Me and my family are traveling to Italy right now and I wanted to offer you a few simple tips that you can implement the next time you're traveling. First is stay hydrated. What I like to do is travel with a little bit of salt and add that to my water to make sure that I get the right amount of electrolytes, especially when it's hot and sunny. Where you're traveling, you want to make sure that you stay hydrated with electrolytes. Number two is to go to a local grocery store and get some fruits or nuts that can really help you stay satiated in between meals. Number three is make sure that you have a salad before any meal that you eat out. This way you're getting your fresh fiber first and it helps you stay full and satiated as well. And lastly, make sure you go for a 15 to 20 minute walk after your meals. That goes a long way in helping to balance your blood sugars.
