How to Design and Implement a 90-Day Growth Plan

A recorded webinar by Sachin Patel teaching a 90-day growth plan for health/wellness practitioners. It presents a simplicity-first scaling framework (one-on-one → one-to-many → one-to-infinity), practical assets to build (lead magnet, 5–10 videos, one-page website, challenge, masterclass, signature offer, referral/testimonial systems), case studies (clinic growth, a viral video campaign and a 5-lb challenge) and an offer for a done-for-you mentorship. Emphasis on systems to increase freedom (health, emotional, time, geographic, financial) and on delivering experience-driven referrals.

Hello my friends. Hope you're all amazing. It's Satchin. Welcome to our very special presentation today. How to design and implement the 90 day growth plan to simplify your practice. I'm excited that you're here. I'm excited to be here because I have this amazing opportunity to share with you and to teach you from all the things that I've learned over the years on how to implement. Because I believe, and I hope you believe, that the world needs your message now more than ever. And yes, the world is ripe for saving. And yes, you are at the right place at the right time in order to live out your dharma and in order to make the world a better place. So if you're with me, I would love to know where you're from. So go ahead and type in the chat where you're from and say hello. I'm thrilled to be here and I hope you are as well. I've got lots of great content to cover. I want to make sure that each and every one of you has a pen and a piece of paper handy because you just never know what you're going to learn today. You never know. It could be one sentence that makes this entire presentation worth your while. Could be several sentences or it could be one slide. So I also encourage you to be open to taking screenshots because. Because some of the stuff you might need to marinate on a little bit and tune back into. Yes, there will be a recording. As always, we record everything that we do and we'll be happy to share that with you. But I do want you to stay until the very end because that's when we kind of button things up and we close the loops that we open up during the presentation. So great to see everyone here. Looks like we have people from France. Wow, Monica, what time is it in France right now? Please, please enlighten me because it's probably pretty late. Might be past your bedtime. Certainly past my bedtime. We've got Paolo from Boca Raton. I hope the weather is beautiful there. Monica says 1am okay. True, true. You know, warrior for seeking enlightenment and for building her 90 day growth plan. So awesome. We have Bev from Houston. Hey Bev, nice to see you here. Got IBI from South Surrey, bc. It's on my bucket list to go to British Columbia. So hopefully once things open up a little bit, I'll be able to do that. All right. Lots of awesome people from all over the world that are joining us today. Monica is a night owl for sure. I bet you she's a dolphin. If we were to do her chronograph. Mish says it's 4pm where she is. All right. Love the commitment, love the energy, love the enthusiasm. And I'm going to encourage you to participate today because what we're doing today is we're building your future. Okay? So everything I'm going to present to you today, I already know. I'm already implementing. I'm teaching others to implement, and they're seeing great results with it. Today is all about you. How do we get you to implement? How do we get you to take meaningful action so that you can build your dream? You can build an amazing practice that makes a huge impact in the world, which, of course, we need now more than ever. So if you're ready to get started, type in I'm ready, and let's get going. All right. Susan says she's ready. Robin says I'm ready. Shani says, let's do this. Awesome. Jacqueline says ready. Teresa says let's go. Amazing. Let's rock. Okay. Mish says I'm ready to get at it. Love it. All right. Great energy today. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to go over in as much detail as I can, given the time slot that we have allotted. I'm going to go over in as much detail as I can to create and help you create a vision for what the next 90 days should look like. And yes, we're going to talk theory, yes, we're going to talk about implementation, and yes, we're going to talk about things that you may already be doing, which I hope some of you are. And we're going to talk about things that you may not be doing and create a sense of awareness on what the best next steps for you are. So if you haven't read this study and if you haven't seen this publication, interesting fun fact, which is that the Cleveland study, Cleveland clinic study, found that functional medicine, when applied as a group approach, improved patient outcomes at less cost. Okay? So if you're a functional medicine practitioner or health coach, you should be very, very well aware that group programs are way more cost effective, but more importantly, they are actually more clinically effective. So that's a huge win win, in my opinion. So let's talk about the secret sauce to simplicity, because that's what we're trying to do today. We're trying to create something that's simple, that's scalable, that solves a problem and also preserves your health and sanity. Because one of the things that I learned from some of my mentors is that anyone can build a six, seven, eight figure business. We are all capable of that. And there's no magic in that. Hard work, hustle, grinding it out and having a product that works. I mean, you can build a fantastic, you know, financially fantastic business that way. But that's not what most people want. Most people want a business that promotes for them a healthy lifestyle, promotes for them a way of living that's congruent with what they want for their clients. Right. We can't build a business, a health business especially, that compromises us and our health. That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. So it took me several years to kind of figure out this formula. The research is now demonstrating this formula works. And the feedback that I'm getting from the clients that I coach is that this is exactly what they're looking for. So when we look at this formula here, there is a triangle which you can see, and this triangle split into 80, 20, and that small triangle at the top is then further split into 80, 20. And so we have one on one functional medicine care. And this could be functional medicine or coaching services that we provide. And that one on one can be very complicated because we're digging deep into lab testing, digging deep into client history, we're digging deep into, you know, nuances and granularity. And with that comes a, a higher price, of course, because you're spending one on one time with people. But it also limits how many people you can help because last time I checked, there's only a certain number of hours in a day. And the work that we do can be a little bit heavy. So doing it for 40 hours a week is the equivalent of somebody else working like 80 hours a week. Right. Just the emotional toll that working with clients in this capacity can take is quite large. Right. Especially when you're dealing with complex cases. So this is doable, but it's not scalable. Right. Pretty soon you start getting, if you're doing good work and you're getting referrals, you end up with this huge waiting list. And that can be challenging as well. I know some people, their stress is coming from having a two year waiting list. And I call that a suffering list because their clients are going to be suffering in the meantime until they can get in and see the practitioner. Then we have something in the middle, which is what I call the one to many. And one to many could be a group program or a hybrid program. This is in fact how I run my mentorship. So in my mentorship Clients can talk to me or a coach one on one when they need to, but. But every week they have the ability to join us in a group setting as well. So this is a one to many, and then on the bottom we have a one to infinity. So this is where we can reach and impact as many people as possible. And this is what we would consider asynchronous delivery. Which means that I could have a portal or you could have a portal of online resources, online material that people can access at any time of the day. So you could be sleeping, you may have even created the content a month ago. And people can access it at any point after that and into the future. And because you're not providing a one on one experience for them, it's an asynchronous experience. And this is what enables you to scale infinitely. Right. So we have one to one, one to many, and one to infinity. So I'd love to know how many of you are practicing or which way are you practicing. Are you doing one on one? Are you doing one to many? Are you doing one to infinity, or are you doing a hybrid? So go ahead and type in the chat which style of practice you currently have? Okay, so I see one to one, but want to change that one to one and I'm tired of it. One to one, want to change. Okay, hybrid is the goal, says Susan. Monica says one to one. One to one. Okay. All right. Looking for more options, says Ron. All right, we'll be doing some group coaching, says Mish. Working on one to many. All right. Rubina says hybrid. Okay, great answer. So there's no right or wrong answer. This is just where you are right now. I'd love to know, regardless of where you are, what is your sweet spot? So for me, that sweet spot is one to many. And I'd love to know what your sweet spot is and what your objective would be. So go ahead and type in if you would like it to be maybe a hybrid. That's kind of what we practice. Could be one to many, one to infinity, or one on one. Which of these are you looking to do more of? Okay, so if you're looking to do some of all of this, I would consider that more of a hybrid type of practice. Okay. And that's the way we encourage people, most of our clients to practice. You get the best of everything. Right. So some of your more complex cases can see you one on one. Maybe people can graduate to a one on one program if they've gone through the one to many. Right. And people Certainly who may not qualify for one to many, they can go into the one to infinity. So this can be done virtually. Some of this can be done as a hybrid in terms of some of it in person, some of it virtually. It's totally up to you. There's so many ways that you can create your perfect practice. Right. What works for me might work for a lot of other people, but it's all about what you want. So to me, this is a secret sauce of simplicity. Now, I spoke to my dear friend Lisa Fraley recently, and one of the things that she told me about, which I think is very pertinent and interesting for all of us to pay attention to, is one of these things. Three has the least amount of liability. So any ventures to guess which type of practice has the highest liability and which practice has the lowest liability. So let's start with the highest first. Which one do you think has the highest liability to you as a practitioner? Okay, you got it right. It seems sort of obvious, right? So one on one. Yes. When you're practicing one on one, you, it can be a can of worms, Right. You're working with people, you're running labs on them, you could potentially miss something. And so you have the highest amount of liability. So we have the highest burnout with one on one care. We have the highest liability with one on one care. And we probably have the most demanding client, the most complex client when we're offering one on one care. And there's only so much of that that we could possibly do. The lowest liability is the one to infinity, where you're providing generalities, you're providing general information to, and they're not necessarily going into in depth conversations with you because there are no conversations with you. So there's the lowest amount of liability. And what I love about that is that again, we can impact millions of people. And so when people decide they want to work with you, it's either yes, yes, or yes. Do you want to work with me one on one, do you want to work with me in a group or do you want to work and do this on your own? There's a bit of everything. There's something for everybody. So the answer is yes, yes or yes when they're given the option to work with you. So that's important to also understand as well. Which framework do you want to use, how much liability do you want, and how much do you want to expand your practice? If you're doing one on one, it's hard to grow your practice virtually because of the state Laws, and those are constantly evolving and constantly changing. But if you talk to an attorney, they're going to tell you that it gets a little bit tricky with the one on one, the one to many, and the one to infinity has much lower liability and can be delivered virtually. Okay, so that's another thing to take into consideration is what are the legal implications of any business that you set up because you want to build a business knowing what the legal considerations are. Today's presentation I'm going to share with you simple frameworks and systems that we use to help Dr. Cynthia here get go from 10 new patients a month to, to 30 new patients in two weeks. Okay, so she had an existing practice, but by improving some of the systems and processes for her, we were able to create a landslide of new patients without creating much more stress and anxiety. She had lots of stress and anxiety with those 10 new patients every month. And we switched a few things for her, simplified a few things in her practice, and boom, she had 30 new patients. All those energetic blocks were gone. Here's Dr. Kim. And with Dr. Kim, you know, one of the things that she says is that everyone needs to be doing what you tell them to do. You know, one of the things that she said in this interview that I did with her during one of her consultations is that everyone needs to hear more about these systems. And systems are what create freedom. So if you want more freedom, then I want you to type in freedom in the chat. I hope you all want more freedom because there's nothing more important than, than you having the freedom to travel the world, to wake up every day with a big smile on your face, to spend more time with your family, to go to bed at a decent time, to feel good about the work you did that day. To me, I want as much freedom as I can possibly bear. And we feel sometimes in practice, especially some of the practitioners that I coach, is that they've kind of built themselves not a business, but they've built themselves a prison. Okay, and we'll talk about this a little bit later. I did the same thing for myself. So I know exactly where some of you might be coming from and why you might feel this way. I'm also going to share with you how Deepa turned this one video. This one video has 1500 shares. It's got 1700, you know, likes and hearts and emoji feedbacks, and it's got 138 comments. This one video was one of the stepping stones to create a six figure pipeline of patients for her and it continues to pay her over and over and over again. And the reason I use my wife as an example is because she's about the exact opposite of me when it comes to getting in front of a camera, getting in front of a video, putting her message out there. And so while she's extremely capable, an extremely amazing human being, I'm so grateful to be married to her. She would be considered somebody who is on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to putting herself out there. And some of you might feel that way. Some of you might feel shy of getting in front of a camera or afraid of what people are going to think of you or what people are going to think of your message or screwing up or dropping the ball. And that was her. Okay, so I'm going to share a little bit about her story and how she's turned a few videos that she's done into a pipeline of new patients for her. In fact, this video series that she did helped her acquire leads for $0.84 per lead for her five pound challenge. Okay, so we took a series of videos, created no like and trust factor, and turn this into conversions at less than a dollar a lead. And if you know anything about conversion rates and the price to convert people into submitting their email address and signing up for something, this is a ridiculously low price. But there's a strategy on exactly how to do this. Now, the reason I bring this up is because one of the themes today is simplification. So some of us might record video after video after video after video and create this high level of complexity for ourselves because we're constantly creating new content. But what if we created bits of content? What if we created a fraction of that content and actually promoted it and then we didn't have to get in front of the camera all the time. We only had to create a handful of videos, but strategically place them in order and then strategically give people steps to take after they've seen these videos so that we can get them to take action and move on to the next step. So 84 cents is about as low as it gets. I mean, certainly it gets way higher than this to acquire leads, and it's about as low as it's going to go for in most instances. I'm also going to share with you a formula that I've used to win three two club awards. And these three two comma club awards represent at least a million dollars in online sales for three years in a row. And in fact, in this quarter, the first quarter of 2021, we've already done that. So we've already been able to claim this award because we use a formula which I'm so happy and so honored to be able to share with you today. I've spoken at some amazing stages where I've shared similar information and principles that you're going to learn today. And I want to share these with you. I've learned from some of the best people on the planet. Here's Joe Polish, who's considered the world's most connected man. And here he is at a seminar that I was teaching for Charles Poliquin. And since then, Joe and I have become great friends. And it's amazing to learn from some of the best, most ethical marketers in the world and apply what I learned to functional medicine. Okay, so Joe teaches entrepreneurs like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi and Dean Jackson and Dan Sullivan and some very, very successful people. Guess what? I learned those principles and apply them to my practice and many of the practices that I coach. And it's been wildly successful for the people that implement. So that's what you're going to learn today. I also have a book called Perfect Practice. I have a podcast called Perfect Practice. So if you haven't checked those out, I highly encourage you to. We just had an event with over 9,000 practitioners on exactly how to build a heart centered virtual health practice. And it was one of the best events that certainly I've ever hosted, but many people said it was one of the best events they've ever attended for building their business. And so I'm going to share with you some of the highlights of that event, some of the highlights of my 11 years of being a functional medicine practitioner and running my own business, and then some of the highlights that I've picked up over the last couple of years and particularly in the last 12 months as we've had to shift the style of our practices. So very, very important for you to pay attention today because you're going to get some amazing nuggets. We've also built many, many facilities in Uganda. One of them is a health clinic. We're in the process right now of building a food bank for this village. We've built an orphanage, a school. So I share this with you because I want you to know that, you know, it didn't start out this way. And I'm going to share with you some of the places where it did start out. It didn't start out this way. It started, I started at the very bottom. I started at the very beginning. So I know what that feels like. And I know what it feels like to be kicked when you're down. But I also know what it feels like to be on the other side of that mountain and have this beautiful view and capability of not only helping others, but then paying it forward, paying it forward back into my profession. And that's exactly why I do presentations like this, to help other people like yourself. But my greatest accomplishment ever, aside from all these other things, is being noted as the best dad ever. This is a little button that my son made for me and I wore it at one of my conferences that I spoke at. And it's just a constant reminder for me of what is most valuable and what is most important. So today you're going to get a 90 day plan for a virtual practice. It could be an in person practice, one on one. Whatever it is, we're going to show you a formula that works. So by the end of this, you'll have all of these boxes filled out, you'll be able to take a screenshot of that formula and we're going to get rocking and rolling. So as I said, I know your pain. I know the pain that you've probably experienced or are currently experiencing. And that might mean you, you might be saying to yourself, well, Satchin, you know, I have no website, I don't know where to start. I have no money, I have no time, I have no tech skills, I don't have an avatar, I don't have any testimonials like who's gonna believe that? I do what I do and I do it well. I have, I'm not sure where to invest. There's so many people that you know, say to do this course or that course or start here or start there. Where do I start? Where do I go? Maybe you don't have a brand. Maybe you have no traffic, maybe you have no list. Maybe you have no sales copy or copy skills to in order, in order to communicate what it is that you do. Maybe you don't have a signature product, like, what am I going to sell? I've taken this training. I've, you know, I love what I do. I've read all these books, listen to all these podcasts and now it's time for me to build my business and I don't know what to offer people. Maybe you don't like being in front of a camera. Maybe you don't like social media. Maybe you have no following. Okay, that's another thing. And maybe you have no webinar or masterclass that you can make an offer to people. So guess what? I started with none of these things. Okay? We all start somewhere. But here's the thing. It's not about where you start, it's about where you finish. And it's also about how quickly you can get there. And one of the things that I've learned is you're never quite finished. Okay. We want to create minimally viable products, right? So we don't necessarily have to go from having no website to having the world's greatest website. We have to have a minimum viable product to get started. And when we start somewhere, when we start somewhere, we have the ability to then build off of that. Okay? We have the ability to continue to build our services and support other people and other aspects of our business. So when we do these things in the right order, that's going to give us the capability to then continue stacking. Okay, how many of you are lacking some of these things? You know, maybe it's all of them, maybe it's some of them. But what are some of the things or what's at least one thing that you're lacking that's on this list right now? Go ahead and type that into the chat. Okay. Copy skills. Time. Ron says most of them. Teresa says no following. Okay. Time is a big one. Yeah. So here's the thing I learned. If you don't have time to do it right, you definitely don't have time to do it wrong. If you don't have the money to do it right, you don't have the money to do it wrong. So for those of you that are kind of stuck at time or stuck at money, then just realize that it's important that you get it right. Because people who don't have time have none to waste. People who don't have money have none to waste. Okay? Now many of these skills or many of these attributes or elements to build your business can be built over a period of time. And what I've learned over the years is that it's always easier to learn from other people. It's always easier to watch other people do it and then learn from them. So I'll give you an example. Believe it or not, when I was younger, my first job was as a barber. And I actually had my own little barber shop in my parents garage. That's where my entrepreneurial journey started. That's where I started off as providing services for people that I knew, loved and cared about. And is I would cut their hair. Now guess what? When you're cutting hair, there's no Room for error, right? I mean, I guess you could always shave somebody's head off. I've thankfully never had to do that. But how did I learn that? I didn't learn it by reading a book. I didn't learn it by asking people questions. I learned it from watching my barber cut my brother's hair. So every time, instead of reading magazines, instead of watching tv, I would watch the barber and I'd be like, wow, I can do that. And I would pay attention to the equipment, I would pay attention to what kind of clipper he was using, I would pay attention to what brand of scissors they were using. And when he was cutting my hair, I wouldn't be looking at myself in the mirror. I'd be looking at him and looking at his technique and looking at the way he would hold his fingers and use the scissors and so on and so forth. And I'm like, wow, I could probably do that. And then I started trying it and then I experimented. And guess what? What's the worst case scenario? You shave somebody's head. So I just said, nobody's going to die. If I give them a bad haircut, they might be mad at me for a few weeks until their hair grows back. That was a worst case scenario. What's the worst case scenario of you doing any of these things right? There really isn't one. But you can learn faster when you watch other people do it. You can learn faster, okay, when you have other people around you doing it, you. And that's how we learn best. That's how we learned in medical school, chiropractic school, and naturopathic school, and health coaching school. We learned best by working with our peers in a collaborative and meaningful way. So we all start somewhere, okay? We all start somewhere. And as Aaron points out here, this is like working those mirror neurons, right? Our brain has this amazing capacity to learn from other people. So my story actually starts out a few years ago. Before I started the Living Proof Institute. I was working as the director of functional medicine for a clinic and doing such a great job, actually had their number one and two clinics in the entire company. And it was great, except they did not have a good business plan. And that resulted in them growing too quickly and them not being able to pay me. And as a result of that, I was owed $60,000. I had a one year old at the time who I was barely seeing because I was so busy building these practices. But my parents lost their business and moved in with me. And here I was trying to hold it all together. Being owed all this money, having a new home, having a young family, having my parents live with me, and it was just day after day was just like so stressful. I remember once I found $20 in my drawer and it was like, it felt like a million dollars at that point. So I know what it feels like to feel down and out. And in fact, I had to walk away from that job. I was so loyal to my patients. It took me a while to build up the courage to actually walk away from, from my patients. Not from the company, but from my patients. And when I did, it was very liberating. But, you know, it started off as my wife catching me sneaking out of the house one morning, trying to go to my job early without waking anyone else up. And I was avoiding this question. That's the reason I was sneaking out of the house, is I was avoiding this question, are you going to get paid today? And some of you may have experienced this question, right? And if you can relate to this, even maybe you asked yourself this question, am I actually going to get paid? I've taken all this training, I've helped all these people putting my message out there, and you know, I have so much value that I can offer people, but when am I actually going to get paid to do this? When is it all going to make fiscal sense for me to continue putting myself out there like this? So if you've ever felt like this, please let me know if you've ever felt like this, where you, you're asking yourself, when am I actually going to get paid? Because this is a feeling that I think many of us can relate to. It's a feeling that I certainly can relate to. And many of the clients that I coach relate to that as well. Okay. And you can see Ibbie says he's going through that right now. Yeah. You know, and I truly feel that nobody should be more successful than us. Right. We have a major pain point that we solve for the world. We do it in a very impactful, highly integrated way. We have a solution that a multi trillion dollar system doesn't have a solution for. And people now are seeking the type of care that we offer more than ever. So who should be more successful than all of you on this call right now? It should be all of you. Okay. This is my picture of my wife and my son and myself. We really love. I really love being a father. It's like my greatest joy and it gives me hope for the future that, you know, if I implant the right seeds into my son, then we can Create an amazing and beautiful world. And my wife, who works right alongside with me on being a parent, but also in the Living Proof Institute, it's just great to have this amazing opportunity to change the world with so many people by my side. And that means the world to me. And of course, means the world to me, being able to be here with all of you. One of my mentors, Ram Dass, would always say, be here now. And that quote actually comes from Bhagwan Das, who told Ram Dass to be here now. So if we can be here now, we can be everywhere. And if we can be here now, we can be present to the lessons that we need to see and hear and feel. So I encourage you to be here since you've taken time out of your day to. To be here. So let's talk about my why. I want to help millions of people through you. That's how I want to make an impact. I want to help you achieve the five freedoms. I want to activate human consciousness, and I want to create a world that our children can thrive in. And I hope that's part of your why as well. I believe the world needs you now more than ever. I also believe that simplicity scales, and I also believe this is worth writing down, that if the solution is complicated, it will eventually become the problem. And some of you may be experiencing this, right? So if we go back to that one to one, one to many, one to infinity chart, remember, the complexity is high at the top and eventually it becomes a problem, right? Eventually you can't see any more people one on one. Eventually the liability becomes so much higher. Eventually we end up in a situation where what you thought was the solution now becomes a problem. So let's focus on simplicity. If we can double down on simplicity, we can double down on scaling. We can also double down on our own personal freedoms. I also believe that you can only add value to those who share the same values as you. So these are some of my values, and I hope you share many of these, if not all of them. So first and foremost, love, family, honesty, transparency, integrity, excellence, growth, nature, empathy, simplicity, consistency, community, freedom, timeless wisdom, and paying it forward. So for me, these are the values that I filter everything through. So everything that you're hearing today, all the guidance that I'm going to give you, all the little tips and pieces of advice that I'm going to give you, have gone through this filter. And I hope you get value out of our conversation and dialogue today. All right? So my goal is to save you years of trial and error and tens of thousands of dollars so that you can live your best life sooner. You're all capable and you're all deserving of living your best life. But let's do that sooner, right? If you want to live your best life sooner, type in sooner in the comments. I hope that's you. And if it is, then you're certainly in the right place. My other goal today is to sell you on you, okay? Not to sell you on me. I'm sold on myself and that's the only person I need to believe in me is me. But I want to sell you on you. Because if I can sell you on you, you become invincible, you become unstoppable, you become a force of nature. But if you're not sold on yourself, it doesn't matter how much other people are sold on you. It doesn't matter what program you buy, it doesn't matter what strategy you use, it doesn't matter how beautiful your materials are or how amazing your information is. If you're not sold okay, you are central to your success and how much you believe in yourself, not just what you sell, but in yourself is central to your prosperity as a business owner. I am so sold on my ability to deliver value to the people that I work with and that's all that matters. And I hope that enthusiastically comes through in the messaging today that I'm sold on me, okay? And I want to help you become sold on you because you have such a valuable gift that is so necessary for the world to hear more about. You know, this plan that we're going to put together is for heart centered practitioners. If you're just starting out in practice, if you're in the thick of running your practice and looking to or you're looking to scale your practice, you might even be in one on one practice, but looking for further clarity, further simplification and further scalability. Or you could be somebody who's seeking that next level and I would probably fall into that category. You know, some of you might fall into that category. And here's the thing. Tim Grover, Michael Jordan's a personal trainer for 15 years who also trained me, says there's always another level. And I believe that with my whole heart that there's always another level. So no matter where you are in your practice, in your business, in your personal journey, there's always another level. And when you hang around people who are seeking that other level, you always level up. So just by the fact that you're here tells me that this is important to you. All right? So if you are a functional medicine practitioner or an FDN coach or a holistic health coach, then this is the right place for you. So if you're a chiropractor, a naturopath, nurse practitioner, ayurvedic practitioner, wellness practitioner, then I want you to pay close attention to this presentation. The principles that I'm going to teach you are universal, regardless of the titles, okay? Regardless of what category you fall into as a practitioner, because these are timeless business principles that you're going to learn today. There's five freedoms that we strive for, and these five freedoms include health. Right? So if we have a health business, then our business should promote our health, not decay or destroy our health. Right? We see that happening in conventional medicine. Most practitioners, the more they practice, the less healthy they become. The bigger the impact they have. Right? The less healthy they become in the process. Now, the other part of our five freedoms is the second one is emotional wellness. Our emotional health is also important because we're not just hardware, we are also software. And so if we can be in control of our emotional health and have emotional freedom, and then that's very valuable to me, and I hope it is to you. The other freedom is time freedom. Are you able to spend time doing the things you love with the people that you love? Right. So I love presenting information like this, and I love each and every one of you because we're all on a similar journey to make the world a better place. So time freedom means you're spending time doing the things that you love. And then geographic freedom means you're able to do that from as many places in the world as you possibly can. So I could be doing this presentation from Florida. I could be in Portugal. I could be in Toronto, where I am right now. There's no limitation of how I can deliver this information from a geographic standpoint. Okay? I love this presentation. This gives me joy, so it helps me be emotionally free. It promotes my health and wellness, and it also allows me to have time freedom and geographic freedom. And. And of course, the last one is financial freedom. Now, the order of these is very important as you build your business. We don't want to create a business that makes us financially free, but then we don't have our health, we don't have our emotions, we don't have time, and we don't have the ability to travel and see this beautiful world, because I know all of us want to do that. Okay? So the order in which we achieve these freedoms is critical because guess what? There's certain things money can't buy, right? Money can't buy health, money can't buy emotions, money can't buy time. And money can't buy the ability for you to travel if you're bound by poor health or poor emotions or a lack of time. So it's important for us to consider the order in which we build and create these five freedoms for ourselves. Okay, now here's the freedom formula that I mentioned earlier. What I look for is impact. So the bigger the surface area of these, you know, different sections of this triangle, the bigger the impact we can have. So one on one represents about 4% of our capability. It's kind of like the tip of the iceberg, right, of what we are capable of and the impact that we're capable of having. One to many opens up, you know, a bigger section of this triangle. It's about 16% of what we're capable of. And then the one to infinity, if done correctly, allows us to have an infinite capacity to serve and help many, many people. And so one to infinity could be online courses, it could be a book, it could be a podcast, it could be summit interviews, it could be blog articles that you write. It could be so many different things that are asynchronously helping and providing value to the world. Some of these might be free, some of these might be paid, some of these might be, you know, very low barriers of entry. Could be, you know, $5, some of these could be $97. You know, some of them could be a few hundred dollars. So there's a variety of different ways that you can impact people. And then one to many can go either way. One to many can upgrade into one to one care if necessary, or it can also provide asynchronous value to people as well. This is where your true freedom in practice will come from. So if we know this going in, if we know that one to one represents the smallest level of our capability of helping people, represents the highest level of burnout, represents the highest risk, and, you know, in terms of legal considerations, then maybe we should look elsewhere if we are going to design our dream practice, not find out later that we should have done it, but a slightly different way. So today I'm going to be discussing how we can grow all of these elements of our business. But mainly I'm going to focus on that middle section, which is one to many. So question for you. Are you the best kept secret? Tell me yes or no if you're the best kept secret in your town. I would imagine that for Most of you, the answer would be yes. Okay? So type in yes or no. If you're the best kept secret, do more people your town need to know about you and exactly what it is that you do? Go ahead and type in yes. If that's the case, Keep them coming. Okay? Be here now. Be in this moment. Type in yes. Something magical happens when you participate. You get so much more out of your time here, you know, and as much as I try to put myself out there, I still feel like I'm the best kept secret in town. There's so much that we can do to help our communities. There's so much opportunity right now to serve and to add value and to impact as many lives as we possibly can. Okay, now here's how you know you're the best kept secret in town or a secret. If you go to the store, go to the mall, and nobody knows who you are, okay? If you go to the grocery store and nobody knows who you are, then you're probably a secret, okay? However, on the other hand, if you go to the grocery store, like Whole Foods or wherever it is that you shop and the cashiers know you, if you go to the airport and the person at the front desk knows you, or the person that checks you in on the flight knows you're probably not a secret, okay? If you go places and people come running up to you and say, man, I love your videos, or, you know, thank you for all the work that you're doing, you're probably not the best kept secret. But if nobody knows who you are, then you're probably the best kept secret in town, okay? And so there's so many ways that we can reach more people in a very cost effective manner as well. So take my wife for example. She, as I mentioned earlier, is not a big fan of getting in front of the camera. So I said to her, well, hey, Deeps, if you don't like getting in front of the camera, then why don't we record a series of videos and promote them instead? So instead of you having to create a whole bunch of videos, hoping people see them, why don't we create four or five videos and do them in a way that we can promote them to a broader audience and thousands of people can watch these videos? Okay, so this video had over 400,000 views. We spent a few hundred dollars promoting it. But you can see it went viral with the shares and everything that resulted. And it's something so simple. Six ways to reduce inflammation. Now, here's the beauty of a video like this, this video was recorded in our family room. And the way we recorded this video was an interview style video. So you can see that she's kind of staring off to the side of the camera as if she's being interviewed. So what did I do? I was literally sitting there interviewing her and she was looking off to the side of the camera instead of looking directly at the camera. What this does is it positions her, and as an expert, it positions her as a person being interviewed whose opinion matters. Okay. So psychologically, we immediately, just by changing the position of the eyes and where she's looking, the same information becomes so much more valuable at a unconscious level to the viewer. So that's one technique that you can use. Okay, we're not saying to. We didn't say this was an interview when it wasn't. We just provided the information. But we can change how the video was recorded and the angles of the video to make it seem even more professional and more authoritative. So she recorded this video, she recorded a series of other videos. And what you can do with Facebook is you can identify what percentage of this video somebody watched. So if somebody watched 50% of the video, 75% of the video, 95% of the video, or 100% of the video, I can take different actions to follow up with that person. So if somebody's watched this video, I don't want to keep running this same video ad to them. I want to show them the next video or I want to invite them to join me for an upcoming webinar, or I might want to invite them to join me for a challenge because they're clearly interested in the information that in this case, my wife is offering. So keep that in mind. Simple ways that we can make a more authoritative presentation. What we also want to realize is that about 85% of people watch their videos in silent. Which means that if you're not captioning your videos or you're not putting headlines, you might not be getting people to stop scrolling and actually take a moment to pause and engage with your content. So 85% of people watch videos on silent. This is where captioning can be very, very low hanging fruit. And we use a software called splashio to take a video that we record on our phone or on our SLR camera and then within 24 hours, they add a beautiful headline for us and they caption the entire video. Okay, so this is a great little tip. It's www.splashio.com Sachin and you can get four free videos and seven days to try out the service and you can see if this is something that would be beneficial for you or not. I would say yes, you're going to get more engagement and it's going to up level the quality and professionalism of your video without you really doing any more work than you're already doing. All right, so this is what led to $0.84 per lead. Now we had somebody else try this and you know, you can see here, you might be a little bit small on your screen, but you can see that this is a five pound challenge that my wife was running. And within a week we filled it up with 2,400 people. A bunch of those were from our list, but the majority of them were brand new leads that we got from Facebook by retargeting people who watched her video ad. Okay, now we had somebody try this to basically copy the same methodology of running a five pound challenge with without running any video ads first. And they were paying 8 to $15 per lead because they didn't have the rapport and they were targeting a cold audience. When we build video ads, we can then warm up our audience to our message, leave them wanting more, and then getting them to join a program where they can dive deeper with our work. So we're taking people through what we would call an ascension ladder. We don't want them to have to jump over a fence, we want them taking the stairs. Okay, so if we build this 10 foot wall, well, it's going to be hard for them to climb over that wall, which is what we make people do in some cases. We want them to take the stairs so they can easily get to the top of that 10 foot wall and have a peek over on the other side. So by doing strategic video ads, by building up your audience, by sharing your message, you're going to be able to significantly lower the cost of getting people to engage with you. And once these people sign up now, they're providing us their email addresses, they're often providing them, providing us with our phone, with their phone number. And then we're going to take them through a amazing strategy on how they can lose five pounds. And guess what? People loved it. We're still getting from this last time in March when we did this, we're still getting people signing up and paying for our program because we built that rapport with them. So, so we want to take what might take years for people to do and build rapport with you. We want to condense that down into a shorter framework, into a shorter timeframe because, you know, we don't want people to wait eight years to work with us, you know, and that might be the case. In fact, that was the case with one of our clients. She'd been following our work for eight years, and that was actually my bad, because we didn't do a good enough job condensing the timeline and convincing her that, hey, you need to do this now. So finally she signed up, she lost 60 pounds. She's doing amazing, and, you know, looks back and says, why didn't I do this sooner? And that was because of us. We didn't condense that timeline of decision down for her, and she struggled and suffered needlessly. We can do that, lower the cost, get move people towards action by having a strategy in place. So let's talk about the perfect 90 day plan. All right, so here's. Here's an idea. And you're welcome to take a screenshot of this slide because this might be something you want to print out and just have close or take some notes on. So first and foremost, when we're creating a 90 day plan, we want to get clear on who we are. Okay? So it all starts with us. Who are we? What's our passion? What do we love doing? What lights us up? What brings us joy? We. What makes us want to jump out of bed in the morning? Who are the type of clients that we love working with? Who are the type of clients we don't like working with? Where do we feel the most confidence? Where do we feel the most competent when it comes to serving the people that we care about? Our customers, our patients, our clients. So get clear on who you are. One of the frameworks that I encourage people to use is to use the hero's journey. By identifying your hero's journey, it gives you a chance to understand who you are and how you want to show up to help the people that you're going to be helping through your practice. The next thing you want to do is get clear on who it is that you serve. Okay? What are the challenges that these people face? What are the predicaments that they're in? What are some of the wrongs that you can right? You know, Steve Jobs would always say this. Your business should right a wrong. Okay? What is that wrong in the world right now? What is the hill that you're going to die on? And make sure that nobody suffers the way people are suffering right now. So get clear on who you serve and get clear on how you're going to serve them. You also want to take a very clear Stand. So we look at Apple, I study Apple extensively because it's the most valuable company on the planet. They've obviously done their homework and continue to do their homework. They take a clear stand, right? So if you think about back to 1984, when IBM was trying to take over the world, what did Apple say? No, this is not going to be the way that computers are rolled out. This is not the way we see the future, and this is a crime against humanity. Right? That's the stance that they took. And I could say the same thing about how our conventional healthcare model is, is that this is not the way healthcare should be. This is not the way people should be treated. This is not the path moving forward. This is not what we want for our children, for our grandchildren, for our great grandchildren. So we have to be willing to take a stand. And that has to be very clear in our messaging. I should be able to go through your Facebook feed. I should be able to read the emails that you send. I should be able to have a conversation with you. And it should be very clear to me and to everyone who's reading your content where you stand. If you're in the gray area, great. Nobody likes the gray area, okay? Nobody. Like, you know, you'll never make a substantial business or have a meaningful business if you're always wishy washy and in the gray. You want to draw a line in the sand and decide whatever side of the line you want to be on. You have to decide, okay? And it's totally okay. There's no judgment here unless you're in the middle, okay? Because that doesn't get you anywhere. People should know. People should confidently know where you stand. Okay? The next thing is, are you consistently sharing your message on as many platforms as you can? Now, I put all platforms here. What I want to encourage you to do is maybe pick two or three. So I am on Facebook. That's my primary platform. I'm now getting a little bit more involved with LinkedIn. And I have an Instagram account, but I don't touch it. My wife is, handles my Instagram account. So for me, my main platform is Facebook. The other platform is email, okay. And then the other platform might be podcasts and things like that. So those are the message. That's. Those are the platforms that help me get my message out into the world. And if you listen to all my messages, they are going to be very consistent. It's going to be very clear to you where I stand. It's going to be very clear to you who I am. It's going to be very clear to you who I help and how I serve these people and what I believe, because that creates clarity and what people are looking for when they're looking to work with you, when they're looking to work with anyone, you know, they're handing you their most important asset, which is their health. They want to know that you're clear on who you are, that you're clear on who they are, that you have a stand, that you have a position. You know, Dr. Dre says if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. Okay. Right now is an interesting time in our profession and across the board, you know, to see people's positions, people whose positions who we could have sworn may have been different than what position they're taking now. Again, no judgment, but think about how that makes you feel. When you think somebody has a clear stand for something and the next thing you find out that they don't stand for something, what impression does that give you of them? How does that make you feel? Does it make you want to run towards them and do business with them or run away from them and kind of question what you saw in them to begin with? Okay, so this is very important. Next you want to record. Once you have these clarity pieces in place, you want to then record five to 10 videos and run video ads to build an audience. When you build an audience, okay, whether you have a retargeting strategy or not, building that audience is going to be very important because once you decide, hey, we've got some additional things that we want to promote to these people who've watched this video, then boom, that audience is there. If you're not building an audience, then it's never there for you to lean in on. Next, you want to build, you know, an optimization. You want to optimize or build at least a one page website. So many of you, if you're new to the online game or new to building a practice, I understand that having at least a one page website, a minimum viable product, is like putting your stake in the digital ground. It's like, it legitimizes your business and who you are. So that's an important part of your business. Now, some people might spend, you know, thousands of dollars and months and months building a website and all the power to you. I certainly did that. But if I were to start all over again, I would build a one page website. A one page website does everything you need it to do and gets people pushing on the right buttons to Schedule an appointment with you. Get clear on who it is that you help and who it is that you serve and how you serve them. Shares, testimonials, everything is in one place for them. And then over time, you can continue to add pages to that website. You can make it more fancy, you can build it out. That's totally up to you. Fun fact for my mentorship program, which has helped hundreds of practitioners up to this point, does not have a website. So proof positive that you can run a multi seven figure business without even having a website. All we have is a page that describes our program. It's not your typical website. So having a website is important, but it's not as important as you may think. Okay, it's important to have some stake in the ground, but having this crazy blogging website may not be in your best interests. And certainly you could build that over time if you want to. Let's get something in the ground, let's get it up and running and let's start directing people to it if that's the most appropriate thing to do. Most people do not realize this, but if people visit your website, they might visit it once or twice and then they're on your email list and then they're following you on social media and that's where most of the interaction with you might take place. So ultimately, the objective of having a website is perhaps to get people to schedule an appointment or perhaps to get them to download your lead magnet, maybe learn a little bit more about what it is that you do. And that's pretty much it. What I also encourage you to do is have specific pages that you send people to. And this is where you would have something like a lead magnet. So instead of sending people to my homepage, like if I'm doing an interview or from doing a video, and I want to direct people to a resource that I've created for them, I'm not going to send them to my homepage hoping that they download that resource. I'm going to send them to a squeeze page or a lead magnet page where they only can download that resource. That's the only option for them. Think about this webinar. If you registered for this webinar, when you went to that page, there was only one thing that you could do, or two things rather. You could click off the page and not sign up, or you could register and sign up and then you get the emails and reminders to make sure that you show up for the presentation today. So keep that in mind, right, that most of the traffic that we're going to drive is not going to be to our homepage. So we don't want to spend thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and months and months and months building something that we may not be directing traffic to. Okay, so is this making sense? Is this valuable for you? Type in yes. If you're finding this information valuable might be heartbreaking in some cases, but at least if you're finding value, please let me know because I want to make sure that you're getting something for attending here today. Okay? Ann says yes. Aaron says yes. Ron says very valuable. Amazing. Teresa says so much truth. Yes. Definitely says Robin. Monica says yes. Trish says yes. Okay, great. Keep the yeses coming so I know that you're still. Still tuned in and you're paying attention. So once we have a lead magnet, an example of a lead magnet for us is a morning routine. Okay? For you, it could be a nighttime routine. For you, it could be an autoimmune morning routine, or it could be a morning routine for thyroid patients. Or it could be most essential lab work to get. We want to have a lead magnet that fits two criteria that it's highly desirable and it's easy to consume. Okay, so what fits into that category? Usually something. Visualize something that they might put on their fridge. Visualize, like an infographic that could be extremely helpful and impactful for them. Visualize something that is an easy layup or an easy win that they can implement if you make your lead magnet. And a lead magnet is something like a morning routine guide, right? Or it could be just a simple PDF that they download. It could even be a simple, very simple lead magnet, which I don't encourage this, but a really simple lead magnet could be the dirty dozen, right? Like, here's the foods that you should avoid because they're sprayed with pesticides. And here's the foods that you should be okay with not buying organic, right? That could be a lead magnet. That's something that's easy to consume, and it's an easy win. Next time they go grocery shopping, then that. That that resource becomes very handy for them. Think of a lead magnet. A good lead magnet is something that you can see people putting up on their fridge. That would be a perfect lead magnet. Okay, so that builds your list. And we were getting people to sign up for a morning routine lead magnet for less than a dollar. Okay? So if I want to add a thousand new leads, I can spend less than $1,000, and I could spend that thousand dollars over the course of a month or I could spend it in a day. And trick question. If Your budget is $1,000, should you spend that thousand dollars over the longest period of time possible or the shortest period of time possible or somewhere in the middle? Okay. Susan says shortest. Somewhere in the middle. Okay. So the answer is somewhere in the middle. And the reason for that is because we want to slowly scale our ads up. We want to make sure our ads, our messaging is converting and then we want to ramp it up. But if we have a budget and we spread it out too thin, then we're just delaying the inevitable. We're making it. It's taking longer to reach more people. I'd rather it reach a handful of people right away. Okay. As quickly as possible, but not immediately. Because Facebook algorithms take a few days to adjust and learn if what you're doing is working. And then based on the feedback, you can decide if we want to ramp this up or ramp this down. The next thing that we do in a 90 day plan is we create a challenge. So a challenge is the mother of all lead magnets, as you'll hear some people say. What a challenge does is it gets people to take meaningful action and engage with your content. So my wife ran a five day challenge and she had 2,400 people join the challenge. The Facebook group had over 1500 people in it. And every day she would do a teaching for about 10 to 15 minutes about a particular topic to help people lose weight using the same methodology that she would use with her one on one clients or her one to many type of clients that she would work with. So each day we would have a little lesson that we would teach. She would go live in the Facebook group and she would have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of comments from people who are engaging in the content. What that does is it takes what would probably take a year for people to do and engage in your content. They can engage within five days. And at the end of those five days, we deliver a masterclass. So we deliver that masterclass and we promote people to either get on a call with us or to join our program. And then what we promote to them is a scalable offer. Right. You can't have a thousand people download your lead magnet and then 500 people sign up to run a challenge and deliver a masterclass to hundreds of people and then have an offer that you can't scale. What would be the point of that? Right. It would create a nightmare for you if you did that. So you have to have a signature scalable offer. Could you imagine onboarding 50 new functional medicine patients, 50 new consultations, 50 new sets of labs, 50 new review findings. I mean, think about that. I mean, certainly it might sound exciting for some of you, but think about how long it would take and the strain it would cause on your systems. Now imagine onboarding 50 new patients where you didn't have to do all those things, where it was one to many, where you could do a weekly masterclass training, or you could do a weekly Q and A training and then you have group sessions with these people. Think about how much smoother that would be and how much easier it would be for you to scale that. My wife now has a coach that helps her, but she started this whole thing off and she's doing it all herself. Okay? So, so now she's busy enough that she's hired a coach to take over the one on one coaching elements, the 30 minute check ins that the coach does. And now what she focuses on is delivering the message. She focuses on delivering the masterclass. She focuses on refining and further defining the program. Okay? Now once you have people in your program, then you want to have a referral system, right? The holy grail for all of our practices is, is more referrals. And if you do your marketing right, you're gonna have to do that in the beginning. We all do. We all need to get our message out there. Like marketing, for example, and sales is like getting the plane off the ground. Takes a lot of energy. Takes about half the fuel in the tank to get a plane off the ground. And then after that, most of it you're just kind of coasting along. You're using the marvel of physics and, and lift and all that and drag and all that stuff to then fly the plane. The plane is essentially gliding as opposed to flying. And so we want to have that in our business as well. Eventually we want to have a referral driven business. That's what the holy grail is. We can certainly continue to market, continue to put energy into that system. But how much nicer would it be to have referrals coming in? Because you've got an amazing program that delivers amazing results in an easy to implement way. Write this down. People do not refer based on results. They refer based on experiences. Okay? People do not refer based on results, they refer based on experiences. So think about that for a moment. If you're relying on people to refer based on a result, it might take months or it might take a year for somebody to achieve a result, right? So even if you provided amazing care and got amazing outcomes for that patient. And your idea of a referral would be, when I get results for this person, then I'm going to ask for a referral. That may never happen. Now imagine running a business where you generate referrals based on experiences, where you deliver a world class experience for somebody and they are so enticed and so excited to share what they're doing with you with other people. Okay? So you can start getting, getting referrals after the first visit, after the second visit, after the third visit. It doesn't have to take a year down the road for people to start creating referrals. And there's an actual process for that. This is something that we teach. And of course that would be an entire masterclass. But knowing and having a referral system is so valuable for your business. Then of course you want to collect testimonials, because testimonials create social proof and you also want to quantify your outcomes as much as you can. Okay, what does that mean? You know, it could mean collecting labs before and afters. In our case, it's collecting Oura ring data. So all of our clients get an oura ring. And this helps us track their progress over a period of time. When they're working with us, it also creates a very important cue to their subconscious system and their unconscious mind that, you know, they're working with us, right? This is a constant reminder that they're working with us, they're working on their health, and it's a great icebreaker for people. So there's different ways that, different tools that you can use. But we love Oura ring for that reason. And then as you go through this process, you continue to refine, you continue to optimize, you continue to look back and say, you know what, this is working. This could be working a little bit better. Your business is a work in progress. Your business is. It's like a bonsai tree, right? You're always trimming it, you're always grooming it, you're always making modifications, you're always adjusting it and you're continuously refining it. So that's part of being in business. If you were to wait for all of these things to be perfect, you would never launch, right? If I was waiting and paralyzed by perfection, then I'd probably be. I wouldn't have a business, I wouldn't have anything. I wouldn't even be doing this presentation right now if I was relying on everything being perfect. So you want to have a. Here's a rough plan for that will work for anyone and anyone Worked for my wife. Right. It's doing amazing. I mean, within four months she was able to hire a coach who can now take over some of the day to day duties for her so she can focus on her genius of getting the messages out there. Okay, some of the things that we do to Alexandra is asking here, how do we evaluate the progress of our patients? Well, our program, one of our programs is a metabolic program. So weight loss is a metric. Measurements that they provide us is a metric. And we also track their sleep and heart rate variability. So all this data comes to us pretty much on a daily basis when they submit it to us. And we're seeing measurable outcomes with our clients. For some of you might be a little bit different depending on the type of client you serve and what you're measuring. But try to find out how can I quantify what I'm doing with my clients? One of the best metrics for overall health and wellness is hrv. If you can improve somebody's hrv, you are decreasing all cause mortality and you are improving virtually every aspect of their health and you're getting them into a more parasympathetic state, which is where all healing takes place. So if you haven't taken a screenshot of this, please do, because this will help you in, in just kind of mapping out what the next 90 days can look like for you. And this might sound like a lot to get done in 90 days. And it is like it took me 11 years and I'm still working on it to get this done. But guess what, just like I said with the barber, if you can watch somebody doing it and if you can be surrounded by a group of people doing it, could you imagine the difference it would make? I want you to type in yes. If you could see that if you were clear on who you were, if you were very clear on who you serve and the problem that you solve for them, if you had a very clear stand, a black and white stand for what you think the world should be like and look like, if you were consistently putting your message out there on different platforms or the platforms that are most relevant to you, if you had about five to 10 videos that were running 24, seven around the clock, building an audience for you, if you had a optimized homepage of your website, if you had a lead magnet that was converting for pennies on the dollar, if you were running a challenge at least once a quarter, if you had a beautifully crafted masterclass and a signature offer that can scale and a referral system that Generates testimonials for you and quantifiable results. Type in yes. If you could see that having these things in place would help you at least double the amount of business that you have right now, if not multiples of that. So just type in yes for me. If that's the case for you, Tina says, how could it not? Yeah, I agree. How could it not? Right? How could it not improve every element of your business? Now, I also want you to keep in mind, can you see how this would also increase the amount of freedom that you have? Can you see that if you had a system in place that you would probably have better health and happiness? You would have more emotional freedom. You would create a system that gives you the ability to have more time to spend with your family and loved ones. You have a system that allows you to travel the world and then you have a system that allows you to scale in such a way where you can have financial freedom. Right. I hope you see all this and it seems like most of you do, right? A lack of freedom is a big pain point for people. Remember, anyone can build a six or seven figure, even eight figure business. But the holy grail is having those freedoms in place as a result. To do that, some of the people that I coach privately are seven, eight, nine figure entrepreneurs. And the thing that they're looking for is exactly what you offer. They're looking for more health, they're looking for better sleep, they're looking for less stress. So we cannot build a business that creates these problems for us. If we're going to help other people and try to solve those problems for them, we have to build a business with this intentionality. And if we can do that, then ultimately this is the holy grail. So your perfect 90 day plan is where you're going to create a brand that attracts the right buyer who trusts and aligns with your message. Take a clear stand. A good message attracts the right person and repels the wrong person. Okay. It repels the wrong person. Your digital assets are effectively converting and being engaged with. Okay. Your program produces amazing results that create referrals and raving fans. And you have a clearly outlined customer journey. And your systems are scalable. So we can turn the dial up if we want to, or we can turn the dial down if we want to as well. Now what you should also notice, I didn't get into some of the financial metrics of this, but this is actually one of the most efficient ways to run a business. This is one of the most effective, efficient and impactful ways to run a business. And when I spoke recently at Deloitte, one of the things that they told me is like, dude, these are business auditors. These are people that audit businesses, look at their metrics, look at their numbers, look at their impact. And they said that this is one of the most impactful businesses that they've seen. We solve problems that a multi trillion dollar healthcare system can't solve. We do that from the comfort of our home. We do that in a measurable way that produces quantified outcomes. So we know that what we're doing is working. Our patients see results. Our patients have a world class experience and they absolutely love us. They love the message. And then we teach them how to love themselves back to health. That's what your perfect 90 day plan should do. That's what every business should do when it comes to delivering functional medicine, functional wellness, holistic wellness, whatever we want to call it. I call it precision wellness. That's what we should be able to do for people. I believe that there's so much more that I can improve, but I know there's so much more that all of us can improve to step our game up. So the assets that you need in order to get this 90 day plan off the ground is a clearly defined customer, a branding playbook, a messaging playbook, some social media pages. Like it could be on Instagram or Facebook or TikTok. I have some of my clients doing really well with TikTok right now. It could be a one page website with a pixel that tracks people and behaviors. It could also be a five to ten videos that you record and a lead magnet that's drawing people in so you're collecting their email addresses. These are things that you're going to need. You're going to need assets for running a challenge to run, a masterclass, a signature offer, testimonials and a referral system. And you all agreed that if you had these things, even if you did, even if it took you a year to create these things, type in yes. If you had a year from now, if you had all these things in your business, you could see how much more successful you could be, that you could double, triple, quote, quadruple 10x your business, or you could turn it into whatever number you want and build it in a way that promotes the five freedoms, right? I see all of you saying absolutely, yes, yes, yes, yes. And I wish I had all these things. In fact, I wish I had somebody that made all of these things available to me and gave me a template to work with so that I didn't have to invent all these things from scratch because I might have a few more hairs on my head, I might have a few less grays in my beard because it takes a lot of work to build all these things, right? Could you imagine, like, if you had to build all this on your own, how long do you think it would take you? So if you had to build a branding playbook, messaging playbook, build your social media pages, build your website, create the videos, a lead magnet, assets, masterclass, signature, offer, like an actual program to deliver, not just a hoop dream, not just a vision of it, but an actual program itself. How long do you think it would take? Some people say it would take a lifetime. Right? Some people are still building it. Right. So some people are saying that it's been three years and I'm still not done. All right? So you might be asking, like Satchin, you said that this was a 90 day plan. How do I get this done in 90 days? Right? How do I get all of this done in 90 days? Well, here's the thing. Not by starting from scratch. Let me say that again. You don't get this done in 90 days by starting from scratch. But if you had templates that you could use, do you think you could get it done in 90 days? Maybe even 180 days? If you had a template, if you had all the copy, do you think you could get it done? Let me ask you another question. If you had to build a house, you had just a plot of land and you had to start from scratch, think about all the decisions you have to make. Think about the floor plan, think about the architectural drawings. Think about all the back and forth that has to take place. Think about digging the hole in the ground, pouring the foundation, framing the house, the drywall, the electrical, the plumbing, the roofing. Think about all those things that need to take place now. Think about buying the model home where you might change the color of a wall, you might change maybe the carpet in the master bedroom. You might add a fancier tile in the master bath than what's currently there, or you might change a few of the light fixtures. Which one would you rather do? Would you rather buy the model home and make a few updates? Or would you start all the way from scratch, which could take a thousand decisions for you to do, and months and months and months on end. If you think building a house is hard, try building a website, right? It could take a long time to do something like that because of all the millions of decisions that are involved. So these are all the assets that you need, and there's probably a few here. I didn't even list all the emails that you would need, the nurturing sequences that you would need to invite people to the masterclass, to invite people to join the challenges, to invite people to join you for your signature offer, and the follow up sequences that go into place as a result of all that as well. So there's lots of things that you need to get your virtual business up and running and off the ground. Now some of you might say, Sachin, does it really have to be that complicated? And the way I would look at this is, can it really be this simple? Because how many times do you have to set this up? Any guesses how many times you have to set this up? Carolyn, you're a smart woman. Once, right? Imagine setting this up once, doing it, right, doing it with a template as a playbook that's already working, that's already generating multiple six figures and setting it up once and then just turning up the dial or turning down the dial. Okay? It really can be that easy if you allow it to be, or it can be impossibly hard if you allow it to be. So now that you know the assets are required, you might be wondering, okay, how the hell do I do this? Because that's the next question, like, how do I, how the heck do I build something like this? Is it even possible? So let me ask you a few questions. Have you ever felt overwhelmed, overworked and undercompensated? I'm sure at some point we've all felt this way. I know I felt this way many times in my career that I was overwhelmed with all the things that I had to do. And I felt overworked, working super long hours, missing the best years of my son's life, and then also feeling undercompensated. In fact, I worked for several months without getting any compensation when I was working for somebody else. So I know this feeling all too well. So let's talk about Dr. Cynthia. So Dr. Cynthia had a system in her office where she would sign people up and then she would have a three to four hour, you know, process that she would have to go through, interpreting the labs, interpreting the intake process, and then also creating a customized program for each individual. Well, what we did was we created a system for her. See, systems solve problems, problems, systems promote scalability, and systems allow you to turn the dial up and down. So we turned up the systems, turned up the dial, turned down the noise, and she went from 10 new patients a month and feeling overwhelmed and undercompensated and missing her children's lives and coming home tired and exhausted, to then creating a system where she was able to hand off that process to an associate and assistant. And each patient now went from taking three hours of her time to 15 minutes of her time. And it cleared the energy. It allowed her to have an avalanche of new patients come in without feeling overwhelmed. So systems are what works. So we're giving you a 90 day system today. Some of you might just need a few tweaks in your business. This multiplied by many fold the investment that she made in working with me just by one conversation that we had. So for some of you, you might need to build something from scratch, Some of you might need to tweak something and some of you might need something in between. So who wants more freedom, right? I think we all want more freedom. And this is Dr. Kim, as I mentioned earlier, and she says that systems are what? Equal freedom. Money does not equal freedom. I know plenty of people who have no systems in their business have all the money in the world, but no freedom. They can't go on a vacation, okay? They're slaves to their business and there's nobody else that can replace them because they don't have systems in place in order for that to happen. So with Dr. Kim and we had a conversation and we produced and helped her install some key systems in her business that allowed her to take her virtual practice and implement it into her current existing chiropractic office. And that made some transformational changes for her. And if you were to watch this testimonial video, which I've shared on Facebook, you would hear her saying that everyone in my circle and network needs to learn more about your program. She's like, everyone needs to know about this because you effectively have changed the health of my entire community by providing me with these done for you systems. So systems equal freedom. Remember that, okay? So whenever you're feeling bogged down, whenever you're feeling like, oh my God, like when does this end? When am I ever going to have time? When am I going to have our life life, Think about how can I create systems that allow me to have that? So here's what we covered. We covered a 90 day virtual practice plan, a plan that can apply to any business, whether you're virtual, one on one or one to many. By building trust, building rapport, building relationships, building that know like and trust factor and doing it in such a way where you're creating this content once and then you're allowing the promotional elements of Facebook or whatever platform you're on to then drive traffic to your amazing offers that you have. So we provide an entire plan and it's, you know, there's something about talking about it, but then there's something about actually delivering this and giving you an essentially done for you template. So right now I'm actually taking a group of people through a 90 day program to actually build all these things out. Here's a little sneak peek at the, the course content. Okay. And so we have building your ideal avatar, legal considerations, promoting your program, building your website, copywriting. We have a training with Jennifer Hoodie, who's a master copywriter, creating your lead magnet, creating a nurture sequence, running a five day challenge, running a masterclass, selling your program, building your program and then also delivering your program. Imagine having all of these things essentially done for you where you just have to make micro edits and now you've got it done. Imagine having a program where you just go into my program and into my masterclass. You change the title perhaps, or you change the logos, you change the colors, and your program is done. And I've spent over $20,000 learning how to deliver webinars. I don't know if it shows today or not, but I spent so much money learning how to deliver webinars and learning how each slide plays such an important role in getting people and moving people towards taking action. And certainly you could do that, but why have, why start from scratch? Why not start from a template? Okay. And that's what I'm going to be talking about in the next few minutes here. So if you're finally ready to build your perfect practice and you're ready to do that with clarity, confidence and a collaborative community, then I invite you to stick around for the next 15 or so minutes and I'm going to walk you through exactly how it is that we do that. In fact, I have people that are with us today that are practice advisors that have spoken to hundreds of practitioners and are here to answer any questions that you have. And happy to get on a call with you to discuss how we can support you and how we can help you and, and how we can collaborate with you. And if you're the right fit to work with us, how we can catapult your practice into the future and create a once and for all system. So we work with medical practitioners, we work with chiropractors, we work with naturopaths, we work with health coaches, holistic wellness practitioners, acupuncturists Ayurvedic practitioners. If you are a heart centered practitioner who wants to build a virtual practice, a brick and mortar practice or something in between or a hybrid combination of that, then this program is for you. Okay? So we have lots of value that we can offer to a variety of different people. What I'm going to do is I'm going to share a button and this button will allow you to book a call with one of my practice advisors. Okay, so I'm just going to put that here and when you see that offer, you'll be able to click on that link and it'll take you to schedule an appointment. This appointment is absolutely free. There's no obligation. We don't twist your arm to be successful. That has to be your own choice if that's what you want for yourself. We're going to determine if you're the right fit. And if you're the right fit, then we're going to help you create an amazing plan and create amazing success. So let's go through what we have to offer and then I invite you all to schedule a call if that's the right next step for you. So first and foremost, we want to serve and scale with love. So love is at the heart of everything that we do, no pun intended. We want to build a business that we love and something that scales and something that serves humanity, serves our community, but also serves our greatest calling and our highest purpose. So one of the things about me is that I'm here to help and I'm here to help you build your dream business no matter where you are right now. Okay? So at Perfect Practice, which is our mentorship program, you know, we approach your business a little bit differently. We approach your business putting you at the center, not your financial statements, but we put you at the center. I want to help you become a better entrepreneur. I want to help you become a healthier version of yourself, a more enlightened version of yourself. A better spouse, you know, a better child, if that's the case, or a better contributor to society. That's the ultimate objective. So a lot of the wins that we get from our clients aren't just financial wins. They're not just business wins, but they're personal wins as well. And that's the first and foremost thing. You know, if you came to me a year from now and said, sachin, I made a million dollars, but I'm divorced and my kids hate me, then that would not be a win, right? I'd rather you come back to me a year from now and say, you know what, I made just as much money as I did last year, but I have more time. I went on more vacations. My kids love me and they're so inspired that they want to become entrepreneurs. Are you leading by example to make your kids hate entrepreneurship or do they love entrepreneurship? And I want to follow in your footsteps. That's an important question that we should be asking ourselves. I believe in you. I believe in community, and I believe in possibility and I believe in the capacity that we all have to create a better future for ourselves. I want you to wake up excited. I want you to spend more time with your family. I mean, today for me, the highlight of my day was going for a walk with my son. So for 25 minutes, it's just me and him. We get to spend some time together. We got to shoot some hoops a little bit later as well. To me, that's the ultimate win. And having a business that allows me to do that with friends. Freedom is what I'm after and that's what I want for each and every one of you. And I want you to focus on these five freedoms. Physical, emotional, geographic, time, and financial. And certainly if there's more freedoms that you're after, you can add those in there. But these are the five that I've identified that are important to me. Our health is important. Our ability to travel and be free is important. Our time is important, and of course, financial success is important. You could read all about me in so many different places, but there's a lot of different hats that I wear. I'm an award winning practitioner, written a best selling book, have an awesome podcast. I've coached several hundred practitioners and I continue to try to elevate myself personally. Last year I became a breathwork facilitator. So now I teach and facilitate, facilitate breathwork. I run a company called AJA Ventures, which is soon to be on the Canadian Securities Exchange. So I have some great business experience and continue to evolve as an entrepreneur myself. And I try to help as many people along the way as I can. Our company's trusted by dozens of, you know, key businesses that you might recognize, like fdn. I'm on the faculty of fdn. I'm on the faculty of Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. I work very closely with Microbiome Labs, was a keynote speaker for them several years ago. I'm an advisor for DNA company. I work with cellcore with Practice Better. So you might recognize some of these brands. These are brands that also trust us because of the Work that we do so you can learn all about us and our amazing team that we've developed over the years. We've got a council of people who are practitioners that have been coaching with us for several years who now pay it forward and coach forward and help other practitioners just like yourself. And let's talk about what it means to build your perfect practice. So your perfect practice is where you attract motivated patients. You have an authority position in your community, you're well known, people know what you do, they know what you stand for. You have a dramatically minimized and efficient overhead. So I don't believe in a low overhead practice. I believe in a waste free practice where your money is being spent on things that are producing results, they're producing freedom, any one of those five freedoms for you and they're producing an outcome. We also want to make sure you have a practice and you're building a team that's devoted to your mission. We want you to heal your patients from unfamiliar and different diseases that are out there. And we want you to create multiple streams of income. That's what it means to me to have your perfect practice, all while you creating those five freedoms. So who do we help? I know this question came up. Functional medicine practitioners and coaches, medical doctors, holistic practitioners, wellness entrepreneurs, the list goes on and on. The only people that we can't help are people who are not willing to help themselves. So whether you're just starting out established or you, you are already established and want more freedom, we have a system and a process that can help you. So here's how we help. We have personal development and coaching, clinical development and coaching, digital and online marketing templates, practice optimization, consulting, active and collaborative online community. And we have an amazing Facebook community that we have. It's very active, very engaged. We have masterclass trainings with industry experts and we also provide unique partnerships and investment opportunities. So every week you get on a call with me and the rest of our community and we go through specific trainings and we workshop through specific aspects of building your business. You also get to have strategy calls with our peer mentors as well. And you also get to engage with experts and guest speakers that we bring on on at least a monthly basis. So we have people like Jennifer Houdi who are going to come on and do trainings for us. We have Majid Mogarbon who comes and does training. He's one of the world's best public speaking trainers. We have people like Dan Cashel who's going to come on and help us further refine and define our business and, and scale it so you're going to get expert advice from people that you normally have to pay several thousand dollars to just simply hear them speak. We also have clinical development and coaching. So for those of you that want to master your clinical outcomes and help people in a more meaningful way, we have small group mentoring that we do on a weekly basis with Dr. Jarrett. You can supply your supplements and protocols and he can take a look at them for you and he teaches you through different topics and we also provide simple solutions that you can implement with your clients as well. Because we have an active practice and because we're consistently and continuously refining that practice and growing it, we are creating print and digital marketing assets for our practice. We create these assets with the intention to share them with you. So, so, for example, my wife created a beautiful 180 page manual for our program. Guess what? We put that into Canva and we can share that with you so you don't have to spend years like she did putting that program together. She spent thousands of dollars and hours and hours putting, getting the training to deliver her masterclass. And so guess what? She created that masterclass and she has that document. She can share it with you and boom, it's done. You don't have to reinvent it from scratch. You can change a few things, change the, change some of the colors, change some of the copy, but everything else that you need is completely done for you. She's created a document for her challenge, her five day challenge that she does and that's also something that is in Canva and you can quickly make a few edits and yours is done as well. So you're not having to start from scratch. You're not having to reinvent the wheel. We've done it all for you because we've done it for ourselves. Many other coaches that are out there, many other programs that are out there, the coach that's giving you the guidance isn't doing the things that he or she is telling you. So they're advising you, which anyone can do. But doing it and sharing the resource with you is a whole other ball game. Another example is we hired a copywriter to help us write our copy. Cost us about $25,000 to do. Guess what? I can share those emails with you. I can share that copy with you so you don't have to do that. Forget about the money. Even if you had the money, do you have the time to sit there and do that? Chances are the answer is no. Here's an Example, here's our metabolic and lifestyle reset program. I covered our logo and I want you to visualize what it would be like to have your logo there on a world class program that produces amazing results for people. So this is so as close to as done for you as you can get. It's done for us shared with you. So we put this file into canva. You can just go in there, change the color, if you can type, and if you could write an email, you can go in here and change this content, slap your logo in and you're good to go. Okay, the program works, the process works and you can modify any elements of it that you want to. We also provide practice optimization and we teach you how to improve and optimize and fine tune your practice so that you create a award winning culture, you create a winning team, you create world class experiences for your clients. You're using the right technology, you're not wasting money on stuff that doesn't work. And you're learning from industry experts on business efficiency and practice development. You're learning on my dime and my time, I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and years trying to learn all this stuff and figure it out. And guess what? I don't want you to spend all that time and all that money trying to figure it out. Even if you could, even if you were willing to think about all the suffering that takes place until you figure this all out. Got some amazing bonuses that are included with this. You get 12 months of access to our Facebook group, you get deep dive masterclasses, you can add your key staff member and you have unique investment opportunities. In fact, on Monday, I guess that's yesterday, we had an opportunity for people to invest in a plant medicine retreat center. So I'm bringing unique opportunities that are exclusive to our community that you would have access to. You also get the template for creating your onepage website. So I hired a professional designer to design several templates for our one page websites and guess what? Those we share with you and we actually train you on how to modify. So within a weekend you can have your one page website completed. How about that? How amazing would that be? You also get private labeled wellness programs that we've created that you would have access to. So you know, we've all heard of private label supplements. You know, these are private labeled wellness programs. So we have a morning routine that you can rebrand. We have a five pound challenge that you can rebrand. We have a metabolic program that you can rebrand. And the cool thing about these programs is by changing a few words because many of the principles are universal. You can change a few words, add a few things and now that becomes a unique document to you. The next bonus we give you. Bonus number seven is an aura ring. Because your health is so important to us, we want to make sure that you're continuing to move it in the right direction and you're using a trackable way of monitoring that progress. Because we want you to be a world class online presenter and we want you to feel seen and heard. We're also going to include a 4K webcam and a microphone so you sound like a pro and, and you look like a pro as well. Bonus number nine is we have a 12 week accelerator program where we're going to walk you through, step by step exactly how to implement this 90 day plan. We also have Dan Cashel who normally would charge about 8 to $10,000 to do a half day training. He's going to be doing a half day training with us, teaching us how to simplify and scale our businesses. So Dan is actually one of my personal coaches. I pay him tens of thousands of dollars a year to coach me and help me grow my business and he loves, absolutely loves what we do and how we offer it and wants to add value to our community and he's going to be willing to share that as well. Jennifer Hoodie, who's a master copywriter, she's going to be doing a copywriting masterclass with us. And on top of that, what you're going to get because you're spending so much time online, you're going to get a pair of these cool glasses like the ones that I'm wearing to help block blue lights. These are some of the best glasses on the market and you're going to get a pair of those as well. So you get all the tools that you need to be successful. You know, Bev here is saying that the personal development and who you become in the process is intangible value that you cannot put a price to. I would totally agree with that. It's who you become that's so valuable to you. Here's what Benedicte has to say. She says that the perfect practice mentorship is the most inspirational and execution driven mentorship with a global, supportive community. I'm amazed every single day with the content, attention, support we get to grow our business. Benedict is a Functional Medicine Coaching Academy graduate and so she is a holistic health coach. Functional medicine coach. Dr. Buddy is a chiropractor and he said I avoided joining any mentorships or coaching because I thought I could do it myself and it wasn't worth the cost. What I realized is I spent years wasting time, energy and money, all while still not reaching my full income potential and not serving the people I could have been serving all this time. Once I let go of my ego and I admitted I couldn't figure it out all myself, that's when I grew the most. Dr. Buddy onboarded 50 new patients one month as a result of some of the things that he's learned through this program and of course some of the self development and business development work that he's done. And he runs multiple businesses and he's one of our coaches and council members, so he's here and available to help and support you as well. Dr. Sanjeev is a pain management expert medical doctor and he says it's rare in life you have an opportunity to improve every aspect of your life with a single investment. The perfect practice mentorship will uplevel your mind, body and spirit and your professional practice will follow. I agree with that. Dr. Demetra says, don't hesitate. You will grow your practice and yourself with more efficiency and less effort. Best decision I ever made. Dr. Alice, she's been part of our mentorship for the last three or four years and she says PPM became a way of life for me to make everyday choices and take steps to continue to uplevel my mindset, my life, my practice. It's an endless process and I thrive on it. This is one of my favorite messages I got from Dr. Seth. I'm sorry, he's a nurse practitioner and what Seth said is that the mentorship is a game changer. And, and my team, Sachin and his team transformed my business model within three months of starting it. And it was the best move I've ever made. I've had a lot of business advice over the years, but nothing has propelled my clinic and personal growth forward like the LPI mentorship. At the time it was called a Living Proof mentorship. What's interesting about Seth's story is you can kind of make it out. You see his cute little kids, he's got four kids. And one of the things that we made sure of when he joined our program was how do I get you to spend and enable you to spend more time with your kids? That became my number one focus for him. He wanted to grow his business. I wanted him to be a better dad. And we've met somewhere in the middle and guess what? We were able to accomplish both. Tiffany says that Joining the mentorship was life changing in every aspect for us. Family, time, and marriage. It showed us the way to do more and less time in a more efficient way, ultimately freeing up more time to spend together as a family. I mean, who doesn't want more of that? So here's, you know, you can read what some of our clients have to say. There's no shortage of positive things that they have to say. And I'm so proud of the people that have taken action and are seeing the fruits of their labor, you know, come into fruition. Here's the thing, you get this entire mentorship, all the done for you systems, all the templates, all the bonuses that I talked about today for only $17,501 for the entire entire year or 1751amonth. Everything that you see, everything that I talked about is available to you. All you have to do is click on the button, schedule a time to meet with one of our members, and they'll be happy to help you figure out if this is the right next step for you. Here's what I want you to know. If you're feeling stuck and frustrated, you're not alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone. If you're feeling constrained by time, money and energy, you're not alone. Everyone feels this way. I felt this way. But here's the thing. You might be trying to figure out all these things and challenges all alone. And that's a very, very difficult position to be in. How do you figure this all out? How many lifetimes will it take for you to figure all of this out? How much hardship and pain will it take for you to figure this all out? So I invite you get on a call so that together we can review your vision and create a clear path towards, you know, creating your best personal and professional goals and bring them into reality. So all you have to do is click on the button, you'll see that the offer should be available to you. It'll say, book a call now. Book a call. And we're gonna make sure that we give you the best tools, the best strategy, and the best way for you to implement your 90 day plan and give you a path moving forward so that you have confidence, you have clarity, and you can do this together with a community of people. Right? Just like you would probably never climb Mount Everest all alone, I would highly encourage you not to climb this mountain all alone. I encourage you to do your absolute best to reach and impact and help as many people as possible. But don't do it yourself. Do it with a group of people who know what it is that you do that are on a similar path and similar journey as you and are here and willing to help you do it in a highly ethical, highly practical, simple and scalable way. So I will leave you with that. If there's any questions, please go ahead and type them into the chat. I'm happy to answer any questions that you have. And like I said, set up a time to speak with somebody from our team. We're here to help. We're here to serve. We're here to answer any questions that you might have. And I think all of you can agree that if you had these systems in place, even if you had one of these systems in place, imagine the impact it could have. One of my clients, Miranda, you know, she shared her story at our Perfect Practice Live event. She does some weeks where she generates $20,000 of income using these systems that you saw here today. So it's possible for people in one week to recover this entire investment that they make. But more importantly, they can do it week after week after week after week. So you're getting a million dollar framework for a fraction of that investment and a fraction of the time. Okay. That's the other thing it was. We're not just telling you what to do. We've done it already and we're sharing it with you. So you're essentially getting all the benefits of owning a franchise, if you will, without all the overhead and without all the pain of owning a franchise and the ability to have your own voice, your own message and your own branding. All right? So if there's any questions, feel free to type them into the chat. And like I said, schedule a time to speak with somebody from our team. We're here to help. We're here to serve you, and we're here to help make sure that you reach as many people and impact as many people as you possibly can. All right? Now, before we sign off, I would love to know what your biggest takeaway was from today. So go ahead and type that into the chat and we'll close this loop. I'd love to. I'd love for each of you to share what your biggest takeaway was from today. What's like, one thing that you wrote down that is you're going to take with you to bed tonight or take with you and start applying immediately. Okay. Jacqueline says the elegance of the system, Shani says major takeaway is freedom. Yeah. Who doesn't want more freedom? Right? All right. Aaron says you can only Add value to those who share the same values as you. Kay Browning says. Freedoms. ODD says people do not refer based on results, but experience. Yeah, that's a big one. You know, what can you do right now to increase and improve and optimize the existing experience that you're creating for your clients so they are more likely to refer others to you? Okay. Amazing. So thank you all for participating today. Thank you all for playing full out and looking forward to those of you that set up a call with our team to see how we can best support you and help you move in the right direction. Tammy says you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Yep, absolutely. Tina says there's a way to do it in 90 days that would take most people years. Most people would never get this done if they're totally honest with themselves. They never get it done. And we had an entire team help us build all this out. Vendors, experts, you know, countless amounts of trainings that I had to fly out to and consultants that I had to hire to get all this done. So it takes a lot of effort and energy to put something like this together and then to then test it. Right? So think about the thousands of dollars we've spent testing it and the marketing dollars we've spent behind it to make sure that it works before we even share it with our clients. So, you know, I'm so certain that this works for you. We actually, our mentorship program actually has a money back guarantee. So if you make the investment, you do the work, and you don't see after 12 months a return on your investment, then of course we're going to ask you a few questions. But we will make sure that we make it right and give you your money back if that's what's absolutely necessary. But we've never had to do that. I stand behind everything that we do. We stand behind the programs that we deliver through the clinical care that we offer. They all come with a money back guarantee. And even this mentorship comes with a money back guarantee that if you do the work and you put this into action, you're going to see multiples of your. You're going to at least see a return on your investment, if not multiples of your investment. But now what you're going to have is you're going to have a system, a system that you can dial up or dial down. You're going to have a system that you can keep for the rest of your life so that you can keep generating income year after year after year with that. Okay? So Kay Browning is asking, if you buy now, how long do you own it for? You own it forever. Once you build this system, you own it. So once you take the resources and recreate them and tweak them and make them your own, it's yours now. Okay, so you're not having to necessarily pay a royalty fee or anything like that. I might change my mind, but I haven't yet. But there's no royalty fee, so you own it. So you're taking again what's cost us years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to put together. You're getting it for pennies on the dollar. Yeah. Wow. Is right. You know, I totally agree. We want to deliver exceptional value to everybody. And you know, the, the honest truth is I could probably charge double or triple and you would still get a huge return on your investment. But I want to make this as accessible to people as possible. I want to make it so that whoever wants to accelerate and help more people as quickly as possible, I want to remove as many barriers as I can for those people. So you get to keep it all. You get, it's all, it's all work that you. It's like buying the model home, right? Once you buy the model home and you tweak it and stuff like that, it's yours to keep. You don't have to give it back. Okay, so it's approaching my bedtime. I know for some of you it's getting pretty late as well. So I'm going to wrap things up. And if you have any questions, please direct them to our team. If you haven't already, schedule a call. I mean, I think the one thing that I'll say, if you're still on this call right now, then schedule a call. Because our team members will be happy to answer any questions that you have. They'll be happy to address any nuances or things that I may have missed. I mean, you can probably tell that I could keep going. I could probably talk for hours and hours about our programs and each of these slides could turn into an hour long training. So I gave you just the tip of the iceberg to kind of get your creative juices flowing. But when you get on a call with one of our practice advisors, they'll give you some a lot more clarity. And there's so much value in just that process. And just being asked the questions and having a conversation with somebody can spark your interest. And to be totally honest, we don't twist your arm to do anything. We will make sure that we can help you. And if we can't help you. We'll point you in the right direction so that you know how to best help yourself moving in the right direction. So, yep, if you're still here, schedule a call. Our team's happy to help. And I'm going to call it a good night to all of you. Lots of love, lots of appreciation for those of you that showed up and participated, and I hope you have an amazing, inspiring evening. Talk to you soon. Bye for now. It.
