There's something really unique about the way entrepreneurs think and it's very different than the way an employee might think and we need both. So I'm not saying one is better than the other but the mindset is a little bit different. So here's the thing with an employee. An employee is guaranteed to get paid. They're guaranteed to get paid for the work that they do but they're also guaranteed not to get paid ever again for the work that they did. And chances are they may not get paid extra for going above and beyond unless they work in an organization where that's actually very generously rewarded. Now an entrepreneur on the other hand is somebody who is willing to do work and not guaranteed to get paid but if they solve a big enough problem for a big enough number of people and it adds value to the marketplace they can get paid over and over and over and over again. So that's one of the key differences is the safety versus an entrepreneur who is open.
