Have you ever had a long day at work or perhaps a stressful day at home, and you don't want to bring it to work and vice versa? Well, there's a breathing technique that you can use called a physiologic sigh. And this technique kind of helps you leave it at the door or leave it in the car, so to speak, and not bring it into the home or not bring it into the office. And it's really simple to do so sitting up nice and straight. What you'll do is you'll take a deep breath in through your nose, and then at the very top, you'll pack it with another breath through your mouth so it'll look like this. And then holding at the top, what you'll do is you will then let it out with an audible sigh, let it all the way out, and do that about three times, and you will instantly feel a sense of relief. Don't bring your stress into the home, don't bring it into the office, leave it in the car, leave it at the doorstep.
