundreds of thousands of views, not necessarily organically. We actually put a little bit of ad spend behind it. But she's getting video views for less than a penny. So I can get a hundred people to watch this video. For a dollar, I can get a thousand people to watch this video, come across this video, watch it, 25%. Let's say for $10, I can get 10,000 people to watch this video for $100. And guess what? A certain percentage of those people are going to watch the entire video. A certain percentage of those people are going to get valuable insights and valuable information. So the next time they see a video from Deepa, they're going to want to watch it. Okay? So if you've got a stack of these five to 10 videos, these videos can do a lot of legwork for you. So she's had a couple hundred thousand views on this video. We can then use Facebook's marketing platform and determine if somebody's watched 25% of this video, 50% of this video, 95% of this video, or 100% of this video. I can then show them unique ads. I can then take them down a unique path where maybe I show them the second video. Okay. Maybe I don't show them any other videos until they've watched 50% of the first one. Right? So we can actually create unique algorithms for what we want people to experience with our brand. If they watch that first video, then guess what? I don't want to keep sending that first video to them. I want to get that video. Not. I don't want to pay to send that video to them right now. I want to. I want them to watch the second video, then maybe the third video, then the fourth video. Now, what's happening is this is building trust, And the whole thing is automated, right? So totally scalable. She recorded the video once. I still remember us recording it. And she does not like being in front of camera. And you're just like, I'm just scratching my head. You're like the most beautiful person I know. And why is it hard for you to get in front of a camera? So we all have that, right? And it's the self talk, right? It's the talk that's going on in our head. So what we did was we actually recorded this video and where she was not looking at the camera, but she was looking off to the side at me. So it appeared like she was being interviewed. And that made it so much easier for her just by her looking off at a slightly different angle instead of looking right into the camera. It got rid of all of that anxiety that she had, And it looked like she was being interviewed. So it actually looked even more, you know, build more. Built more credibility for her. Right? So little. Little hack there for you. If you want to look like you're being interviewed, just look off to the side, and it's going to look like you're being interviewed, All right? And once those videos start getting views, they start getting comments, they start getting shares, they take on a life of their own. Now, a question came up about call to action. So a call to action could be, hey, I'm going to be talking more about these foods, or I'm going to be talking more about this Or I'm going to be talking about blank in my next video, so be sure to tune in for that. That could be a call to action. Call to action could be comment below. We always want to have a call to action. We always want to train people to do something. Okay, it might not always be by my program, right? But maybe video five. We say, hey, if you're finding this information valuable, I'm going to be doing a webinar that takes a deeper dive into this or join my Facebook group or download the checklist of these five things. So you can have a call to action. But at first I would recommend having more of an information and education based approach where you're not really selling anything, but you're educating people so that when you are offering something, they were hoping you would offer it. So keep this in mind. People have to want what you have. If you want people to buy, they actually have to want what you have more than you want to sell it. Right? We call that magnetic marketing. Somebody has to want it more than you want to sell it to them. So if you build trust and you educate people and you provide them valuable tips, then they're going to be wondering, oh, I wonder if she works with clients. Oh, I wonder if she's accepting new patients. I wonder if she's doing a training on this. I wonder if there's a quick guide that I could download that she has. See, they're not thinking that the first time they come across your information. What they're thinking is, can I trust this person? All right, next thing that you're going to want to do is make sure that your website homepage is dialed in. Okay? We don't need you to have a robust, you know, thousand page website like Dave Asprey does for Bulletproof. Although there's nothing wrong with that. Right. He's definitely in a different stratosphere than many of us are. But we don't need that to get our business off the ground in the next 90 days. We need a one page website that fulfills the seven checkpoints that we covered in the last training that we did. And if you weren't able to attend that training, I think Aaron actually shared a link to where you can purchase the recordings and some other bonus trainings and today's recording as well, so you can have access to it. Next, you need to have a solid lead magnet. Okay? So the lead magnet for us, as I mentioned, is something called the, the morning routine. So we bought the URL MorningRoutine CA and this is where people Go to, you know, learn a morning routine that helps them lose weight, have balanced hormones and have more energy. John Zialanka, thank you for $100 donation. All right, now once you have this lead magnet, you're going to want to send them some emails. So let's say you provide seven tips, right? A seven step morning routine to lose weight, balance your hormones and feel more energized. All you need for this lead magnet is a one page document. That's all you need where you're going to outline these things, almost like a checklist for them, but then you're going to go deeper in the emails that you send to them. Now what you can do is you can put together a seven part series of emails. And in those emails you have a video that explains that topic. So maybe a three to five minute video at the most. You have some text that accompanies that video. You have a challenge or a call to action regarding that tip that you gave them and tell them exactly what you want them to do and then you let them know what you're going to talk about tomorrow. And you might even have, if you have enough testimonials, you might even have a testimonial or a story that you share regarding that tip that you're offering. Okay? So real simple framework for the emails that you put together. Who wants to know the five steps to creating content? This is Jennifer Hoodies, I love to give this to you. Type in yes, if you want to know the five steps to creating, you know, content that converts. All right, perfect. Step number one is capture their attention. You can capture attention by asking a question, right? You can capture their attention by saying, did you know? Really simple. So capture their attention. Number two is create more interest. The way we created interest is by sharing a story. Stories really allow us to lean in. They force people to kind of lean in. And the way our brain is wired is we watch even a bad story, bad movies, we even watch them to the end. You're just like, I just got to see how this ends, right? So our brain has to close that loop. So people are much more likely to read a longer email if there's a story. But if you list a bunch of facts, you're going to lose them. So capture their interest. The next one is clarify the benefits. What are the benefits of what you're sharing? Number four is create credibility. So maybe you've worked with thousands of patients, maybe you've taken all kinds of training, maybe you've witnessed transformations. Being in business for 11 years, what is that credibility? What gives you credibility? And the last one is a call to action. That call to action could be, keep an eye out for my email tomorrow. That call to action could be, I want you to take a cold shower today. That call to action could be, I want you to write down what your 90 day plan is going to look like. Okay? So that lead magnet can be a standalone page or it could be on your website or really. And it should be on your website, but it could be a standalone page as well. I'm going to show you some examples here in a second. Now, once people are in this lead magnet, they're going to want to know, okay, man, how do I put this all together? And then that's where you come in and say, hey, I'm actually doing a masterclass. Now that you've read all these emails, now that you see how to create the perfect morning routine, I'm going to be taking you on a five day challenge where I'm going to guide you through implementing your five day morning routine to help you lose weight, balance your hormones and have more energy. Even if you feel like you've tried everything, because most people, especially some of the claims that some of us might make, they might be very skeptical. Oh, man, I've tried everything. Well, guess what? That's who this program's for. It's for people who tried everything. I'm a busy parent. Well, guess what? You are the perfect person. This program is for busy parents who want more energy, who want to lose weight, who feel like they've tried everything. We designed this specifically for you. So the challenge then challenges their belief system, it challenges their skepticism, and it demonstrates to them how impactful and effective you can be. So we had Deepa ran her five pound challenge. We had people lose nine pounds. One lady lost nine pounds. Okay? Now she didn't buy a program, but that wasn't the purpose. This isn't a buy of my program challenge. This is a let me help you lose five pounds challenge. Remember, our intention is very important. If we're attached to the outcome of how many people bought my program, that's the wrong. First of all, we should be detached from the fruit. But what we should be committed to is helping those people lose those five pounds. All right? Now, at the end of this challenge, you button it all up and you deliver a masterclass. And in this masterclass, you share stories, you share testimonials, you share your struggles and your challenges and your purpose and your why and your training and your credibility. And then case studies of how you've helped people and then that ties into then making them an offer. Here's how you can work with me, right? You've gotten to know me, you've gotten to see what I can do for you. You've gotten progress. You made progress in the last five days that you hadn't made prior to this. Imagine what it would be like working together right now. What I want to also tell you is that when you deliver that masterclass, you could do all these things, right, and people still won't buy what you're selling. And that's totally okay. You might be wondering, oh my God, I did all this work and they write every single email and they're not ready to make an investment. Well, that's okay, right? Some of you have been following us, our systems for years before you made a decision, right? So just think of, put yourself in the consumer's shoes. They're going to call you when they feel stuck, and that's okay. Some people are going to feel stuck right now. Some people are going to feel stuck six months from now. But guess what? Because you have a consistent message six months from now is you're going to be there and they're going to have the problem and you're going to help them fix it because now they're stuck. Okay? So it's that consistency over time that's really important. Next thing you're going to do is you're going to create a signature scalable offer. So that's a thing that's unique to you, unique to your brand, unique to your message and your mission. And many of us probably have very similar messages and missions. So with a few tweaks, you could probably use what we've created. So our scalable signature offer is called the Metabolic Reset. It's now being renamed to be called Living Light. Living Proof is the name of our institute. And Light is actually what Deepa's name means. So it's like the perfect name for the program. And it, it represents so many things, including minimalism, lighter on the scale and shining your own light into the world. So there's a lot of metaphors in that terminology, a lot of meaning and purpose and intention behind it as well. And that signature program is fantastic. It does so many things for our clients, it transforms our lives. And so, you know, it's just amazing to see the results that Deepa gets with this. And it's totally scalable. And she does it from the comfort of her office, her 10 by 10 office. She stares out the front, live In a cul de sac, this beautiful fountain out front, sitting circle, nice, beautiful tree. And she runs the entire business from her office at home. And guess what? You can have that too, right? You could build this system and guess how many times you have to build it? You build it once and then you just refine it and optimize it over time. It's like your house, right? Buy the house and then you might paint a wall here and there. You might buy a new piece of furniture. You might buy some artwork to decorate it and upgrade it a little bit, make it more homey for yourself. You're always going to keep tweaking it. All right, now, as people go through this program, you want to have a referral system, Right? So some of you might be wondering, why aren't people referring. Well, there's. There's actually a system and a process for that. And so Deepa is actually going to be teaching this. She's taking a whole training on this, and she's going to be teaching the highlights of this system at Perfect Practice Live. So make sure you tune in for that. And then you're going to want to collect testimonials. Okay? You want to be collecting testimonials consistently. A really simple way to get testimonials is to message people. It could be a text message, it could be an email that says, I have a couple of questions for you. I need your help. Right? That could be the subject. I need your help. Everyone opens that email and. And then you could say, you know, Susan, I've really enjoyed working together, and I'm constantly looking to improve and optimize my services. I would love it if you could answer these two questions. Question number one, right, is what have you enjoyed most about working together? People are much more likely to answer that question versus tell me about your explosive diarrhea. Nobody wants to talk about that. Okay. They want to talk about. They're very open and willing to talk about what they've enjoyed most about working with you. I enjoy that you listen. I enjoy that you cared. I enjoyed our time together. I enjoyed the attention to detail. The moment you start asking people, can you tell me about. Can you tell the world about how you don't have explosive diarrhea anymore after working with me? Nobody wants to talk about that. That's why people don't give testimonials, right? Because they don't want to. They don't want the world to know they've been hiding their illness, probably from their family members, from their friends. So getting them to Chat about it could be difficult. The second question is, what can I do to. To improve my quality of care? Remember you said, I'm always looking to improve my services. So what am I doing to improve? What can you do to improve your services? So now when they respond to you, you've got a testimonial and you've got an opportunity. An opportunity to serve them and go deeper with them and make sure that they're fully satisfied, or a way to improve a process that you have that needs to be worked through. Okay, so you want to collect testimonials, as many as you can. You could probably all do this today with your existing clients or friends. And then the next step is collect quantified outcomes. So what do I mean by that? What I mean by that is you want to be able to create measurable outcomes for people, documented outcomes for people. So that could mean a variety of different things for us. Each of our clients gets an OURA ring. And the OURA ring now helps us monitor their progress. It allows us to see what's happening to their heart rate variability over time. It allows us to see what's happening to their sleep scores over time, their resting heart rate, their respiratory rate. We start getting amazing data that quantifies our process. So write this down. Data is the oil of the 21st century. Data is the oil of the 21st century. The more data that you can collect that proves your process, the more value your program offers. Right now, I could take, you know, I could take our information, I could take the data that we've collected from our clients, and I can go, literally, if I wanted to, to any insurance company and say, listen, this is what happens when people work with us. Here's the irrefutable evidence, Right? And that positions you to have exceptional levels of success. It positions your business or your brand or your program to be worth millions of dollars. And that's what it did for us. So quantifying these outcomes is very valuable. Sometimes in functional medicine. We may not be retesting frequently with our clients, so we don't have that quantification. And a lot of times, let's face it, the numbers that we're measuring may not mean anything to other people. It may not mean anything to an insurance company, or may not mean something to, you know, even other people, right? Like, hey, if you're. If your markers on your organic acids improve, I mean, most people don't even know what that means. But if, hey, if you're resting, heart rate's gone down 10 beats per minute, that's something. If your HRV is increased, if your deep sleep is increased, that's information that people can very easily interpret and extrapolate into meaningful outcomes. All right, and then the next step is to optimize. How do we optimize? Well, we go through this process. Where are the bottlenecks? Where are people getting stuck? Where are people not converting? And the optimization is happening throughout the journey. Right. You're paying attention throughout the journey as to what's happening. And it's a process that we call Kaizen, where you're constantly, continuously improving your workflow, improving your process. Now, you might be wondering, Sachin, it took you 11 years to create this. How do you expect me to do it in 90 days? Right. That's probably a question. Is that question coming up for you? How am I going to do this in 90 days? Type in yes, if that's coming up for you. Okay, good. It should be coming up for you. So here's how you're going to do this in 90 days. One is you're going to quit everything you're doing and you're going to be 100% focused on this. That may not be realistic. Right. Or you could take a template. Karen says spending more time with Sachin. Yeah. You could take a template of something that somebody else has already created and make it your own. Okay, so let me give you an example. If I gave you the blueprint to build a house and I gave you 90 days to build it and move into it, do you think that would be possible? The answer is actually no. You wouldn't be able to build a house in 90 days. Takes about 6, 7 months to build a house. But what if there was a model home for sale that was already fully furnished, already decorated, 90% of the stuff you love and 10% you had to just rearrange or buy new. Could you do that in 90 days? Yeah. So that answer is yes. Right. So that you should be able to do in 90 days, rearrange the furniture, paint a few walls, but not having to build a house. Right. When you're building a house, there's so many challenges. Right. There's weather to take into consideration, there's contractors to take into consider. There's all kinds of delays that can take place. Who knows, a pandemic might come up. Right. Permits need to be approved. So many moving parts in building a house. Right? Now imagine you go to a builder and they say, hey, listen, we're just going to sell you the land and we're going to give you the blueprints, and here's all the contact information for all the vendors and all the contractors and all the people that you need to hire to get this done. A, it's going to cost you a fortune, and B, think of the overwhelm that's going to take place versus buying the model home. And this is where a lot of us are stuck right now. A lot of us are stuck because we don't have the skills. We don't have the Rolodex of vendors that we need to hire. We don't have the model home, or we do have the model home, but we're trying to. We're like, you know what? I'm just going to go build this myself. Here's a blueprint. I'm going to go build this myself. And that's holding up the entire profession. Right. It's actually holding up all of us from realizing the world that we want to live in, because we're all busy reinventing and recreating the wheel. Why recreate it? There's no award for that. There's no award for recreating the wheel. Right. The award is actually helping people. The faster you can help people, the better. And Jen Robinson says, I'm not selling anything today, by the way. So there's nothing to buy. But Jen says, I would love access to that right now. I mean, I would love access to that right now, and I'd be willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for it because I know what it's worth. Right. So let me walk you through some of the assets so that you can see what this looks like. Okay. And I'm going to share some of these with you. I've created a Google document that outlines all of this. Are you all finding this helpful? All right. Exceptionally help. Helpful. I love that. Thank you. Appreciate the feedback. I'm excited to go protest. I've never been to a protest before. Has anyone been to a protest before? I'd love some cold notes on that. What to bring? Do I bring snacks? Will there be food? Dress warmly. Thanks. Yeah, I know. I got to keep my head warm for sure. No food, Sachin, Maybe I'll take some food for my fellow protesters. Lots of water. Take soup. Oh, that's a good one. Okay, good. I'm excited. All right, so let me show you some of these assets and we stop the screen share here. Okay. So now that you have this framework, what I'm going to do is I'm going to just share with you some of the benefits of perfect practice. And really why we put this event together. Listen, I could keep all this stuff a secret, but that doesn't really serve our profession, it doesn't serve our communities, and it doesn't serve any one of us. My goal is to share this as openly as possible and to bring in the people who have helped us create these systems so that they can share what they've done for us with you. And we have spared, you know, really thankfully, no expense to bring in certain consultants and people that are here to help us and help us as a profession. And what ends up happening is every vendor that we work with truly gets behind this message. Like everyone I've ever worked with has said, wow, I love this. How can I help? How can I take this to the next level? How can I help you? So trust me when I say this, that a lot of people can get behind this, can get behind you and what you have to offer, and they want you to be successful. Promise, promise, promise you. So that's the beauty of this. So here's some of the people that I want you to pay attention to or some of the tools I want you to pay attention to. So the first one is you want to get clear on who you are and your brand. So one is you can Google this, but you can look up the Hero's Journey Framework. The Hero's Journey framework is basically how all. How all stories and mythology is told. Okay? So stories help pass down knowledge, you know, from generation to generation to generation. This is what parables are. Parables are stories that have a important theme and message hidden inside of them and sometimes really in plain sight for the most part. But that's why everything is told as a story. Nicole Harlow is going to be coming and sharing about branding, and she actually helped us with our recent rebrand, which we've been super, super happy with. And I know a few of my clients have used her and they've been really happy with the process. So, you know, you can check out her talk. She's actually one of the first speakers. And we also have Jennifer Hooting. Jennifer Hoodie has been working very closely with Deepa to dial in the messaging, and we hired her and her team services for six months to be able to really fine tune this. And we're 90 days in and we're already seeing a radical shift in our conversion rate. Deepa's 18 email sequence that she sends out is generating about four or five new consultations every week. These are people that are wanting to reach out to her because they're getting these Emails, they're hearing the stories, they're seeing the testimonies, and they're basically raising their hand and saying, hey, help me. Right? Didn't happen overnight. Okay? It's delusional to think that way, that it's going to happen overnight. And that's why I want to be very clear that it doesn't happen overnight. But it does happen if you're consistent and your message is dialed in. Jennifer Hoodie, just so you know, if you've never heard of her, most people have not heard of her. But she does, like Tony Robbins copywriting. She does Joe Polish's copywriting. So some of the people that you do know, she's the one that helps get their message out there into the world. So we worked with her, we hired her and her team, and that's what our messaging is based on. So when we share our blueprints with our clients, you know, normally it would cost you 25, $30,000 to hire someone like Jennifer to help you do this type of work. Okay. It would cost you even more to have her write the copy for you. So we went through her training. She's gone through our copy. We hired a professional writer to help us to write all this content out. And guess what? These are templates that we can share with our clients. Okay. So you don't have to go through this whole process, but if you want to and you want to learn from the best, then she's going to be a perfect practice live. You're also going to get very clear on who you serve. So a great exercise is if you go to mystorybrand.com and I'm going to share all of this with you. I'm going to share a document with you so you don't have to write any of this down. But I'm going to share this. You want to get clear with who it is that you serve. Okay. You also want to set up your social media and email CRM platform. So we have Kartra, which is what we use. And Kartra is pretty cool because I can take my landing pages, I can take my sales pages, I can take my email copy, and I can paste all of that entire system right into your account. So instead of you having to sit there and do that whole process manually, we can put it right into your account. So there's a really cool, like, plug and play solution for you. We also have Fabio Suarez, who is the mastermind behind helping us put this event together, helping us in getting our messaging out to the world and running Deepuzz ads. And again, we're getting new leads for less than a dollar. I had Dan Kushell, who is one of my business consultants who's helped Joe Polish and other amazing people scale their businesses. He told us he's never seen numbers like this in years and years and years on Facebook. So you might be wondering, like, wow, like, I can barely get my posts approved without getting censored or without violating Facebook's ads policies. And guess what, there's a formula for that, right? And so we have that formula and we share that formula with you today. But he's going to get into the nitty gritty a little bit during perfect practice. Live recording videos. So, you know, I know Aaron shared a video of Deepa, but here's like an example of a video. This is six ways to reduce inflammation. And you can see it's got 1600 responses. It's got 1500 shares. Okay, so that's a really good ratio. So when you're like to share ratio is one to one, like, that's a really powerful message. And you can see 123 comments. Okay, so these videos get a ton of views because we've put some ad spend behind them, but then once they start getting shared, then they kind of go viral on their own. And this is just an example of one of those videos. The software that we use to do this is something called splashio. And splashio takes a video that you create on your iPhone or on your computer or on your Android phone, and you upload it to their service and they will put a headline at the top and they will also caption the video for you too. And they can put your logo and stuff like that in there. And you can actually get four free videos at the link that I shared. It's a really cool platform. I can show you what that looks like too. So it takes any video that you create and then you can add your logo. It adds a little timer here if you want, and then it adds the headline and the subtext as well. And you can format this video for whatever platform you're going to be using it for. So if you're using it for Instagram TV or Facebook or YouTube, you can get that one video turned into multiple videos for you for the right platform. Okay, so there's a really cool tool and you can get four of these videos absolutely free. It's $100 value. The next thing you're going to do is optimize your homepage on your website. We did a training. You can get that as part of your diamond package. And that training was actually really good. I hope all my trainings are really good, but that one was really good because we walked you through step by step. And then for our mentorship clients, we actually have a template. So we actually have the perfect one page website template where you just have to drag and drop your images that you want to use. Just change up the colors by click of a few keystrokes. And then you can also change the messaging based on your message, of course. Here's the resources for the morning routine that I mentioned. So Deepa runs a morning routine and I can click on this link here and you can kind of get a sense of what that looks like. So very simple. And you see a little bit about her, you see what this guide will show you and where people can opt in. Okay. So it doesn't have to be super fancy. What it has to do is convert. That's the main thing is does this convert and does it get people to get on your email list so then they can get the next steps moving forward, they can start getting the emails and all that good stuff that they're supposed to get from you. Here's a link to the five pound challenge. And so this is again, are you up for a challenge? Here's what 5 pounds of fat looks like. Here's a little bit of a story from Deepa. And this is in the past right now. So the counter is expired, you can see, but very simple homepage. And then once they do this, then they start getting the emails, they start getting the invitation to the Facebook group, they start getting access to the materials that we've also created through this process. All right, Now we also deliver a masterclass. Okay. My masterclass and speaker expert trainer is Majid Magarbon. I actually flew all the way to Portugal. That was the last trip I took. Last March, I flew to Portugal to go and train with him and he lives here in Ottawa. So it was a cool trip, fun trip with the family. And he trained us on how to give a signature speech and he does that in our mentorship group. And he's also going to be emceeing the event. So you're going to get lots of great insights from him. Then you want to create a signature scalable offer. So for us, that's the Metabolic Reset. The Metabolic Reset allows us to provide an exceptional solution for our clients and all the resources and tools, everything that we've created for this program is available to our clients. So you're not having to reinvent the wheel. You're not having to even reinvent the program. We've got a program where you can just simply change the name of the program, add your own logo, and by simply changing the title of the program, it can help any type of condition. So whether it's autoimmune in nature, thyroid in nature, weight loss, hormone balancing, what we've done is we've put together the most powerful lifestyle tools, combined it with coaching, and then combined it with wearable technology so that people can see instantaneously the results that they get. And it's created this gamified process that produces, again, outstanding, exceptional results for our clients, and it can do the same for yours. We could call this a metabolic program. We could call it a blood sugar program. We could call it a sleep program. I mean, because it improves so many different facets of somebody's life, no matter what who your avatar is, they're going to see some benefit. And with small changes and small tweaks, you can make it completely your own. Dr. Osborne, who's my mentor, is going to be speaking as well, and he's going to be talking at Perfect Practice Live about how to create membership groups. Membership groups can scale infinitely, so this is something else to keep in mind for the event, having a referral system. Deepa is going to be talking about that at the event and then collecting testimonials. Okay. What do you enjoy most about working together? And then the second question is, what can we do to improve our services?
And.
And then how do you measure outcomes? This is another thing that is important to note. How do I measure how my clients are doing and how they're getting better? Well, one thing, one way to do that is by getting an Oura ring. And an Oura ring is something that will allow you to measure and quantify the outcomes for your clients. And then we also use a platform called Heads Up Health that allows us to aggregate this data so we can collect it for research purposes. So there's platforms that can help you do that. And Heads Up Health is one of our wonderful vendors and sponsors for our events. You'll get to learn more about their platform to see if that makes sense for your practice. Remember, data is the oil of the 21st century. It's not the results that make your company valuable. It's the measurable outcomes that make your company, your service, and your product valuable. Okay. So I wish I had done this many, many years ago. I wish I had done this three years ago when I got my first Oura ring. My business would be much further ahead. And who knows, we might be, you know, on a global platform, which is what we're planning on doing. But that might may have been in place already. So what I want you to note and I want you to really think about is how am I measuring my clients outcomes in a way that makes sense to other people? Okay. Not just organic acids, not just markers on stool tests. Yes, that's great. And on an individual level, but I need all of us to start thinking much bigger because if we can get more buy in from institutions because we have irrefutable results that we're creating for our clients, that's what's really going to allow us to catapult ahead with functional medicine. All right, so let me copy this link and I'm going to share this with all of you. So you have it. This will be your source of inspiration to have with you. Does anyone have any questions about this? All right, so I just shared a link where you can get the resources and all the links and everything that I just shared are in there for you. I hope you found this valuable. I hope you found this helpful. And if you haven't signed up, most of you should have signed up for perfect Practice live. But if you haven't signed up, then next weekend is going to be like just out of this world. We're going to take it to a whole new level. You're absolutely going to love it. And we're going to open up these cans of worms that we talked about today and dive deeper into them. But I wanted to do this bonus training for you, so it gives you kind of, it gives you the advantage of having a 30,000 foot view. And now you can start mentally planning for how I want to show up at the event and who I want to make sure I don't miss. And also maybe it starts turning the wheels a little bit for you in terms of where you need to focus and what you need to work on. Now one of the things that I will say is that this is not going to happen overnight, but it can happen over 90 days. Okay, so let me go back to this plan here that I shared with you and then we'll wrap things up. So there's a trick question, but not a trick question. When do I need my master class to undo it? Do I need my master class done to start this process? Type in yes or no. Do I need my master class done to start this process? All right, perfect. I didn't see any yeses come in, but this is what this is. Where we get hung up, right? Where we get hung up is we feel like we need to have it all done to get started. The first thing that you need to do is get clear on who you are. And then you need to get clear on who you serve because you can't do any of these other things until you know that first. And once you get clear on who you are, stop being afraid of who you are and put yourself out there. Take a stand for what you believe in. Stand in your truth. You don't have to argue, you don't have to fight, you don't have to put other people down. I mean, sometimes it's. It can be entertaining to trigger people, but stand in your truth, okay, if you're worried about censorship and stuff like that, guess what? They can't censor the truth. Show up consistently. Share your message. Don't, you know, flip and flop, Stay true to who you are. And you guys are crazy for this link. Okay, I'm gonna share it again. Okay, so don't type anything because as soon as you start typing something, it's. The link starts going up. So there it is in the chat. You should have it. You should be able to click on it and it should take you there. Let me just make sure the link is open. Sachin, maybe you are shared it privately in a direct message instead of everyone. Oh, you know what? Thanks, Aaron. You know what's happening? It's. It's sharing to everyone in the waiting room. I don't know why it's doing that in meeting. Let's try that again. There we go. Okay, thank you, Aaron. All right, so record those videos. You already have those videos in your head, right? You already know what to say. And if you don't follow that formula, capture their attention. Create interest, clarify the benefits, create credibility. Give them a call to action. Most of you. Oh, God. Let me change something. One second. Okay, that should work now. All right, so next you want to make sure your homepage is optimized, right? There's that seven point checklist that we went through. What's a solid lead magnet? What is a solid lead magnet? What's something. What's something that's keeping your client up at night that they need solved? Okay? Run a challenge, run a masterclass. Have a signature offer that can scale. Have a referral system, right? Collect testimonials, quantify the outcomes and optimize. Okay, Optimize, optimize, optimize throughout the process. Okay, Amazing. So thank you all for showing up. I hope this bonus was worth Your time, energy, effort and you took lots of notes. It can be helpful for you. And I'm excited to have all of you at Perfect Practice Live next week where we unpackage these things a little bit more and we'll have the ability to then dive a little bit deeper into these things. And I truly believe this next quarter coming up for all of you is going to be totally transformational. I can't see anything else happening for you but total transformation. Because once that does happen, then, and once you put these systems in place, you're going to see there's going to be so much enlightenment, you're going to feel lighter, you're going to feel more free, more liberated. Right. And these processes, as you can see, move you towards those five freedoms. All right, so if you haven't signed up for Perfect Practice Live, let me just share that with you over here. It's Perfect Practice live dot com. And maybe what I'll do is I'll just, for those of you that haven't signed up, I'll just take you there. And give you a little bit of a sneak peek. Alright? So this event is really for heart centered practitioners who want to build a virtual practice or add this to their existing practice. We're going to talk strategy, inspiration, we're going to connect with community. We've got about 7,000 people registered so far, so I'm excited about that. And then we're going to share this roadmap. We're going to dive deeper into this 90 day framework and roadmap that I gave you. And then you've got some world class speakers. We've got Majeed, we've got Nicole, we've got Lisa Fraley who's going to be talking about legal implications of running your practice. Got Jennifer Hoodie, he's going to be talking about copywriting. David's going to be talking about how, how he's using TikTok to generate new leads. Rudy Nassif is going to be talking about blue light and how to protect yourself if you're virtual. You need to protect yourself from technology because that can have implications. We have Dan Cashel who's going to help you streamline your business. Reed Davis is going to be talking about how to use coaching to scale your business. Liana is going to be talking about niching down. Wendy Meyer is going to come in. She's actually going to be talking about how to protect yourself from EMF. So I'm excited about that. And, and then J.R. burgess is going to be talking about living in Alignment and then we're going to have an end of day recap. So this is just day one. Okay. This is unlike any other event in our industry. This event is specifically designed for business and personal growth. And all the clinical strategies that we're going to share are all scalable. So when we bring Reid on, he's going to be talking about, you know, FDN in the context of how FDN can help you scale your message. Right. The world is our oyster and sometimes we're limited by our scope of practice. So he's going to help us break through some of those barriers. And then day two, we've got myself and Deepa. Fabio is going to be talking about marketing. Jay and Todd Watts are going to come and talk about how to optimize your gut health, get rid of parasites. Miranda, who's one of our all star students, going to be talking about testimonials. Karan is going to talk about immune system resilience. James is going to come and talk about community building. A DNA company is going to come and talk about some amazing new tools that they're building for scalability and simplicity as well. Majeed's going to be talking about becoming an unforgettable speaker. And Ryka and Dr. Osborne are going to talk about creating community and membership programs. So that's day two. So we're pretty stacked already. And then James Nestor, the author of Breath is going to be joining us. This is pretty amazing. I totally dream come true. With James joining us, Donice Worden, who is a PBS speaker who's built a massive business. She's going to be talking about how to build a thriving business using spirituality as the foundation. And then Deepa is going to be talking about creating turnkey systems for virtual practice. Dr. Buddy is going to share about how he is generating over 10k a month in new business using group programs. And then sayergy and Kelly are going to be talking about claiming your personal sovereignty and freedom. And then I'm going to also be sharing a little bit more about our mentorship program and how you can work with us, how you can accelerate into a beautiful future faster. Right. Imagine getting all this stuff done and not just getting it done, but getting it done at a super high quality level within months instead of what it took us, which is years. So I'm super thrilled. I'm super pumped. I hope you are as well. And you know, we've put together a pretty all star lineup of people that are going to be joining us and sharing with you. You'd have to. Literally, you'd have to travel quite a bit to get all these people in one room. So thank God for virtual events because we're able to bring these, you know, world class people to you thanks to our amazing vendors and sponsors at no cost. Okay? It's. It's free because we have vendors and sponsors, and it truly is priceless information. And I want to commit to this profession and accelerate it forward faster, okay? So that's why I'm driven to do this. Because I know that each and every one of you deserves to thrive. Your community needs you now more than ever. And I want to eliminate any, any obstacle in your way. All right, time to go protest. Time to stand up for what I believe in. Hope you all have an amazing day, and I hope you stand up for what you believe in. I'm not here to tell you what that is for you. You're there to figure that out for yourself. But stand in your truth. Stand in your own truth. Show up with love. Show up with gratitude. Show up with the ability to be focused and present no matter where you are. Okay? Lots of love, everyone. Have an amazing Saturday.
