What are some signs, Aaron, that you would say that somebody is not a good fit? Is it a feeling or are there certain words? Is it body language? How have you identified over the hundreds of calls, thousands of calls that you've done, rather, how would you identify some of those not good fit situations?
The image, the analogy, the metaphor is, is someone swimming towards me? So let's like on the conversation, I feel like maybe we're at the opposite ends of the lake and as the conversation is happening, are we actually getting closer to meeting? You know, if we're swimming towards, like, is this person swimming towards me or am I chasing them in circles? So once you're chasing someone and you're not coming to a mutual understanding of this is a path we want to take together, then that's a feeling I have. If it is a good fit.
