Hey, friend, it's Sachin here, coming to you with another practice pearl. In this pearl, I want to discuss how to generate more referrals without asking for more referrals. So here's what you're going to do. When you have your initial encounter with your client and they're committed to your care, committed to your services, you're going to say a really simple statement like this, and of course you're going to mean it, which is, Mrs. Jones, I'm super excited that we're working together. I know you're committed to this process in getting results and outcomes for yourself. I am fully committed and invested in your outcome and result as well. In fact, I want to provide such an exceptional service that you tell all your friends and family about what we do here, because more people to know about what we do here and you're going to be a witness to exactly why that is. I want to make sure that the lines of communication are open. And if you ever feel for even a split second that that isn't the case, that you don't want to tell anyone about what we do, please let me know. And we will make it right. Because it is our commitment to serve as many people as we can.
