Good morning. Hope you're awesome. It's Satchin here, and today I have a question for you that I think is extremely relevant, especially this day and age. Have you ever gone to the doctor and felt dismissed or felt like they had one foot in the door, one foot out the door, or perhaps their mind was somewhere else, even though physically they were in the room? You know, this happens over and over again. I hear this from so many clients. I've heard it over the years. And I'm not here to point fingers at anyone, because doctors are constrained. They have limited time, they have limited resources, and they have a waiting list and waiting room full of people that need their attention. So one of the things that I learned early on in my functional medicine career is that asking the right questions is everything. If you're asking the wrong questions, it doesn't matter what the answer is. And many times, patients will go to their doctor and almost feel like they're crazy if they had to list all of their seemingly unrelated symptoms with their practitioner. And so when I learned about functional medicine, one of the first exercises that we were asked to do is fill out a specific form. And it was a symptoms analysis form. And the symptoms were quite interesting because what we did was we took all these seemingly unrelated symptoms, categorized them into body systems, and as a result of that, it allowed me, as a clinician and even as a client at that time, to pinpoint exactly what was going on and then come up with a strategic strategy to help the client so I didn't have to sit there and ask a million questions. I had to simply hand the client the form. And what I realized when I started doing this is, is that so many of my clients that were coming to see me had so many symptoms that if they had to tell me all of these symptoms, a, they'd probably think they were crazy, B, it would be hard to categorize them and see what's connected and what isn't, and C, it would be almost impossible to do that in a short period of time. So this form right here changed my life. This form radically changed how I practice. It radically changed the type of care that we deliver, and it's transformed literally thousands of lives. What this form does is it helps you get to the root cause. So we give this to all of our clients, we interpret this for them, and within minutes, I know exactly where my attention and focus needs to go. I know exactly what to say to them to make them feel like they're not crazy again. And I also know where to focus my clinical attention, what lifestyle changes they need to make and give them that certainty that we're uncovering and on the right path to help them get healthy again. This form looks at 16 different symptoms and you might even have seemingly unrelated symptoms that show up. So I'm going to read one of these sections here because you might have some of these symptoms and I want you to tell me you do. So let's go here. This section is section number, alright, section number nine, one of the most common sections that people have an issue with. And you'll see that these symptoms seem to be unrelated to one another but they're all related to a specific symptom and system in the body rather so, alright. Tend to be a night person. Difficulty falling asleep. Slow starter in the morning. Tend to feel keyed up and have difficulty calming down. Blood pressure over 120 over 80. Headaches after exercise. Feeling wired or jittery after coffee grind or clench your teeth. Calm on the outside. Troubled on the inside. Chronic low back pain which can get worse after fatigue. Become dizzy when standing up quickly. Difficulty maintaining an adjustment. Arthritic tendencies. Craving for salt. Craving for sugary foods. Craving for chocolate. Perspire easily. Feel tired, especially in the afternoon. You might get a headache in the afternoon. Might have immune system challenges. You might need sunglasses when it's bright outside or even when it's not. You may be susceptible to weakness and dizziness and also have allergies or hives. Now you might think, wow, these are symptoms all over the place and that's how a lot of people feel. They may not be able to connect the dots they that these symptoms are related to a specific system in your body. Now hopefully you don't have all of these, but if you do, if you do have some of these, then it could be an indication that this system needs support. So we have about 321 questions and it's simply circle the intensity of the symptom and the frequency of the symptom and we will be able to pinpoint exactly what's going on. So if you want to get to the root cause, if you want to find out exactly what's going on in your body and address it, then just type in root cause in the comment section and I'll get this form over to you and actually help you interpret it. And this interpretation will give you and me the ability to find out exactly what's going on and exactly what we can do about it. Alright, Hope you're awesome. Type in root cause and my team will send that form right over to you. You can start filling it out, and I'm happy to interpret it to make sure that you get all the answers that you're looking for. And once again, Happy Functional Medicine Awareness Month. This is the month that changes everything. Lots of love, lots of gratitude. Have an amazing rest of your day. Talk to you soon.
