Pretty recently, I had somebody ask me, satchin, how do I put my message out there? I'm so afraid of what people are gonna think. I'm so afraid of what they're gonna say. And it's preventing me from speaking my truth. It's preventing me from saying the things I need to say to help people get healthy. And it's preventing me from helping them so that they can feel their absolute best. And my response to them was really simple. And that is that it's okay to worry about what people are gonna think. It's okay to worry about what they're gonna say and. But be worried about the right thing. What are they going to think and what are they going to say when they find out that you could have been helping them all along? You could have been helping them, their family, their spouse, their children, their loved ones all along, but you didn't have the courage to say anything. And now they're either gone or they're struggling and suffering because of your lack of courage. So be afraid, but be afraid of the right things. Get your message out there. What you have to say is important, it's valuable, and it changes lives.
